Great place for Dell toner and so much cheaper than ordering online and quicker delivery. I hope they dont close, I have been going here for years no matter what the name of the business is. Some things are worth the drive.

Bring your old ink toners or cartridges and exchanged for refilled ones for your fax machines/printers for half the price at Office Depot. This is the only place I go for all my printing needs for my home and business. The surprised quality of the refilled are as as good as the genuine ones, as far as clarity and number of pages can be printed per cartridge.

Love this environmentally friendly and budget friendly way to recycle and purchase printer cartridges! Everyone is so kind and provide excellent customer service.

We had been going to this location for about 4 years. Mostly good until recently. We have an HP 5200 printer that requires a very wide toner cartridge - HP16A. Recently weve had nothing but problems with their refilled cartridges. I drove to this location 4 times in one day trying to find a cartridge that worked properly. 1st one printed too light and was streaky, though was 75% full when we brought it back - they would not replace it, told me to come back in 30 minutes, they would fix it by replacing the scraper knife. Fixed one covered our pages in toner dust. After complaining loudly, they finally agreed to replace it with another unit. This last one has a different issue with the scraper knife that makes the printer jam. That was the last one they had in stock. Weve spent nearly $500 in 5 days on printer techs telling us to get another cartridge. All that money we saved by refilling is gone. I dont know what has happened to this store, but Im done. Cartridge World is dead to me.

I thought that my printer was in need of major repair when i brought it in. Eileen quickly found the problem and made the repair. The staff at this facility is always courteous, patient, and efficient. I highly recommend them. LJ Mizell

If there was a zero star I would have given this store. My experience was horrible! I bought 5 refill cartridges from this store over $100 worth of catridges (2 big black catridge and others were colors) one of the black bled before I got home, so I took it back to the store the following day. The lady did not hesitate she replaced the leaking catridge with another one. Guess what! same thing happened before I got home. Unfortunately I wasnt able to return this time around because I was travelling out of town that same day and wont be returning anytime soon. I finally cleaned the catridge and installed on my printer to get an error message that said I bought a counterfeit catridge. I will contact my bank for a refund.
