I can’t believe I never heard of this place until last week. An oil change place where you get to STAY IN YOUR CAR? Do you have any idea how convenient that is? It’s BRILLIANT! I have a special needs child and I was putting off changing my oil for weeks because I didn’t want to deal with unloading him and sitting in a waiting room where he would wreak havoc for however long it took to deal with my car. The fact that this kind of service exists is a godsend. Everyone was super nice and professional, they recommended a couple of extras but no pressure. Everything was streamlined with an iPad and I was so impressed with what a tight ship they ran. They’ve got a repeat customer for sure.

Amazing experience at Captains Oil Change. Only place in town that was able fit our RV. Service was A+. They made sure everything was topped off and explained all my options. If you own a RV this is the place to go.

I was like the forth in line to get service and they were people behind me. I was concerned they would do a hurry up job, but I was very pleasantly greeted and they had at least 4 or 5 people working on my car all at once, they were thorough and worked together and it was a pleasure to be there they were efficient, and covered all the services I was there for and then some. And in less than half an hour it seemed. And a coupon to boot!

They are always so nice and professional. They will explain everything they are doing. When I pulled up the last time, there was a line but I was in and out very quick. Definitely recommend!

Took less than thirty minutes at lunch time on a Friday, five weeks after a Category 4 hurricane. I searched for an hour trying to find an open place without ten cars waiting. After tiring of trying, I searched Google for oil change near me. Captains was one of the top hits. I drove up with two cars ahead of me. I was offered a beverage and then treated to probably the best guest experience I have ever had. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely seemed to care about me and my time. They even showed me how to change and reset the display in my wifes car! I would highly recommend Captains to anyone looking for an oil change. Thank you!

Captains was very professional and took the time out of their day to actually do a 30 point inspection of the vehicle. They told us what was recommended but never made it a pressured buy. Showed oil/differential/transfer case fluids so we could see what they currently looked like. 🙌

Yall. I have never enjoyed an oil change before. This place is awesome! I was being treated like a celebrity lol. Never again will I go to Wal-Mart. They checked EVERYTHING! They dive straight in and get to work. I was kept well informed and was offered other services but never felt pressured and the staff was extremely friendly!

Got there 30 minutes before closing after getting permission to leave work early and speeding through traffic just to be denied service. There was only one car ahead of me and there was no visible tape or sign saying they were closing early. Only an employees word of mouth.

Called ahead.got there 2 cars ahead of me.Only one bay open.Opened the second bay moved the car ahead of me in .Left me at original bay pulled car behind me to second bay.First car in second bay done moves in car that was behind me.Some issue with car in first bay .pulls up a truck to second bay.Finishes other car in second bay.Pulls truck in then tells me to move over so I dont get bypassed.I commented already bypassed me twice.Pulls truck behind me behind bay 1 car finishes problem car pulls truck in bay one.Then finally finishes truck in front of me and pulls me in.Wont use them again.

They checked and looked for anything and everything. And topped off all fluids for an oil change service.

Of course, they try to sell you a lot of things that your car probably needs, and you really dont want to have to buy, but they all do that, its the job! But, they are all really sweet guys. And they got the job done! I was a bit late on my oil change, and quite frankly, dont think it was even done last time at the place I have been going to for years in Lake Charles, a comparable company. I was quite tired of my tire light being on that the other company said would go off, but it never did...telling me that they didnt even air up the tires! Seems like there is a lot more done by hand at this new place, but they get it done! No military discount I was hoping for, but you cant have it all! I will definitely be back, probably next month to get one of the other services that they suggested.
