This is the worst place to go do anything, not only did he charge me over 2 dollar to print one page he was so rude when I said he didnt tell me price even though I asked him before he started and he started yelling that it was my fault because he wanted to tell me the price and I cut him off with another question. Would give zero star if possible. He even asked me to leave with my money if I felt it was too expensive but I insisted on paying him.

I drove all the way from Katy following the business hours listed and they were CLOSED. PLEASE update your hours.

Took my tablet to them to see if they could fix it. Dropped it off on a Friday and left my name and number because the technician wasnt there at the time. Asked them to call with an estimate before asking any repairs. I was there for probably 20 minutes, and I DID tell them what was wrong with it. Didnt hear anything Saturday, called and left a message. Didnt hear anything on Sunday, called again and left another message. Never got a courtesy call once to give me any kind of update. Got a call Monday, saying I could come pick it up because they couldnt fix it. I went to get your tablet back, and they tell me that that dont fix mechanical problems, that they only fix software problems. I told them that the power button was broken and nothing else was wrong with it, when I dropped it off that Friday. Instead of telling me that the didnt fix mechanical issues that Friday, they let me leave it with them and waste 3 days when I could have actually gotten it repaired elsewhere. I will never go back to this company for any reason. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!
