JBS A/C and electric, an A/C and Electric company without equal in the area, you would be making a mistake by not getting a quote for a repair or replacement from the team at JBS A/C and electric.In the beginning, I got 12 quotes, shortly after moving to Florida from Maine back in May. Johns quote was not the lowest, it actually was actually right in the middle. The difference, is that JB A/C and electric was offering a system far superior for a much better value than almost all of the competing bids. John the owner, knew the I was shopping competitively and decided to have a meeting with me the next morning. John sat there and listened for close to 20 minutes, nodding, smiling and explaining the advantages of the system he was recommending an even better value with a few less frills than the other companies. John knew that I had a young family and just bought this house so he ensured that I had a long warranty with the system offered. By the time John stood up to leave, I felt that we had made an agreement one family man to another, which was a relief. The pain-staking process of getting quotes was over.In the following weeks, JB A/C and electric went above and beyond for me from ground break to testing the system. Although I will admit there were a couple of snags, the team course corrected resolved the issue expediently, this team acts as a well oiled machine. John, handed of the install to his lead residential installer and I could not be more happy, David had the team arrive early in the morning as to ensure the crew as not too hot in the attic as temperatures rose throughout the day. What they were able to accomplish was nothing short of incredible, all of the old equipment including all of the vent work was removed by 11am, 11am! You could tell that David cared about his crew, he ensured everyone was alright and hydrated the whole time. Following the removal, David and Jeremiah worked, until it started to storm to get the brand new extra efficient inverter 200 speed Daikin FIT system installed. David stayed late drenched with sweat and rain as it started to down pour towards the end, to test the unit and ensure that my family had cool air that same night.Now on to comfort, the system JB recommended in his wisdom along with David is incredible, our house is always comfortable, you barely ever hear the AC running and our electric bill has dropped by 20% during the hottest months of the year.JB A/C and Electric is a family owned business, that cares about their customers needs and has delivered exceptional service even after the sale. These guys did a job for someone in my apartment complex yesterday and they left a mess in the hallway. They seemed like lazy kids who didnt want clean up after themselves. They werent working on my unit but now I get to clean up after them anyway, very unprofessional..

Fantastic. Nick, a young man who removed my old A/C unit plus old water heater - was a pleasure to have in my condo. This young guy knew everything about his job and was so pleasant and friendly!! I told John (his boss and the company owner) what a gem he is. I do not say this too often but when I notice exceptional service, I will tell the world. He was also training a new employee, as it was his first day. He oversaw everything and both Nick and his trainee Eric were very conscientious and courteous. Kent and John stopped by after the job was complete and checked out all the work to make sure it was done right. I had no doubt after watching Nick do the job.I can honestly say that I wish my experiences with other service companies were this pleasant - and informative. I had a sense of meeting a young guy who is definitely going places, one who puts his all into whatever he is doing. I will definitely refer them when I can. 10 stars :)

Today was my first time using JB A/C. My parents recommended them to me as they have been using them for years. They diagnosed, and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. They were honest, and very knowledgeable.

This is truly the best group of people I’ve ever dealt with in any service industry. They are prompt, even on weekend emergency calls, and fair. Excellent...excellent service from this company. I can’t say enough good things about JB and his team.

My handler fan motor went out just shy of 3 years. Called JB and he said it was covered by the warranty and all I had to pay was the labor. I texted him twice how much would the labor be? He never answered and his technician showed up the next morning @ 8 am instead of 9 . I wasnt even awake and forgot to ask about the cost. He installed the new motor in about 40 minutes then handed me a bill for $579. I was shocked. I didnt have that kind of money and clearly felt taken advantage of. They offered a 15 percent discount. I declined and he took the fan motor out. I said just leave the new motor and I paid him the $80 service call. Later on that day I realized he took the new one and left me with the broken one.. after 4 days of no air my sister referred me to an air conditioner company and they charged me $180. A whopping $400 difference. I texted JB l wanted my $80 back. No response.

I added a sunroom to my mobile home and needed A/C in the new room.JB suggested the Mitsubishi split unit for better cost and efficiency.The installers showed up on time, were very professional and amazingly pleasant. I highly recommend this company as they are now our go to for any A/C needs we have. Thank you for coming out quickly and getting our new sunroom cooled for us...

Motor and wires burnt on my A/C unit. My usual maintenance man checked and found more bad news.He recommended getting a new unit instead of putting money into an old one but, the job was to big for him. I called for estimates some showed up and one had me wait a 3 hour window I called and they said theyll be late, cancelled that one out.JB A/C arrived punctual, is very pleasant, knowledgeable and not pushy. I accepted his estimate which was reasonable compared to others. His workers pulled old unit from attic, installed new one in garage closet, cut out new return in wall, rerouted duct, electrical and drain in approx 7 hours. They are neat and thorough workers.The 4 ton American Standard (American made) John recommended is quieter like he said and even looks good :)I recommend J/B to anyone in need of A/C work.MarcosPS: My wife is very happy also! I have been using JBs for commercial A/C work for the last 7 years and am very satisfied with their service. Everything from completely new units to small repairs, they have been excellent at what they do. Their prices are competitive and whenever I get competing bids for work they come out on top every time.I recently needed a new unit for my house and in my experience sometimes the service between commercial and residential work within companies can be drastically different. I went with JBs and their level of service was even better than before. The technicians who came to do the work didnt even know who I was so it wasnt because of the work in the past.I would highly recommend that you give them a shot for your next commercial or residential A/C service needs.

What a FANTASTIC experience! My existing central air system was making noise so I decided I wanted to replace the condenser & air handler. Being my nature I contacted 12 companies for competitive pricing and available products. Only 8 even called back. One of those was JBs A/C & Electrical of Stuart Florida. John showed up and was very personable and knowledgable. He explained exactly what was needed, offered quality Rheem products at a very fair and competitive price. John and Kyle quickly set a date to replace our components without any interruption in our comfort. John and Kyle spent the better part of the day at our home. They were VERY professional, neat, clean, efficient, helpful and left a quality work product in their wake. I do not often write reviews, but my great experience I had with JBs A/C warranted a review. We have rental property in So. FL. It is critical for us to have an A/C company we can depend on, that we can trust and who is prompt. JBs has demonstrated excellence in all these areas plus they are very knowledgeable and get the job done right. I felt comfortable having them on the job too because John and his technicians are great guys. We are not in FL year round so I have confidence if I am not in town & a tenant calls with an A/C problem I know JBs will take care of it. They have been fair and told me when I can repair a unit, or when I had a unit I would only have been throwing good money after bad that it was time to replace it. A great company that I would highly recommend to anyone!

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. They set appointments and dont show up. They sent out inexperienced kids to work on my unit and ruined my UV Bulb. I wish I had called someone else! What a waste of time and money!
