I took some sentimental heirloom family jewelry to John Charles Jewelers to have a new ring created. John sat down with me, listened to what I had in mind, helped me create a new ring using the heirloom pieces, and created the ring of my dreams! He first created a picture, then a wax sample, before creating the actual piece...making sure at every step that it was exactly what I wanted. He even found exact matches for some unusual-colored antique rubies when I didnt have enough for the ring I wanted to make. Finally, he was able to remove the metals that made it yellow gold to give me the white gold I wanted! There is no limit to the talented craftsmanship of this exceptional jeweler! If you can envision it, John can created it. Best of all, he never made me feel like a customer, but a treasured friend. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with his work and he will ALWAYS have my business! Wow, how do I express all of my sentiments? Two days before my wedding day, the jeweler I was using for my husband’s band screwed me over and left me without a wedding band. I went to John Charles Jewelers to see if he could help. He accommodated my exact vision with a ring that was nicer than the original one I had and did the whole process quicker than the other jeweler could have dreamed of doing. And he did all of this on the same day I reached out to him! John Charles had no reason to go above and beyond for a frazzled, new customer like me with such a rushed order, but he did so anyways with absolute perfection. Not only that, but he is very down to earth and hospitable, a genuine person who will bend over backwards to make your vision come true. I can not recommend John Charles Jewelers enough. If I could give him 25 stars, I absolutely would. There should be no question in your mind as to which jeweler you should go to!
