Nice boutique gym with pleasant atmosphere and comprehensive setup. The personal training and meal plans are well worth it!

CA is one of the best gyms on the treasure coast and the owner Cody is very knowledgeable and strives to make all his clients happy by meeting their fitness goals!! Highly recommend this gym.

The Center Gym is a small,homie feeling gym that is conveniently located in downtown Stuart. The gym is clean, fresh with new equipment, and a very WELCOMING environment. The owner is pleasant and professional. The employees are always welcoming and friendly. The gym has kind of that Garage gym vibe, but those are some of the best workouts Ive ever had. All depending on preference, I highly recommend stopping in to see Cody and check out his gym. You will not be disappointed.

Center is a great place to train. It doesn’t matter what your fitness goals are everyone in the gym is there to help you get the job done.

Great Gym 👍🏼 not crowded early morning!

A very well thought out facility. Cody is very informative with nutrition and personal training. I prefer having a private facility to train at and having him in my corner with both aspects has made a great impact on my physique. Ive lost a total of 18 pounds in just over 5 weeks training along side of Cody and under his tutelage for my caloric intake. Highly recommend to everyone to check this facility out. Also, to add the cherry on top, he has a really awesome dog Fitz!

It’s not all about who can lift the most! Hands down the best gym I have ever been to and I will never relocate! The knowledge that each individual gives is outrageous. Thank you Cody for an awesome atmosphere to work out in but better yet... BE APART OF!!!
