Yen was amazing! Let me tell you my hair was a hot mes! I wish I had taken a before picture because she really transformed my hair. I haven’t had a haircut due to my bad experience. However, Yen made me feel so comfortable that she gave me a nice hair cut, style, and highlights. My hair looks really nice and I absolutely love it. ❤️ I will definitely come back and recommend her. My hairstyle was Yen; I went in for full highlights, haircut, and styling. I had previously dyed medium Brown hair and didnt maintain them during the pandemic. She fixed the color partition and gave me full highlights. Initially, my highlights were too light for my liking, and I asked her to change it and did until I was satisfied with the color. Shes good, but the salon needs to do a better job keeping up with cleaning a little better. I saw dust and hair in the corner of almost every station. I have dust allergies, so I noticed it more. However, I was happy with the service that Yen provided.

I had an amazing experience here with Yen, she is a master stylist and owner of 2 salons, she is very quick, and precise. I never had someone do my hair so well and so accurately before. She is a hard worker and she knows how to achieve amazing results. BEST walk in I ever had and I am now going to be a dedicated returning client.

Trina is a true professional who is passionate about her work as a stylist. She is meticulous, and makes sure to take the time to create an incredible result. Trina not only takes the time to do a super cute haircut, she also creates a lot of volume and body (unlike the other salons I have been to who usually my hair look flat/ too paper straight without body). I tried her hair services after I saw a post recommending her on the Nextdoor app, and am lucky to have found this excellent and patient stylist who I will be going to regularly now as a customer:) my mom loved my haircut and style, and started going to Trina for herself too ! This hair stylist is reasonable in her pricing as well.

I am on the fence with this place and going to take a break from them. I purchased shellac services and they did not have any nail professional available so the person did mine really botched it up. I did not know this until later. Hair cut was good, I would use this place only for this. Find alternatives if you can.

Honestly, I feel like I got a rip off and didn’t really get a good price. The stylist with the name Yen did my hair. I wanted to buy the Groupon for the haircut, highlight that was around 80. I brought another person along with me. On the phone they said they would honor the price from Groupon. Once I went to the salon, without even seeing the full length for my hair the lady said she’d charge me extra around 30 for my length which I said okay that’s fine. While she was doing my service I noticed the service I’mDoing the price dropped more on Groupon and I said can she honor it and she said no pretty much even tho she didn’t even start the service yet. Later on, the stylist convinced me to do a Brazilian blow out saying she’d give me a good price for all together 320 including the color and hair cut and everything. Which I still thought was fine because she said she had to buy the Brazilian blow out product with her own money because she said the owners weren’t able to get one so she charged me extra. After the first service I paid my fee and gave tip as well. The next couple of days I went back to do my Brazilian blow out and tone down my hair color because it was too light for me. She did the process and at the end was being very pushy with tip. Off course I’d give her tip for helping me out but they are very pushy saying that don’t I have zelle because I didn’t have much money and I went over my budget. Overall the salon is ok and I liked the color and style she did on me but I feel like the whole Groupon price is a scam. You have to pay more then you expected. Also I wear a hijab and I told the lady on the phone is there a private room to do the services but in reality they didn’t hAve a separate room.

Kelly did my cut and way past due color with added highlights. I LOVE how it turned out and have suggest her to my friends and family. She honored their Group on without my having to purchase it from the group on website, which was helpful. She went above and beyond my expectations. I will be coming back.Thank you Kelly!!!

I went into the salon with my Groupon. I got the Groupon as a gift. When I walked into the salon, the hairstylist named Trish did my hair. I told her I wanted to maintain my youthful look and get highlights. I specifically told her that I do not want it to be too light as I know that does not go well with my skin color. She proceeded to do my hair and it turned out like these OLD LADY GREY HIGHLIGHTS making me look WAY older than I actually am when I told her specifically 1. not to go too light 2. that I wanted to maintain my natural look 3. Maintain a youthful look. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED that this is the worst hair look I have ever had from a salon.I have made another appointment with them so that they can fix it. I will come back to update this Google Review to reflect whether they are worth a second chance or not. There will be a before and after picture. For now, here is a picture of MY OLD LADY GREY HIGHLIGHTED HAIR as PROOF that this salon turned me into an old lady when I am not even 30 yet.

Canceled my Groupon, didnt go

Went in for a haircut today at Angel . I was very clear about what I wanted to do and did the same expectation setting with her that I needed dangles in the front and layered at the back. After 1 hour of shaping and at the expense of 40$ it turned out to be nothing which I was Expecting for . I had thick hair and loved my hair and had years of work behind it growing it up. She cut up all my hair and made it too thin and straightened it and now all I have is a hairline looking like a rat tail. I was not at all happy with what I got . Having said this I should say they was very polite and attentive and probably should need more practice . She is very nice as a person but not so as a stylist . ( dont want to mention name and taking in good spirit so as to give her a fair chance and no ill expected to happen )

Honestly theyve always been very charming and quick to get me in the seat. Very casual place and great that its close to work so I can swing by afterwards.

The absolute worst service ever. I had purchased a groupon and scheduled my appointment for 10 a.m. when they opened but they were late opening and then redeemed my groupon prior to even shampooing my hair then after washing my hair left me sitting in the chair with wet hair and proceeded to take two other customers ahead of my appointment and one of them was even putting her makeup on next to me while I finally grabbed the blow dryer and brush and proceeded the dry my hair. No one said a word or tried to help me. When I was finished I just got up and quietly left. An hour later someone called me and tried to get me to return but by then I had to get ready for work. They did not refund my groupon and I would not allow them to touch my hair after that. This salon is very expensive and to top it off the shop is filthy and probably should be inspected by the health department.You watched me blow dry my own hair and walk out without saying one word to try to help at the time so why on earth would I believe you now. You didnt care then so why do you suddenly pretend to care now. Youre not the one who lost $40 and got nothing in return. If you really wanted to make this situation right you would refund my money. You made me pay before I ever even sat in your chair.

Do not go to this horrible place I had to go home and redo my hair.... if you are black with long hair do not go .... my hair was not straighten rite I had to go back and do it plus I felt like I was being rushed out the chair.... the stylist claims she been a stylist for 17 years but as a stylist when a clip drops on the floor you do not put it back in a client hair .... Every Cosmetologist should know this... I repeat do not go to this salon!!!!!!!!!

I love them all! Susan, Trina, Dominique Yen! They all so so sweet . Forgot the other girls names - but they all do good hair cuts and al so very hospitable and very sweet . I recommend this place!

I came in on sat for a haircut & brow wax. I had Kelly. Haircut was fine however the brow wax was not. She took off 1/2 my brow on one side. Never gave me a mirror to see & when I went up to pay the person @the desk didnt say anything either. I paid left a tip & when I left & looked it was horrible. I do not recommend this place.

I had a shellac manicure and pedicure done on Saturday. The shellac started to peel on Sunday and was completely off by Wednesday. Waste of money. I had gone before and had a different tech who did a good job.

I made this purchase through Groupon. The salon is clean, there is a receptionist to check you in upon entering. It was early morning, it was not very busy. The Technician did a satisfactory job on my nails, gel manicure, friendly, attempted to have conversation, however did not speak very much English. Technician did discuss other services such as gel manicure and pedicure. I would return to have my nails done again

LeAnn did such and amazing job on my highlights! I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, showed her pictures of some colors I found pretty (about 20 pictures) and the ending result was better than I could have ever imagined! I wish there was a way to post a picture of my hair here! I recommend this place for anybody, specially if youre not quite sure exactly what you want, because LeAnn killed it! Ive also done acrylics here before, and was never disappointed! Great environment with great technicians!

I bought two Groupon‘s. One for permanent brows and one for upper and lower lids. I am extremely disappointed with Yen. I already had my eyebrows tattooed I was just wanting her to reshape them which when I got there it cost me an extra $50 for her to reshape. But when you buy a Groupon for permanent brows why would it be an additional 50 to reshape. I also asked her to do my upper and lower lids thick. When she finished it was not done like I want it. She told me to come back in six weeks and she would touch up just like I want it for an additional $50. I go back today and I showed her how it needed to all be touched up because it was splotchy on my brows and I asked her to do my upper and lower lid thicker and she refused. Instead of coloring in the browsSo it would blend all she did was draw black lines. I drove an hour for her to fill in what needed to be done and she could not even satisfy a customer. So I spent $300 On something that should’ve only cost me $170 with Groupon And her work is still not complete

I go there to get my blow dry . They do the best job . I have a very curly hair they do from roots to bottom very perfectly and make it look like natural. I agree the wait time is unpredictable but the service you get is worth.

Not good. My biggest complaint is that they didnt even paint the whole nail. Along the bottom and sides of all my toenails and fingernails are bare because they didnt get the paint all the way to the edges. Also, they gel mani and pedi just used regular polish with a gel covering. After 4 days, my mani pedi is already starting to peel away and chip off.My other problem is more of a personal issue. My mother-in-law was watching my baby in the lobby during my appointment. One of the techs kept coming and grabbing my baby out of her hands and tried to take her places and my mother-in-law kept having to come get the baby back. The tech also kept taking pictures of her and with her without permission. I was watching the security feed which was right in front of me and just watching her was giving me anxiety. Even my mother-in-law said that she was getting really nervous and uncomfortable with how this girl was behaving towards my daughter.I used a groupon there and didnt have any problems with it other than feeling like they werent treating me as well as the other patrons because I had a coupon.The only good thing I have to say is that I went in looking for a particular color. They didnt have what I wanted but she was able to layer and do some things to get the color that I wanted.

I purchased a $35.00 one gel manicure and one spa pedicure from Groupon. I called for appt and spoke to Helen and was given an appt for 4pm on May 7th. I arrived at the place at 3:50 pm and was asked to take a seat and wait, @ 4:15 pm the lady came out and said that no one can do it for me and I can come back at a later time. Time wasted and would never trust a place like this.

I had a really BAD experience here today. I bought a Groupon combo for a shellac manicure and a spa pedicure. The lady there took me in, and I also mentioned about the Groupon and showed her the voucher right away. She said she will charge extra $10 for taking the old shellac on my hands, but I told her that I only pay $5 extra taking off at any other places. She said I paid on Groupon for a very cheap price first their service and she had a rude and unfriendly attitude with me. Then, she began to do my manicure. But when she started to file off my shellac, she didnt do it with care and actually hurted my three fingers, it was even bleeding. The other lady did my pedicure and also cut my toe leading it to bleed. I did want to come to get all this. If your salon sign up the deals with groupon, u should expect to have many clients like me to come get your service with coupon. Your salon want an advertisement, so you already agree to have all the discounts for the clients like me. Why did you have to tell me that you have to share 50% of what I paid for with Groupon, and you only get 50% of the money.I dont mind to give you extra tips on the services that I receive if you have done them right. I definitely wont be back. Please change the way how you treat the clients. Dont have a bad attitude and mistreat your clients during the service. If you are not happy, just dont do it and hurt people.

They never even gave me a real chance to pick my polish. I was rushed. The lady ran through the service. I WILL NEVER RETURN. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Amy does my pedicure, im always happy leaving with a great experience versus before going to other salons leaving upset.

My girlfriend and I have come here multiple times and have always been treated well.
