Taylor and Gianni are awesome. I spoke to both of them several times. They were both very patient with me.They did a great job on my vehicle and for a great price. I drove them both a little bit crazy with all the questions i had and how picky i was with what i wanted them to do to my car. I will be bringing my car back to them next week to get some more work done to it. Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle to them if it needs repairing or needs to be adjusted (like mine, suspension had to be adjusted). Their prices are very fair and they do a great job. Wonderful experience. Love that hometown feeling you get from a local business rather than a Mercedes dealer. Was so surprised and thankful to have Gianni, the owner, wash my car himself BC his detailer wasnt in today. Thats a great businessman. Well keep going and referring customers to them. Five Stars!

Second time to European Car Performance and it was a great experience. AFFORDABLE! QUALITY! FAST! I replaced the engine on my Porsche 996 then had these guys tighten it up and check over everything. I know I have other issues with the car but they NEVER try to upsell or push any of the items wrong with it. Soooo hard to find a good Porsche mechanic without going to a dealer...Id drive 2 hour to have them service my car!

We have been taking our 06 Mercedes here for about the last year or so. They have done some very good work to keep Evie going. They arent cheap but we believe they have been fair with us and they fix things RIGHT!

I have an older model Mercedes Benz. This is the best place to come to get your car fixed because they are certified in repairing European brand automobiles. The price is very fair and the service is superb. they dont have you spend extra money on buying a new item when it is possible to repair something that may be broken.

Im a snow bird from up North and have a excellent mechanic who works on my Porsches. I was looking for a good independent mechanic and finally found one. Had a ten minute discussion with Gianni and knew this was the shop I was looking for.Over the last three years I have had two repairs done on my 1999 Porsche 911. One was a coolant overflow tank replacement and the other was to replace convertible top hydraulic pistons.Both repairs were done in a timely manner but more importantly the cost was half of what the Porsche dealership wanted.Gianni (owner) is very personable and knowledgeable. I have never felt he or his staff are trying to sell you services you dont need. If anything they try to help you save money.I would highly recommend.Carl P.

My 2012 Jetta has been hardshifting for over 6 months, after getting the transmissions oil changed AND the computer reset at a Volkswagon dealership I bought it from, it still was hardshifting almost everytime I drove it. I tried my best to modify my way of driving.After he serviced took a look, all it needed was a computer update! Which is what I thought VW would do for me. Anyway, Johnny was great, I paid him over the phone and picked it up just the way he told me he left it. No only did he fix my on going issue but he filled up my tires and topped off all my fluids for only $200. Would recommend! Friendly, reasonable and super helpful. So thankful for the help!

If you care about your car to any degree, please do not bring it to this shop. i brought my car in to buff out some scratches on the front side, replace my headlight, and detail the entire car. it was supposed to take a day but ended up taking almost 3. no problem if the job was done right. however, it definitely wasn’t. the scratches are still visible, the broken headlight part was not fixed (im pretty sure they either didn’t change the light out at all and just charged me, or changed out a part that wasnt broken) AND, worst of all, the car was not detailed. they tried to tell me that detailing only means the outside of the car. i may be a young woman but i know detailing a car means at MINIMUM vacuuming. and i know they know this, too, because the front seats of my car were vacuumed, but not the back, where it needed it because there was cat litter. the man working here told me that he doesn’t “need people like us” referring to myself and my family, when he refused to come look at all the dirt he left in and on the car. please take your european car elsewhere it deserves much better.

They fixed my 2003 545i M5 with problems that almost made me sell the car but I love it and didnt want to. Bramen quoted me a price that I could not afford but John did a wonderful job fixing my car. She is back in my garage for many more good years.

I recently had my BMW serviced there along with some new shocks being installed.They really did an excellent job overall! The car has never driven so well, they really are very knowledgeable and Honest!Thank You!

Its not often the you find an honest auto repair company but this one is top notch. They dont just take the fault codes and fix what it says (like the dealers do) but finds and fixes what is actually wrong. The prices are also very reasonable compared to dealers. You cant go wrong for getting your car repaired here!

I have used them several times. Very pleased with their service and the job they do. I have a 1999 Jaguar XK8 Convertible and so far they have been able to do a good job on all requested repairs. Sometimes it takes a while but that is OK by me. On at least one occasion they also provided me with a loaner since I live about an hour away. I would have no reservations recommending them.

So glad that a friend recommended this auto repair shop. I had been quoted almost $800 for a certain repair. Their price was a little over HALF the other price. Not only that, but they seem very honest and are definitely very nice to work with.

The owner of this facility and the people that work for him or a bunch of lowlifes .. I brought my vehicle in at 328I BMW flawless to get my serpentine belt and my intention replace come to find out I get my vehicle back and they have loosened my balancer. I called the shop to see how they’re going to remedy the problem and they’re telling me no they’re not going to fix it ! that it wasn’t them.. when I have proof in my possession that this auto shop has been the only place I have taken my vehicle! The owner is very rude and dishonest .I repeat do not bring your vehicles in there !! you will get the item fix in within a couple of months you’ll have to return your vehicle back to the shop !! they are loosening other parts on the vehicle in order to get your business this should not be allowed I will be making a Police report and contacting my attorney ! European car performance services should be ashamed of the kind of business and product that they’re putting out there !!!

They treat customers with respect and communicate well about services, prices, and how long the work will take. If you have a European car and you live in Martin County, this is really the place you need to go.

I had the worst experience from this company! I took my car in because it was running hot they replaced the radiator and that still didnt fix it took it back the very next day and all they did was add coolant. the end result they pick it back up return the car with no radiator and no i have a bad engine!!! And they want me to pay for the engine work! what a joke. Now i have a car with no radiator and bad engine because of lack of diagnostics ... absolutely horrible

Straight up decent shop to bring your beloved but finicky exotic.

Brought my car in for an estimate because of an accident. Called a few days later to schedule the insurance adjuster to look at the car and get the estimate cost. They already started working on my car without my approval, then wanted me to pay them to get my car back. Held my car hostage and Johnny was rude and unprofessional on the phone.Once I finally did get my car back, two times things were still wrong with the car. The first time I brought it back for them to fix, another week without my car. After the second time I decided to take it to someone else, tired of bad work.

Owned my 1992 Carrera for 14 years, I was the second owner buying it with 44,000 miles. The first 3 or so years I owned it was a P.I.A. finding people I could trust to service it, I ended up doing most of the maintenance and repairs myself with the help of the Rennlist forum and Youtube videos. Finally was referred here by another enthusiast about 10 years ago. Johnny and his team were both very good and very honest. On more than one occasion they found small issues that saved me a lot! If I ever go to a European car again, they will be the ones servicing it.

My mother and I used them for years, and trusted them implicitly...two weeks ago my mother died...last week I went in because my cooloant light came on...they quoted me $1,100.00 for the part not for work JUST THE PART... I went and got another quote and had a friend look up the part...it was less then 500.00.So thank you European for tryimg to take advantage of me during my time of greif!!
