First purchase was in 1992,been with them since. Very good service and family owned/operated. They are very nice, very knowledgeable, and repairs are exceptional!

Online it says they are open on Saturday’s until 3. I got there at 2:05. Their sign next to the door says they were open until 2. Was slightly disappointed at the time when pushed on a locked door but a lady let me in and repaired a necklace in 7 minutes. When finished I asked her how much and she told me it’s free. I was very happy about my experience and was actually surprised.

Second time for a jewelry repair. Todd handles jewelry repair and Dinah and staff work with the customers. Todds work is superior; and, Dinah and her staff are cordial and customer centric. This jeweler provides good value and good customer service. I recommend them.9/27/16 I continue to patronize this shop for repairs and service. They are top notch...easy to work with, their prices are fair, and they provide excellent value. You can trust them with you most valuable jewelry. I highly recommend them.
