Very inconsistent work lately spent thousands of dollars here for our wedding rings when it came time to get the size changed their sizing fit and then when I got my rings one fit and one didn’t after an hour of trying to explain to them I’m not paying them for their mistake they fixed it for free. Then continued to call me telling me my ring was ready they started to argue with me again about the ring size bringing it up again. Then go to pick my ring up and again assaulting me with the ring again. I will no longer do business with them any more and don’t recommend them to anyone. They will treat you great until it’s time to admit to their mistakes and fix it.

Absolutely SCAMMERS! It is right, they perform an extremely poor work. Prepare to return many times. No refunds or money back. They are all liars. BEWARE of these guys. Do not take your jewelry to this place if you are looking for an HONEST and FAIR job. You will be ripped off sooner or later.

A Masonic ring was given to me by one of my closest Lodge Brothers and means so much to me. It used to be onyx but needed work on the band and emblem setting to be daily-wearable. Someone else did less than stellar work that left it with some new unfinished, misshapen edges and a cracked underside plate.
