I bought both of our wedding bands at Jared’s as well as having some jewelry repaired recently. This store in Jensen beach has all of the hallmarks of a company set on providing superior customer service. Courteous, knowledgeable, listens to concerns and desires and shows you things that fit the mold as opposed to pressuring higher margin or higher ticket items. I would highly recommend them as your jewelry destination- there is none of the stuck up, high pressure, condescending type sales that take place in many other jewelry stores.

Jared jewelry stuartDavid is absolutely the best expert that helped us with our custom Engagement & Wedding bands. Gorgeous!!! First I have to say that Covid did not made it any easy on anyone. We started early in the year, but due to Covid, we had to make several arrangements to have our rings done. I am not sure if anyone know the process of ring customization? It is very extensive work. When you hear custom you do expect the expert to give you the best and excellent advice. Well David Bondarenko did just that. Their assurance, expertise and excellence surpassed our expectations !! We just got Engaged on the 21st of August of 2020, and we could not be happier. The many times I had been asked where we had our rings made,... I happily told them of David at Jared’s in Stuart. My husband bought a $850 14k gold necklace for me for Christmas at Jared’s. We were first time buyers there. Today just over a month later, the necklace broke . I thought the clasp came undone. NO!!! It is broken past the clasp. Luckily I was sitting in my hairdressers chair when I noticed it. If I had been walking around Outside, I would have never noticed it.I will be contacting them next week. However I’m very disappointed. I’m 70 yrs old and have several 14k gold necklaces - none of them ever broke in two like this!!! I will not be going back there except to get a new chain. They obviously sell low quality 14k gold!!!!! And this wasn’t cheap!!However the sales experience was wonderful. The young girl who sold me this took a lot of time and I appreciated her help. They are very big on customer service when you enter the store.
I had a fantastic experience at Jared in Stuart. I had previously went to the local Kay jewelers in the treasure coast mall and thought i had a pleasurable experience, but, it was nothing compared to the experience i had at Jared. David and Shelly went above and beyond the call of duty. From the moment I entered the galleria I was greeted and helped by the very knowledgable pair. I had no intentions on purchasing anything at this time, but, their vast knowledge on the gems they were selling pushed me in the other direction. An added bonus is they didnt act like a used car salesman. They accepted the fact that i was not looking to buy at that time and still took the time out of their busy days to run me through the collection they had, and the options i was looking for. David is extremely knowledgeable in his craft, and a great gemologist to bounce ideas off of. I doubt there is anything he cant create. Shelly was also extremely knowledgeable and diligent, as she worked through the evening to find me the absolute most top of the line, premium diamond she could find with my very specific and particular specifications. I could not be happier with my purchase. To follow up, David is making a custom setting for the beautiful diamond that my fiancee-to-be will be absolutely be head over heels with. He is in the process of creating everything she wanted and then some. I couldnt be happier with my choice in a jewelry store and the professionals that assisted me. I will be going to Jared in Stuart and requesting David and Shelly for all my jewelry needs for as long as i live in the area.
I have found this Jared has friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. I have never found them pushy or not willing to spend the time you need to help you. The Movado watch I bought is gorgeous and a good price. An insurance policy was offered and explained but not pushed. They even spent several minutes helping me to learn the different clasp on my bracelet style watch.

This was my first time at this location, and the customer service was terrible. The gentleman in which helped me was nice, and went above and beyond to help me, but I had to wait 20 minutes for him to be done with the customer he had prior. I also had an appointment.Another woman was working, but helping someone else as well, and the manager in my opinion, shouldve stepped in to help his store, but he didnt. People were leaving because they werent being helped, or door was locked, and honestly Ill never come back. Ill continue to go to the store in Palm Beach Gardens. Customer service means a lot to me. Especially during these traumatic times.

I had ordered a cross with diamonds in it over a month ago it took that long to get it, which is understandable due to everything that’s going on. When I received the cross it was bent and missing a big diamond, I can’t believe they had the audacity to even send it to me apparently they don’t do quality checks then to top it off they tell me after I had returned it by mail it will take up to 30 days to receive my refund, I could see if I received it and I just didn’t want it and returned it but they sent me damaged jewelry and I feel my card should be credited immediately will never buy from them again.
If Jareds doesnt have exactly what you want, they will try their best to find it, or custom design it with you.

This afternoon my wonderful boyfriend and I went into Jared in Jensen Beach to have my Ever Us diamond ring cleaned and to have the settings checked. We were immediately acknowledged by a staff member, and shortly after, Fran pleasantly assisted with the ring cleaning. While we were waiting for the ring, we started looking around, and to my surprise ended up upgrading my ring on the spot. Dave came over to assist us with selecting my new ring. The attention and patience that both Dave and Fran exhibited was exceptional. What a pleasant experience we had. My boyfriend (now fiance) scoured South and Central Florida for a place that would do the seemingly impossible - an opal engagement ring. When others turned him away, belittled his vision, or tried to change his mind or overcharge him, he was recommended to this Jared, and specifically to Anastasia Andrews, the jewelry consultant who changed shopping for a wedding ring from a nerve-wracking experience to a smooth and exciting one. They mustve looked through thousands of different settings before custom-making one. They worked past deadlines. They had parts delivered from Seattle. They were gracious and kind to his mother, who stopped in almost everyday to check on the progress (they were trying to get the ring up to where we live in Orlando before our flight took off). When I met them in person to get my ring resized recently, I was blown away by how friendly, humorous, attentive, and solicitous they were. They made a truly beautiful opal ring in 14k yellow gold, and from what I hear, it was affordable, comes with a great warranty, and excellent customer service. I will be buying my fiances ring here, and driving the 2.5 hours for all resizing, cleanings, and injuries that may befall them both. I honestly felt like the pictures they send before and after, the phone calls and emails, and the genuineness with which they treat you speak to a superior customer experience. I felt more like family, not like a commission. Go here, and ask for Ana. You wont regret it. :)
I’ve been shopping with Jared in Port Saint Lucie for some time now and the gentleman by the name of Kevin Mccoy really showed me a great customer experience. Very patient and enjoyed what he do with 0 flaws. Answered all my questions, very polite and well mannered and very intelligent. Atmosphere was great and will be shopping there religiously!

Anastasia was a huge help and I recommend you ask for her. Traded in a band and got a new one with no hassle. She was very knowledgeable and gave us the pros and cons of the different styles to help us narrow it down to the best for me.
I was a bit intimidated and certainly uneducated in regards to buying an engagement ring for my Bride, but after 5 minutes the professional staff at Jared had me better understand the various attributes of diamonds and help me pick out a beautiful ring (OK, that took more than 5 minutes, but it wasnt as stressful as I thought it would be as everyone there was super helpful!)!They gave me a great deal and have earned a customer for life as my salesman was interested in a repeat customer and not just a one time sale. TWO THUMBS UP! The helpful staff at this store gets it!!
I meant to write this weeks ago, I went in to Jared with my significant other to get my ring inspected for insurance purposes, the associate Shelly was very pushy and salesly on just a standard inspection, we were not so bothered by that but what came next, Shelly cleaned the ring and inspected it saying eveything was good, we left only to find one of the diamonds was missing as we pulled away in our car, we came back to show Shelly that the diamond fell out when she cleaned it, instead of helping, Shelly had a younger associate fix the problem while she was occupied trying to make a sale, the young associate was there to put out Shellys fire, not really fair to the young associate. They could not put the diamond back in that day so we had to come back days later on a scheduled date. On that occasion we had to wait 45 minutes just to pickup the ring ( I truly think they were putting the diamond in the ring in those 45 minutes because it was not done when they said it would be done). It was just a terrible experience overall on what was supposed to be a simple inspection.
Shelly and Mike at the Stuart, Fl Jared were AWESOME...I havent bought an engagement ring in 25 years and everything has change. They both helped me buy educating me first. It took 4 trips to Jared in Stuart (and 6+ other stores) before I was ready to buy.They made the deal happen!They help made me want to spend my money with them. Many stores didnt even ask my name let alone listen to what I was looking for....after my first visit, Shelly and Mike knew everything about me and my needs. They made me feel like family. No matter how much I try to look at other stores, I WANTED to go back and buy from Jared. My whole experience was awesome!Do yourself a favor and at least give them a try. You will understand what I an saying.

I went to Jareds in Jensen Beach, Florida and saw a ring that I liked for my wedding. As the groom, I didnt expect to have much of an experience. It turns out I had a specific idea of what I wanted and had to custom order my ring. David B. was more than professional and a pleasure to work with. He was consistent and followed through with absolutely everything that was asked. He even shipped the wax model to a different city so I could see the wax model in person before proceeding with making the ring. My experience at Jared was wonderful and I will return.

$150 to change the size of a $5,000 necklace? While the people were gracious I think that’s outrageous. The clasp is tiny, I cannot put it on without help. Shame on you, Jared’s this is poor.

I went in to browse their anniversary bands. Great selection and super helpful staff! I worked with Mike and Steph and I could not have been more pleased! They were outgoing but not pushy, and took the time to really determine my taste and style preference. Would definitely recommend!
Just by looking at the reviews of this place I was skeptical as you could imagine. Quite Contrary once I was inside. I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of David who, in my opinion, went above and beyond to find something that would work for me. Overall, I was surprised with the fact that the price point of Jareds is very similar with other companies that you would find in the mall. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and have no hesitations with writing a 5-star review. With that being said, I will be back again in the future

We live in Loxahatchee about an hour from the store and still wont go anywhere else,the staff is amazing,if you want the best customer service and the most knowledgeable staff, this is the place to go. Sebastian was great. Brought my watch in, that I bought from them, for a new pin because the band kept falling apart. Sebastian greeted me and took care of it for me and even cleaned my watch, which I hadn’t done since I purchased it. Great service. Ask for Sebastian!
Great selection of various styles and pricing. Helpful staff. My only gripe was that they had millions of dollars worth of merchandise, state-of-the-art equipment, and a beautiful, well equipped building with a prime location... But their computer system is circa 1985, so it took forever to check out.

The products are great and most sales associates are nice but if you go to the Jensen beach Jared’s do NOT deal with Kathryn or cathryn- not sure how it is spelled but it doesn’t matter, this lady will lie to make a sale happen. My boyfriend and I bought engagement rings on the basis that the Jared’s card we were getting was a CREDIT card and not a in store finance card. We explicitly asked cathryn if it was a credit card and verbatim said to her so we can walk into a gas station and get a Kit Kat just like any other credit card. Her answer was yes it would work just like that. When the card came, clear as day, a list of accepted locations was listed on the back, low and behold they’re all only Jared’s and it’s affiliates. By all means go to Jensen beach Jared’s but just don’t deal with cathryn or kathryn(same person) or do but don’t expect much honesty.
Jareds in Stuart Florida is one of the best businesses in town. The staff is fantastic, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate us . Stephanie is amazing!!!! She is the best and so sweet !!! Terron the manager is always willing to work with us and find whatever we need . I highly recommend Jareds in Stuart for any purchases and they completely stand behind their products . We won’t shop anywhere else for our jewelry and watches !!!!!!
A year ago I came in with my fiance and purchased her engagement ring. Since then she has had to get the rhodium refinished several times. When my fiance asked them why the rhodium keeps coming off so quickly them reply that her body releases high amounts PH. Im sure this could be true over a longer period of time but we both find it hard to believe considering her other white gold rings have never had problems with the rhodium.
I went to purchase a watch there. The sales associate took out a link to better fit my wrist and I went on my way. Realizing later I wanted a different watch I was told that because the watch was altered (link taken out) I could no longer do anything. The sales associate made to attempt to explain that once a link is taken out it is void from returns/exchanges. I believe the store purposely does this to avoid losing money from a return or exchange. Very shady business practices.

They are doing a custom ring for my fiance and helped us find a perfect band that looks awesome with my engagement ring. This store embodies the money and soul sucking entity called Jared The Galleria of Jewelry. At first, I went to the Jared vault in West Palm Beach and bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I had already paid off the ring (around $4500) within a month when she realized that the diamond had a flaw and there was a black spot inside the diamond. This was not there when I had purchased the ring. She took it to the Jared location in Stuart to have it cleaned. They said they couldnt get the black spot out of the diamond and said they would exchange it for a completely new diamond.They then proceeded to open up an account in my fiancees name and charged the whole ring on the account. They then credited the wrong account for the first ring that I had purchased. Needless to say, I have been to three different Jared stores to resolve the issue and get the correct account credited.They then charged $75 in interest when it was supposed to be 12 months no interest on the account. I had to make another trip to another Jared to get this fixed. Getting engaged is supposed to be a happy time in a couples life, but Jared The soul sucking Galleria of Jewelry has completely ruined the experience.I have been to 3 different Jared locations at least seven or eight times to get all these problems corrected. None of the locations are close to my residence. They are over a half hour to 40 minutes away. I will never shop at another Jared location again. I tell all my friends about how horrible Jareds is and to avoid it all costs. Worst experience ever. Do not ruin your relationship or the joys of getting engaged because of this horrible institution.I will be posting this over and over till everyone knows what a horrible place Jared The Galleria of Jewelry is.

Came on to Google to leave a review about an experience that I had with my soon to be daughter in law. They treated her terrible while she was attempting to get her engagement ring serviced because her name was not on the account. My son called and had her added to the account only for a repeat performance by management and customer service/sales associates.In the past my husband always used a local privately owned jewelry store and I can see the difference in service.

We bought my fiances band through Jareds a few months ago, for our October wedding. We decided to go with the Tungsten material, instead of gold, as we were told it was the most solid and durable metal for a ring. Its supposed to be so solid, this material cannot be cut off or even sized. However, the ring rolled off of the counter onto the floor, and broke in half. Now we are two weeks away from our wedding, trying to hurry and find a replacement in the right size. And Jareds is refusing to return the item we purchased as unbreakable. Very frustrating, as we never would have purchased this if we knew how delicate it actually was.

I was recently in Jared shopping for an engagement ring. I was interested in buying here until I encountered a man named Tim. I found him to be rude and condescending, to the point that he made me feel uncomfortable. I wound up buying my ring at International Diamond Center and couldn’t be happier.
My fiancé proposed to me in the store and we took our time looking for the right ring that day with two sales associates so you would think during that year when i would go in to get my ring serviced they would remember me right ? Wrong, both ladies that day didnt remember me it was as they are seeing me for the first time, everytime, and the worst is the white gold ring I picked out that day was a s$&@!y quality to the point Ive had to go in within a year and get the ring dipped in rhodium every three months. After complaining and horrible customer service all they can do is blame my PH for the problem! Why cant they just admit they sell low quality jewelry and stop coming up with excuses to the public ?STAND BEHIND your products please!!! All I can say to all the ladies shopping rings id stay clear away from this chain and especially their white gold rings because you will be very disappointed in product and quality. Do your research and make sure you get every coverage you can to avoid losing money, time and worst of all the whole engagement experience. Good luck to all.
