Rental very economical! CS very friendly!

They have low prices. They definitely get you in a vehicle as long as they have some available and you have all of the credentials you need. But my last rental looked like it had been in an accident. The driver door wouldn’t even fit it did not close properly and the front side panel was coming off. There were lots of scratches and dents along with the side panel being dented in. I’ve rented a few cars from here and this is by far the worst. Also the cars aren’t clean it’s dirt spots and liquid residue (which may be because of how cheap we rent them), but for them to have a strict no smoking policy every rental I have gotten reeks of cigarettes. The smell is so strong it burns my eyes when I’m in the rental for longer than 5 minutes. This is the last place I choose to go if I need a rental.Update: the busted up rental they gave me worked for a little while but then the driver side seatbelt started locking, not allowing me to put it on. Concerned about my safety I called in and let them know as soon as it happened and the lady didn’t sound too pleased over the phone. She agreed to stay a little later than closing telling me if I was not there by 6:35 then she’s leaving (mine you they close at 6:30) and immediately hung up. Trying to beat that time I went straight there and the woman has an attitude. This woman continues to have an attitude with me because she has to stay 5 minutes later. Once we finished the paperwork she just left no apology for the inconvenience or the malfunction of the vehicle nothing she just closed shop got in her car and left. They obviously could careless about the safety of their customers. If you can rent somewhere else please do!

Was busy but they got to me quickly. Had my car there and ready to go. Was a very pleasant experience. Rates were awesome. Will definitely deal with them again.

Easy, super easy small rental spot across the street from the larger new car dealership. Rents convenient, mostly up to date cars for reasonable amount on a cash deposit basis with 100 miles free before you pay for a mile. SweetStaff is generally helpful but its a busy office so one must be patient.Would give a 5th star but they are closed on Sunday and will not accept an auto back for any reason. So a rental just for Saturday night does not exist, one must take the car for Sunday and return Monday.Otherwise a treat to do business with.4 stars

My husband dropped his car off for repair at the Mike Duman collision on main St Suffolk. He got a rental that is cover under the insurance from Mike Duman rental. He was told that the repair would be 3 days. Then he was told that it would be ready on the 6th day. On the 5the day he received a message from the rental office and it stated. Please call the rental office by 6pm or the car will be reported stolen!!!.if we dont hear from you by tomorrow morning we will notified the police. Thank you. Really! Then my husband called Them, they apologize .he went for his car and its still not ready.
