Went to Essential Ford Yesterday as I needed a new Battery. Was greeted by my service advisor Mary who as always is so knowledgeable when it comes to your vehicle. Also needed a tire patched as well. The truck was taken back within 5 minutes and I waited patiently for everything to be done. Their courtesy vehicle even drove me somewhere to grab a sandwich for lunch. When all was said and done, BRAND NEW BATTERY and TIRE PATCHED. Once again another stellar visit to this awesome dealership....
My appointment was set up in advance by Suzi (who is amazing), as we recently moved to the area from Miami. Check-in was smooth and fast, right on the dot of the scheduled time. The service rep (Michael) led me out to the mechanic to consult on prioritized issues he had found, making the decisions much easier to make. The service and front end issue were both handled expeditiously, payment and check out were performed equally as quickly and my Ford Transit Connect is great for another 5,000 miles. Overall, Essential Ford performed excellently and every employee was personable, polite and very professional. Great job, everybody! See you again soon!

Went to Essential Ford today as I needed some repairs done on my vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted my the service advisor Mary who was kind, courteous and very friendly. She proceeded to write up everything that needed to be done to my vehicle then she set me up with a rental vehicle and made sure that the rental company had exactly what I was looking for to drive. Rob who is the service manager, whom I happen to know from another dealership also came out and made sure that I was properly taken care of as well. Rob is a true professional and really knows the Ford Product inside and out. When I was on the phone with my insurance company, I needed a PC use and he offered up his office so that I could log into my insurance account and do what I needed to do. My overall experience with Essential Ford was truly amazing and I would HIGLY RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone who needs anything pertaining to Ford. Went to Essential Ford the other day with the wifes F-150 as the AC wasnt blowing cold. Was met by the service advisor Mary with a huge smile. Didnt even have to wait 10 seconds and she came right over. She wrote up the vehicle and within seconds it was taken right back to the mechanics. Went inside and had a seat in the showroom, and about an hour went by and my wifes truck was all done. WOW THAT WAS FAST. Great customer service, great service manager whos name is Rob as he even came over and asked if everything was OK, Truly enjoyed my experience at this dealership as it is really top notch. Just bought a Ford Explorer ST from Essential Ford today. Absolutely seamless buying process from Alex, Brandon, and financing. Alex sat my wife and I down and showed us the entire car. He knew every feature of the ST, so it was nice rolling it off of the lot and actually knowing how to use it, especially with all of the tech in the ST. Definitely looking forward to using them again.

Any questions she was unsure of she was honest enough to let me know she did not know and then would seek out the answer. I took my Ford F-150 to them for an AC problem. They evaluated the problem and gave me a diagnosis and I left and fixed the part. After fixing the part I had the same problem. I took it back and they checked the part I had put in from Auto Zone did not work. Kevin came out and showed me what was wrong and that the part I bought was the problem. New part from Ford this time and I was nice and cool again. I want to thank Dustin the service manager and Kevin the mechanic for being a GREAT help and even when I was frustrated they handled the problem with professionalism. Great dealership with friendly and helpful people. Give them your business.

Not sure why I was charged $35.00 for a flat tire. I am the locksmith for this ford dealership. Regardless the customer service was excellent. When I called no one answered, and I call called back with in minutes. Now thats great customer service that I expect from my local Ford dealer ship!! Good job and keep it up. I need a new work van soon. I will be relying Essential to give me the best price possible. Outstanding customer service.

Salesmen we’re not overly zealous, came to a fair deal. The car is great and they were straight forward. My only complaint is the detailing of the used car wasn’t great and they didn’t fill the tank.

Had a great experience at Essential Ford of Stuart. I worked directly with Caleb Pitts in Sales. This polite gentlemen greeted me with a smile, and was a consummate professional from start to finish. Being in sales myself, I was especially impressed with his craft. He was extremely knowledgeable about their inventory, and offered great personal insight throughout the entire process. Any trepidation I might have had going in was quickly dispelled by Calebs outgoing personality, and helpful manner. You can tell he really enjoys what he does, and should be considered a major asset to the Essential Ford of Stuart Team. The other highlights of my overall experience were meeting and working with Jason in Finance, who was both friendly and efficient with paperwork. He was terrific in answering my wifes questions, and went the extra mile when offering assistance and options. Service department is great. Had an oil change and Mike had me in and out…Second oil change update. 5 stars to 2I brought it in for another oil change and a tire rotation. I get it back and my battery is all of a sudden barely working. Never had an issue with the battery before. For whatever reason when you bring it into a dealership it’s totally normal to come back out of the dealership and have a battery BARELY working. At least that’s what Dan The service man says. Further more this was allegedly not deep cycle test. Business lost and moving on.

Quick, professional service. Dustin got me in before my appointment time and had diagnostic results in less than 45 minutes.
When I brought my truck in for its 20k mile service, I also pointed out that the Park Assist button below my shifter has been stuck and as such the Park Assist feature cannot be used. My repair invoice showed that the button issue I reported was addressed under warranty, but when I got home, I noticed that the button was still stuck and still non-responsive (I should have checked before I left the dealership, but since it was listed on the invoice, I had assumed they had done what was stated to have been done). Ive had similar attention-to-detail issues previously when the location was Advantage Ford. Its very frustrating since the dealership does not offer on-site loaners, so I need to plan a day around dropping the truck off, either getting a ride from someone or waiting around for their shuttle, then doing the process again to come back and get the vehicle back. I love my F-150, but the dealer service experience is the one massive thing I miss about having a luxury brand vehicle.
Wish I could give zero stars. Buy a Ford and you cant get a part number over the phone Frank you need to fix this. As a dealer you should provide all services a Ford owner requests whether they purchase the parts from you or not.

The Service and Parts department is incredibly bad. After taking a family members vehicle down for repair(under warranty), we were sent packing after being told there was nothing wrong with the truck. The very green employee proceeded to tell us how much he knew about vehicles and why he was correct instead of fixing the problem. Long story short, the problem was fixed by another Ford Dealership.I recently called the Parts department and had the displeasure of speaking with George. I was told the vin number of my vehicle was needed in order for him to locate the part. I had the part number and color already prepared to give. After explaining this, I was told As I already told you, I need the vin number. Shortly thereafter, I was hung up on. I will not be purchasing the part from Essential or giving them any of my future business. Id rather drive out of town instead of dealing with them for a third time.

Service department is absolutely terrible. I have been a Ford owner for more than 20 years, always choosing dealer service over others. Essential Ford’s service department is the worst I have ever experienced. Beginning with a “quick lane” oil change on my diesel F250, which took more than 4 hours to complete because when changing the fuel filters they didn’t seal properly causing an air bubble in the line and a no-start that they couldn’t diagnose. Finally they figure that out and tell me I have “a slight oil leak” that I need to have checked at my next appointment (a pre-scheduled for engine light and recalls). So I add the oil leak to my order ahead of time in case it needs additional scheduling time and the next visit begins with the adviser telling me “we have limited capacity to diagnose an oil leak on diesel” ....that would have been nice to know when scheduling. So after taking my truck, they call 6 hours later to say they need to keep it over night to run a dye through and detect the “oil leak”, and the engine light and recalls will be taken care of after that. They arrange for a rental car with enterprise - which I never get because despite taking the reservation, enterprise tells me they don’t have any fords and will call me when one comes in (still haven’t received that call). When I call Essential to let them know this after dealing with 2 enterprise locations for over an hour at each, I’m told I can come get my truck or wait for a rental. Nice options- but I thought my truck needed to stay there. Next day comes, no rental, waiting for a call on my truck, phone rings and it’s Essential Ford. Not service mind you but sales wanting to know if I want to trade my F250. Uh no, but I would like to know what’s going on with it! 3 hours later, service adviser finally calls and says- wait for it.....there was never an oil leak, it was residual fuel from the fuel filter issue during the quick lane trip. And oh by the way recalls and engine light are fixed so you can come get your truck. 17 miles later, engine light is back on! If you could rate zero stars, that would be my experience. I will take my vehicles elsewhere from now on!
Tires and alignment.. Saturday after ThanksgivingFirst mount two tires inside out.I drove a couple hundred miles when it felt like the alignment was bad..they turned the tires around said it was fixed..drove away with still bad pulling.After time off of work and leaving my car in there possession all day on three separate days.(Total of 5 visits)They finally put new tires on to correct their mistake.Not only did I loose time from work to deal with this.but also have damaged rims..that they are refusing to replace. Said they have a rim repair guy..(that wont be available until February 4..a month away)How and what would you do in this situationAll I can say is take pictures of your vehicle when you drop it off.
I had a great experience at Essential Ford. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, they had me fill out a guest sheet to understand more of what I wanted and address my budget. Caleb, one of the sales managers, was extremely helpful and patient with me as I test drove a few cars. I had never bought a Ford before, so Caleb showed me all the features of the cars I drove. Thanks to him I am now a Ford owner with a payment plan that makes me happy.

People I spoke with, though briefly, were informed and friendly. The car was run through the car wash, as always. Why they dont quickly vacuum the inside is beyond me. It would take a few minutes and make such a difference. (Even if you just did the carpeting/mats. Cmon)

I was driving when my engine oil light came on and I stopped and saw that my oil level was low. Closer inspection showed a leak on the oil filter. Luckily, I was close to Advantage Ford in Stuart, so I stopped there.I spoke to the service advisor, Dillon, and he told me that I needed to leave the vehicle over the weekend. I just needed to change the oil and replace the filter. He told me he could not do this because I might have several leaks. I said that I was a 100 percent sure that it was only the oil filter that was leaking and I was even willing to sign a waiver.He proceeded to call his supervisor. I repeated what kind of service the car required and told me he could not do it. He said they needed to inspect the whole car and could not take the risk without completely inspecting the engine.Knowing that I could not drive the vehicle in this condition and not willing to leave the vehicle over the weekend, I decided to buy six quarts of oil and a new filter in the parts department.I pushed the vehicle out of the service lane, without any help, and proceeded to change the oil filter in my street clothes. The oil filter was definitely damaged and it took me forever just to unscrew the filter because it was overtightened. The mechanics were super nice and tried to help me, but the manager that I spoke with earlier on told them not to help me or touch the vehicle. Even so, the mechanics let me borrow some of their tools and I was grateful.After replacing the filter and changing/adding new oil, I was on my way without any warning light or oil leak. As I was driving, I had time to reflect on my relationship with the Ford dealership. I currently have four ford vehicles in the family and when the time comes, I will look for other service providers, since this Advantage Ford of Stuart left me disenchanted with their non-existent service.
Came in on a recall, also the oil change light was on and was asked to do a oil change and our response was definitely not. Wellll they did do a oil change and we did pay for it. Plus..... we did call for an appointment and we got a voice mail, than it took over 6 hrs for a call back. Prior to that I made two phone calls to get pricing on a new vehicle and got a voice message only. No phone person to answer our call. We ended up buying two trucks at sunrise Ford.

As a women I have never been treated so well in a car dealership. I am use to being talked down to like I know nothing about trucks. Not with Kevin. However, they really dropped the ball yesterday. Her car shut off on her yesterday while driving, and then wouldn’t turn back on. When I called Essential Ford and spoke with Danny, he told me that Sue would give me a call to set up an appointment within 5 or 10 minutes. After almost an hour of waiting outside in the hot sun in a car that wouldn’t turn on, for a call that I don’t think was ever going to come, I decided to call them. At this point, we were able to get the car started, but I knew it’d turn off again while idling. When talking to Danny again, I informed him of this, and of the urgency we were in. This time, he told me Sue would call back in “15-20 minutes”. After OVER an hour, and after deciding to take the car somewhere else, we FINALLY received a call to “set up an appointment “. From my first call at 2:40, to my girlfriend receiving a call at 4:55, it’s without question that waiting 2+ hours for your people to tell me that I can bring my car over for you to look at is absolutely unacceptable. I was excited to not have to go up to Ft. Pierce for a Ford dealer, but you guys have really left a bad taste in my mouth, and I am never ever one to leave reviews (good or bad!).

Dealership took 23 days to decide that they were unable to put an aftermarket hitch assembly on the 2020 Explorer that I purchased on the lot. Therefore, my new vehicle was made available to me 27 days after they deposited my check.The salesperson worked hard to satisfy me, but the dealership did not seem interested in service after the sale.

Horrible experience with the service department. I went in with my vin numbers and ordered 2replacement keys, over $250. The keys that were ordered were not correct and they said I still had to pay for them because it was my fault the wrong keys got ordered. They looked up the part numbers! Now I still have no keys and am out the $250. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Not good customer service.Oh, and I did call and try to talk to them. The customer service rep was supposed to call me back and never did.
I found a truck I loved online and scheduled an appointment with Adrian to take a test drive. This dealership is very clean and organized everyone kept a safe distance and wore masks. I did not feel pressured or harassed during the purchase process. Adrian was fantastic very understanding and willing to work with me. I was very happy with my purchase and the finance department was amazing as well very easy to work with and explained every option in detail. My family has always been a loyal Ford owner we previously had a bad experience with this dealership a few years ago it is now under new management and has new salesman. Very happy with my experience! Highly recommend.

Very dissapointed in the service department.My wifes Ford Edge is having transmission issues, under warranty.Made an appointment online, put a detailed description of the issue, and got a confirmation of appointment.We both took time off work to drop her vehicle off, got there, and the tech said we cant do transmission stuff, we dont have a tech here.They couldnt have told me that when I made the appointment? And what dealership doesnt stand behind their vehicles??Are you kidding me? Ive bought 2 F-150s and an SUV here, but will not be back.I had great experiences with them when they were Advantage Ford, but the new ownership seems horrible.Mullinax Ford in Palm Beach Gardens was happy to take the appointment after we called them from the Essential Ford parking lot.
I found Essential Ford thoroughly unprofessional. New ownership, they dont get it. Shopping there was a waste of time.

Appointments are meaningless. I made an appointment on two different days at times recommended by service personnel for an oil change. I arrived on time and on both occasions I was informed their would be 2 1/2 wait. Service personnel did not seem to care.
Ive been going to Advantage Ford since 2015 when I bought a new F150. Ive had EVERY service needed, including all oil changes and new tires done with them. At one service they left a cap on my engine block, they apologized and gave me a free oil change. Great but if I did not open my hood when I got home who knows what damage that may have done. Went back this week because my back electric window track fell out and my window was hanging into the back seat. All that was needed was for it to be glued back into place, no big deal, right? Except that they wanted $400 to do it, REALLY? It takes 6 hours for the adhesive to dry Ok, am I paying the hourly rate to let it dry? While the tech works on another vehicle and charges us both? I went to a glass shop and for $100 its brand new. So as a customer for the life of my vehicle for defective adhesive from Ford, they lost a customer for life! I bought a new 2021 f-150 and They messed up all my paper work. Had to go to there store to redo paper work twice on there convenience. And to top it all off the truck the sold me is now in the shop with 5000 miles on it in Ocala while on vacation. The dealership in Ocala said that they were a joke after looking certain things. I have to pay for my first oil change since they only gave me $13 in credit.
Shelby American was in the parking lot trying to sell their product (car conversion options).I stopped into the dealership and ask if they had any Ford Racing oil filters for a 5.4 L Shelby GT 500 . Parts were closed (Sunday), so I telephoned on Monday to be told they did not.Meanwhile my wife got on Amazon, and guess what- available and ordered. I received the filters in two days.Try Amazon first for parts, and good luck to the new dealership.Trygve Stout/ Palm City
I bought an F150 on 1/25/21 from Essential Ford. The sales rep I dealt with shall remain nameless (except to say she was a new hire and it was her first day). She was rude, snarky and frankly down right hostile. The sales manager tried to intervene and she began to talk over him rudely. He had to rescue the deal and completely take over for her. After solely dealing with the sales manager -it all went smooth. The sales manager and F&I guy were both A+ and couldn’t have been nicer to deal with. The original sales rep may want to re-think her career path as i do not think she’ll be selling many cars with an attitude like hers. I’ve bought dozens and dozen of vehicles in my time and that was a new one for me.
