Toby, Nicole and their team were amazing. I brought my work vehicle there for a service and they were quick, friendly and most of all fast. It’s hard to find a business that is all 3 now days. I would recommend this to everyone and will now be sending my whole family there for vehicle maintenance. These people deserve a raise and praise daily for the awesome and quick work that they do. The most amazing customer service experience ever! The team here really took care of us and marley went The extra mile to call tire shops for us when she found out we were traveling far and our tires are bald. When all the tire places were closed they changed the tire to the spare for free! We could just tell they really cared about us :)

Everyone that works up at Jeffy in Sulphur are so great! They all worked together to get their job done and I never seen such happy employees and customer service is just off the chart so good they talk and communicate with not only each other but with the customers and they make the experience so wonderful feels like youre only there a couple of minutes its just great I really enjoyed talking to everyone and watching everybody work together I will truly always enjoy coming there from now on!

Jiffylube in Sulphur was able to perform an oil change on my Volkswagen Passat! The price was reasonable for a car that’s not American made. Many places in Lake Charles (including Take 5) usually don’t carry the premium oil that my car requires, so the fact that JiffyLube was able to provide it in a timely fashion was great! I’ll be going to them from now on.

Many times Ive used jiffy lube. The service this time was horrible. 300$ for an oil change and fuel filter and air filter. Normally they check all fluids and top off little stuff like washer fluid brake fluid ect. Even check the air pressure in you tire. But not this time I asked about topping off the Def fuel and was told we Normally do but right now we are changing management and Im just going with the flow. that came from the person who was assuming the management spot. Very disappointed.

The customer service here is great, they are fast, caring and from what I saw they were working together as a team. I will be going back again soon **UPDATE** I DID go back with any one of my cars and before even driving the car in I asked if they could change the oil on my Mercedes and they said YES! I let the car go in as normal spent my normal $100 on an oil change and everything was fine but when I got in my car the car wouldnt drive or reverse! After the guy tried a few things we got it going and the same problem kept happening. Well, the end of this story I had to bring the car to the Mercedes dealership out in Texas spend over $100 again to get another oil changed and they had misplaced a bolt and the oil was leaking and not letting me drive! This is why I am updating and will never bring any of my vehicles here again. Great polite service without being pushy! even checked all my lights and saved me from getting a ticket for my license plate light being out.

I highly recommend using Jiffy lube. My truck was serviced by Amy. TBH I think she knew more about my truck than me. She was very professional, always smiling and quick. I will definitely be using Jiffy libe from now on, and requesting Amy to service my vehicles.

In the past at other oil & filter change places I have had to wait for the to either get a filter or get the right oil. So many times that I just go to a dealership.Well today I figured I would give Jiffy Lube in Sulphur a shot and I’m glad I did. They had the oil and the filter I needed for my truck (Chevy Colorado Diesel). Before I knew I was out of there.The crew was courteous, professional, & efficient. So much so that I will definitely be going back there again.

They were nice but did not receive what I paid for one was window cleaning which was a small charge added to my only an oil change quote. I also received a variety of others items that were not requested or even mentioned by employees. I was up- charged without consent. And they attempted to sell me wiper blades when I didnt need them.I know how to do a oil change and it aint hard, but I was in a hurry and paid the price. $105 dollars when the false advertising on the wall I requested was 49.99.

Bunch of incapable people that can’t change the oil on the car. Everyone is giving different orders, couldn’t get the what type of oil on the car. Don’t even show you the air filter before they change it. Took them years to change the oil on the car.
