I’ve been a member of this gym for the past 2-3 months and I can honestly say I enjoy being a member. The gym is family owned and is always clean, never crowded and has an overall pleasant and welcoming environment. There’s also a good assortment of equipment (weights, machines, buso balls etc.). I also participate in personal training at the gym. The personal trainers are personable, flexible, knowledgeable, experienced, understanding and reasonably priced. I’m definitely seeing positive results from the combined efforts of the personal training and my commitment. I highly recommend this gym and all of the trainers.

Love the trainers here. They work with you at the level you are at. If i try an exercise once and it bother me somewhere and notnin a good way my trainer will modify it so i can still do it and get the benefit from it without injuring myself. Sean, Gerri, and Josh are absolutely amazing. They are your constant cheer squad, and they have your back to help keep you on track. Since i have been going about 5 months now, and with their help and dedication i have been able to loose 65lbs thus far. And im going to hit all my goals because i know their there for me when i need them...

Hands down best gym in town. Perfect atmosphere to lift with no distractions and open 24 hours. Management is great, highly reccomend

Nice place to go especially 24 hours! Wether I go at 5 am or 10:00 after work I can focus on myself without distractions at this gym
