I’ve been to many different jewelry stores looking for an engagement ring. I felt like I was being overworked by some sales man at most of them but not at Joseph’s Jewelry. Michael made it very personable and was also able to ship in other stones to find the perfect one. They do everything in-house so the wait times between ordering, setting, and sizing was only a couple of days. The quality and customer service they provide deserves 10 stars but google will only allow 5.

Worst experience Ive had an any jewelry store. They DO NOT care about the customers! Had a diamond fall out of a brand new engagement ring not even a week old to only be told it happens all tge time. Will never do business or will relay anyone who ask to not go to Josephs jewelry. In response to your text communications were wrong your behalf, she wasnt wearing a sweater and was told because it was cold and never had ring sized, were told could pick our something of equal price for exchange. To be told yesterday u couldnt do it because its used now. U had the ring the entire time expect for those 9 days. Very sad business practice to be lied to numerous times not only by the employees but also the owner. NOT a compassionate owner!! In it for only the money. Ring wasnt even that expensive. NEVER will I or advice anyone come to your establishment

I wanted my money back and didnt feel good about the quality anymore. I honestly wish I never went here.I asked for my money back since I was so unhappy with the product. The lack of empathy towards the customer is appalling. This is a sentimental item in which I do not have an expendable income to waste on other jewelry I do not need. I want my money back and thats it.

After 20 years of being married my wedding ring had developed a crack in it. It is a unique ring with diamond, aquamarine and intricate designs. I had taken the ring to a couple other jewelers but none made me feel comfortable they could handle the repair and insure the ring would be the same. Brendan immediately made me feel confident in their abilities. The ring repair once complete made it look like new. I couldnt be happier, will be returning soon.

Chose this store to change the batteries in 3 watches. Unfortunately only one of the 3 was done satisfactory. The glass on one watch that had the battery replaced fogged up. Another could not be done at all. Went to a watch repair down the road and they were able to get the watches working properly. The watch that fogged up after getting battery replaced had a broken O ring done at Joseph’s . The watch that could not be repaired at the jewelers was able to be completed at different shop. Joseph’s is a lovely jewelry store but would not use them for watch repairs. In my opinion they should have indicated up front this was not one of their specialties.

I brought my 84 year old mother to have some repairs made. The staff were polite and helpful. However none of the employees was wearing face masks to help protect their customers, or themselves. Considering that most purchases involve a lot of close verbal interaction, I can’t recommend going to this store right now.

The first time that I walked in to Josephs Jewelry, I was absolutely blown away, by not only the beautiful, and radiant selections of diamonds, precious stones and pieces of jewelry, but also by the welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly staff that greeted me at the front door. My first visit to this store, was to have a heart shaped pendant repaired, which the staff was able to complete in such a short turn around time. After this initial encounter, I couldnt bring myself to go to any other store for my jewelry needs. A few weeks later, I stopped back into take a look at possible engagement rings, and I was surprised that the staff had remembered my name, and welcomed me with a smile. As I was browsing Michael came over and starting asking me what it was that I was looking for design-wise in a ring, and I explained that I liked different parts of different rings. From here, Michael worked with his design team, to create not just one, but three, different renderings of rings, from which I found the ONE. Michael truly took into consideration my input, and was able to help create something that will truly be a one of a kind design. Brendan, the manager of the store, has always greeted me with a firm handshake, and a smile, and asking how my day, or week has been, which shows me that this jewelry store is more than just about selling product, and making money. My fiancé recently went and bought my engagement ring at Joseph’s. He told me the entire staff was friendly and engaging, and when I went to get my ring resized, it proved to be true. I was nervous because I had a very expensive ring stolen and replaced with a copy years ago by another jeweler. The staff at Josephs jewelry was so nice to me. They replaced the diamonds and did a wonderful job.

My fiancé (omg) proposed to me with the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen that he purchased here at Joseph’s. It was a size too big so we brought it in midday for resizing and it was ready the very next morning. Which was amazing because I read online sizing can take up to 2 weeks. Everyone was so kind and helpful and talk about speedy service!!

Did a beautiful job setting a silver piece of 8 for my husband. They used some special jewelry to make the setting and added my diamond to the piece. We will definitely be back! Plus they have a beautiful selection of coastal and fishing pieces.

I got my engagement ring and wedding band resized at Josephs and I am so glad I came here! They made sure the new size was just right and really took their time to explain the different options I had. I appreciated the attention to detail when it came to the consultation. The staff at Josephs were fantastic. I took my ring for repair midday on Monday and it was ready first thing Friday morning. The repair was tedious Im sure due to the number of stones to inspect/tighten. They honored a coupon, so I saved money, happy with the repair, and happy with the service.

Josephs Jewelry is an awesome hometown family owned jeweler. I have been going to them for at least 30 years {since I was a little kid}. I had them custom make my wifes engagement ring and they did a wonderful job. I dont buy a lot of jewelry but when I do I go to Josephs.

Mike and Brandon are always so helpful. Whenever we walk in the doors they make us feel like family, we always leave smiling. We will never go anywhere else for our jewelry, the quality is 10/10. I love my engagement ring and my wedding band, I get non stop compliments on them both!
