The owner of this use car dealer has been giving me 3 cars to test them so I can buy one but all of them has big engine problems now. I have a 2003 SATURN and Ive been telling him that car has problems and the engine light come up plus the gear gets lock ITS VERY DANGEROUS TO DRIVE LIKE THAT I CANT TURN THE GEAR BUT HE STILL DONT WANNA FIX IT. AND I STILL HAVE TO PAY HIM 3,073 PLUS 1,500 FOR DEPOSIT SO TODAY JANUARY 3 2020 I DESIDED TO CALL THE POLICE ON HIM AND TAKE HIM TO COURT THIS DEALER OWNER PLAY VERY BAD ON ME IM A SENIOR LADY HIS NAME IS BILL LEVIN SHARON MOTORS. THANKS BUT NO THANKS BILL YOU TOLD ME TO TRUST YOU AND THIS IS HOW YOU ARE DEALING WITH ME GOD FORGIVE YOU!

I purchased my dream car, a 2004 ford thunderbird, from Gil this past week,I have iffy credit and a good job, Gil got me financed.I had a headlight blow out over the weekend. I brought the car in, and service replaced not one but both headlights.better auto has a nice inventory of sexy cars. If you are in need come have a look, they can get you into a better ride.

I would strongly recommend against doing any business with the guy. This owner, Robert Schwartzman, is a crooked con artist. He lies about the condition of a vehicle when selling in fulling knowing all of the problems that are going on with it. This was 100% verified by the KIA dealership through a VIN history check. The car was found to have a blown head gasket. He then had his mechanic put a temporary gaskey sealant in the engine and then called to tell me that KIA didnt know what they were talking about and the car is running fine with no issues and the head gasket was not blown. If it wasnt for someone who was working there and then leaving/getting fired letting me know this informatino, i wouldnt have know.DO NOT GO TO THIS GUYS BUSINESS....UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OF.His final response to me was, you bought the car as is...its your f***ing problem now.If i could give no stars, i would.

Joe Ventura is the owner and not one you can trust to pay you. We are a small company and we use to do his Google marketing. He ran a bill up with us after he approved budgets and contracts, then decided he was not going to pay. Our calls and emails have gone unanswered so that says a lot about his character. I am not the only one that he has decided not to pay so buyer beware of Joe and Better Automall.

They let me drive the car straight from the lot to a garage to get an inspection done which was nice and they were flexible on price. But the car was an absolute lemon and I suspect the salesman lied to me about the cars history based on information I received from a mechanic.

I recently just bought a car there. then a few days later I learned that they didnt have license to sell cars. so two weeks later I go to pick up my car from them because of an issue with they window and its not fixed. they told me that they bought a brand new part they had to be ordered and cost over 400 dollars and then I ask how long and he says maybe another two weeks then he started arguing with me saying it takes time and that it was very expensive and difficult to fix. then I walk around back and another guy says that they had to go to the junk yard and buy the part and how there was a piece missing when the guy up at the front desk said it was brand new. so now my window still isnt fixed and Im waiting for them to fix my car properly. horrible experience never going back again. EVER!!!!!

I was sold a piece of junk car. Which of course I didnt have much expectation going into it but after a little bit of having the car (a few months) it died & they were kind enough to tow it and fix it for $400 and then on the way home from getting it fixed it died again!!!! The car sucks. And I wish theyd just buy it back for parts or something Im so upset.
