My whole experience with Beryl Jewelers was amazing. I went in with an idea and walked out with 4 special necklaces that 4 young kids will cherish forever with their names on one side and ‘I love you’ written in their nanas handwriting on the other. The owners are top notch and were so patient with me as I picked out the perfect necklaces. The kids have had their necklaces a year now and love and cherish them so much.

The experience I had with Beryl & Co Jewelers was amazing. Shay and Chris went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. Chris helped me over the phone and in person to pick out the perfect stone and perfect setting. Due to the COVID outbreak, a ring I had ordered from a different online retailer would not have made it in time. Chris was able to help me closely match what I had previously ordered from that retailer and had the finished product done in 1 day. The ring was more beautiful than I could have imagined. First thing, if I could rate this custom jewelry shop higher, I would. I lost my ring on a weekend excursion with my wife in the ocean. Fortunately, we had pictures of my 15-year-old custom ring and this place created an exact copy. The detail in the custom ring they created is top notch. Im extremely happy.Customer service was great and they met my every need. Highly recommend for your custom jewelry needs.

For the sake of your time, sanity and jewelry, don’t go. I asked them to size and engagement ring (white gold) and you can completely tell where they cut it and re-welded it. Also- the stone was completely loose- no one even checked. I took it back to have them set it and one employee said “I don’t like the way it’s sitting and I’m just ok at this, let’s wait until the other guy comes in”. I get the ring back for a second time and all the prongs have marks on them from pliers of tightening. Lastly, the older woman who works here is the most unpleasant or apologetic person I’ve ever given business to. SKIP THIS PLACE.

Honest, Professional and very cordial owners and staff, Best Jewelers in Stuart!!! I moved from Boston, MA to Stuart, FL and I was looking for a reputable jewelers in Stuart area and I found them. I visited Beryl Jewelers and chatted with the owners for a while. Theyre straight up type of people, but very professional and very connected to this area and whats happening, which is important for a new resident. I went in for my second time today to buy some pearls and ended up buying more, because they were having a great sale, because theyre are moving to a hip location in Stuart!! I love my new jewelry collection and will keep them as my exclusive jewelers!!

Really great came in to remove 2 links and fix my watch and polish my jewelry left it there for a hour and cake back and it was done I was surprised of how professional they where

My 30th wedding anniversary was approaching, and I wanted to have my wedding/engagement rings reset. John and Shea were extremely patient and knowledgeable, and designed the rings of my dreams! I also purchased a gold chain for my son, and he absolutely loves it! I highly recommend their business.

They did an absolute amazing job with my ring! No one else wanted to rezise since it was a invisible cut but they pulled it off and did an exceptional job! Definitely will be coming back!

Not like the chain jewelry stores where everyone has the same stock. Nice selection, good prices and the best customer service. They really treat you like family here. They were so helpful in customizing my wedding set and did an outstanding job with a custom design for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I wont go anywhere else.

Walked in the day before my girlfriends birthday (typical guy ;) had a specific design in mind. Beryl did a custom modification on a piece and not only was it beautiful work, but they had it ready the next day. THANKS to all the wonderful team at Beryl, my girlfriend loved it.

I finally checked them out and I asked for a small favor. They were very nice. I also asked about some of their repair services, i.e., rhodium plating, pearl restringing, etc. I thought their price on rhodium plating was very good so I will be going back. Of course all the jewelry is beautiful.

I went in for a Christmas present for my wife.I saw these dazzling diamonds and wanted something like that. Shea picked out a fantastic necklace that I wanted. The earings were not exactly what I wanted so she and John spoke afterward and called me back and said we will have them made for you custom in time for Christmas. Shea & John worked with the design and made it happen. My wife couldnt be happier (and me too!). Thank you John and Shea.

I brought in my wifes watch to have to back piece put on, after I was unable to do it myself trying to change the battery. The owner was able to reattach the backing, but cracked the face and broke the watch where now it doesnt work at all. He denied it, and its my word versus his, so I will never go back there for anything and Ill write this review so it doesnt happen to you. Its irrelevant that the watch is valued at $250, but thats a lot of money to me.

I brought my broken gold neckless in for repair. They not only fixed the break but also fixed an old repair that had been done with a lesser quality of material (aka occasionally causing metal allergies) and re-enforced the worn loop on sailboat pendant. We were so happy with the work that we brought a second neckless and I had the battery replaced on my Luminox watch. Everyone was super nice and friendly! I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for repair. And they also had some very nice selections of new jewelry, my favorite was the turtle in gold and opal.

Had a nice time waiting for my watch battery. 😊 They also tightened the band per my request. Laid eyes on some just-in geo earings and the new trend: super affordable and sleek tungsten male engagement jewelry.

I was going into Publix one day and noticed that Beryl had a banner that says WE BUY GOLD. I went in to price out a gold chain I wanted to sell . I was in the Jewelry business for many years -- I asked them a very simple question - How much are you paying per penny weight for 14K gold. The stupid lady behind the counter said I had to talk to the owner ( Sooooo, why was she behind the counter in the first place?)Then the owner walks up ( very snotty person by the way). I asked her the same question How much are you paying per penny weight for 14K . She had the nerve to tell me she ONLY works in grams *** FLAG GOES UP *** -- If you see the price of gold per once its ALL WAYS done in the TROY system - Troy pound, Troy once and of course penny weight. She still said she only works in grams so I TOLD her I was a jeweler and my mind only works in penny weights, she just starred at me in confusion. I then said Well maybe you have a calculator some where to which she sharply responded We have many calculators . BUT SHE NEVER OFFERED ME ONE !!!!She just took my chain and gave me a low ball price of $245 Soooo, she NEVER told me the price per gram like she said she worked in and said she would!!!!I just looked at her and laughed in her face, I told her Your not even close, the guys across the street offered twice as much for the same chain 10 minutes before.DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE !!!! When they try to confuse a person that knows gold better than them -- WHAT DO YOU THINK THEY WILL SAY AND DO TO YOU !!!!!!!!****** STAY AWAY FROM THEM - BUYING OR SELLING ******
