Awesome experience. This is the best Audio-Visual company in the Charleston area- hands down! Eric and his crew fixed all of our AV issues which was a mess left by another AV company who would not return our calls or come back and warranty their work. Not AAA Installation. They were very responsive, prompt and above all professional. Their prices are very reasonable and Eric will go above and beyond to satisfy his customers and their concerns. He stands behind the quality of his work by his warranty and he is extremely responsive to address any questions that may arise. I honestly would give him and his company 6 stars if I could. I cant say enough how pleased I am with his work and how professional he and his staff are. These are the guys you want! Eric and Nathan did an amazing job on my installation. They were totally focused on providing the best outcome while working through the challenges of retrofitting wiring to my home. They rearranged their schedule to be here at the same time as the AT&T tech installing our new Gigafiber connection. This allowed running fiber from our crawlspace up through 2 floors, across our attic and into a utility closet on the 2nd floor! They did this so efficiently, they impressed the AT&T tech who was finished in just under 2 hours. After that they installed a rack as well as 16 - CAT 6 ethernet drops all over my home. When they were done, the walls and ceilings looked as if nothing had ever changed except now there was high-speed network jacks in many rooms. I honestly cant say enough good things about these guys and would highly recommend them to my friends. I will hire them again should the need arise. Highly responsive, top notch quality at a reasonable price with the best possible outcome. Very impressive. Hire these guys, you will be glad you did.

The whole experience was great for my wife and I. I will be honest, at first we were not sure about paying for an installation however looking back Im glad I did! He was right on time and the service was quick. He did an amazing job hiding all the ugly wiring to the TV and surround sound. He even set everything up so all we had to do was turn on our favorite movie. I would highly recommend an installation with AAA Installations! You will not regret your decision!

I had a complete house TV and Sonos install, and Eric and the AAA Installation team were perfect for the job! They were professional and knowledgeable during every aspect of the install, from outlet wiring and cord concealment, to mounting TVs and Sonos implementation throughout. I called 8 different local companies about getting some TVs hung. Eric offered the fairest price of anyone. Others wanted to upcharge for equipment and Eric offered the same parts at less than MSRP. His communication also was better than the others. Dont overpay for the same job.

We hired this local business to do wiring repairs and installation at my bar. To say they were professional, quick, and inexpensive would be an understatement. They showed up and spoke to me, after a few minutes of good Ol’ small talk they got right to work. They were at it for an hour or two and before I knew it they were done. They charged well below their already low estimate, and months later we still have yet to have any issues. Not to mention they recommended wiring things in ways that I would never of thought of, and have avoided problems that we would have run into by this point. I almost wish I had wiring troubles so I could have them come back, but with their work I know I won’t have any issues anytime soon!
