When your 15 yr. old AC conks out in mid August, whos your best friend? Louis is!Even though I am scheduled for a replacement unit, Louis and the gang had my (sweaty) back. With NO AC and a two week lead time(Not their fault, high volume business, because they are in demand.) They made sure I would be comfy while I waited... He had to climb a ladder to repair my unit and worked some magic. Much thanks also to Marie and her sincere concern and assistance. These folks are tight, responsive and always pleasant!

Breathe Healthier Air is an outstanding AC/duct company ! My house hasnt felt this nice since purchasing the home! They are extremely easy to work with, no hidden fees, very knowledgeable with what they do. And I was certainly surprised with their timeliness and had new AC unit, Duct work, and a special breaker installed all in the same day and it only took them a few hours to finish everything. My only complaint is that while they were installing the Unit, and adding a breaker to accommodate the AC unit, my Xfinity T.V. stopped working and I believe the cables were either disconnected or torn out during hauling the unit to the appropriate place on my home. But other than that they did and excellent job! Maybe they will even consider coming back to check the breaker, or cable line, to see if that is the circumstance. Very pleasant and easy going! I would definitely recommend this company to family, friends and co-workers.Thank you Breathe Healthier Air! We love our new unit and our AC is ice cold :)

First class install. Equipment specd for job was perfect. Equipment is quiet . Was skeptical at first on the IWave. My wife on second day asked if I thought air was cleaner...she was not aware of the IWave install...Blindfold test. Guys were courteous and respectful of install. Great service. Tech arrived as scheduled and performed HVAC maintenance service. He even pointed out to us that we have a hole under our foundation. It was on the side of the house behind bushes, and I don’t think we would have noticed it on our own.

Thermostat disconnected from unit. A simple reboot fixed it. The condensate pump was dripping too much water from the humidity in the garage, a box and insulation was added so it would stop.

I couldn’t of picked a better company to not only install, but service my air conditioning system. You will not go wrong. These guys are honest, well priced, and professional in their work.

Technician arrived to assess the issue. He pointed out drainage was clogged. Pointed out the coils was bad but fixes and hint temporary. He mentioned coolant was topped. I wished he could’ve mentioned the costs before going through with what ever he was going to fix.After paying $400+ and after couple of days my AC never stops running and the air stops cooling. I asked the technician if there was something he could do, I was passed on to another technician who was too busy. All I needed was some help to get it fixed again.I shouldn’t have called this company in the first place but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I felt like I paid for nothing really. I’m very disappointed.

This is a wonderful and professional company to deal with. 3 people came in and installed a new air conditioner/air handler, cleaned the ducts, and all their equipment was in the truck by noon. I would recommend this company to everyone who needs to replace the air conditioner in their home.

Lewis came out again for an issue I have had with the original installation of our air conditioner having had way too little return flow to it. I had 6 companies come out to give suggestions and quotes. Of all 6 Lewis was 1 of only 2 that came up with a well thought out solution that took into consideration the aesthetics of our home and our budget. On this visit we added three more returns in extra bedrooms and the install crew were knowledgeable and completed the work with care and efficiency. Im thankful to have found this company.

Put in a new AC system yesterday. Service, friendliness and responsiveness could not have been better. They also offered a “bumper-to-bumpier” 10 year warranty covering all parts and labor. Time will tell, but to date at least I’m rating everything about this place a 10.

Just bought this AC unit 30 Dec 19! Supposed to be warranted for 10 years. We werent told that the drain and pan needed cleaning so often. It was installed for 8 months when we had to call for service. Apparently the drain and pan were clogged and the unit shuts off automatically. Of course, this wasnt warranted!

Very professional and efficient. They were able to see me quickly and gave me a quote. I had several quotes and theirs was the best for the equipment I wanted. They had it in stock and installed in two days. The installers came when they said they would and protected the inside of my home. I was very happy with the service provided

Just had a install of a new complete A/C system. I felt the price was fair, and confident that the unit recommended would best serve me and years to come. The installers, Henry and Armando, were amazing and obviously second to none. They were courteous, neat, professional, considerate, and did an immaculate and very conscientious job. I cant imagine a better installation. I didnt even have to vacuum up after they left. I highly recommend Breathe Healthier Air company based on this experience.

Your serviceman arrived on time and promptly went to work. I watched him as he opened three compartments, checked the wiring, used a vacuum to check pressure, etc., uncovered ends of 3 wires and checked them on his meter. I asked him where the coils are that seem to be vulnerable, and he showed them to me, and explained why they go bad. Then I left him to finish up as I cannot stay in the heat too long. I am very happy with his inspection and look forward to a good relationship with your company in the future.

Imagine!! Both my a/c units went out. I called Breathe Healthier Air and spoke to Shanon, who sounds so cute, She had someone out to my home in a few hours. They fixed the main unit, but needed a part for the other unit. Shanon called me the next day (today) saying they had the part and would be out to fix the 2nd unit. What a great company. Not only did Breathe Healthier Air install two excellent AC system for us, but they were also right on top of any issues we had afterwards. Great service! I had a leak running down my wall coming from my 20+ year old A.C. I was able to contain the leak and contact Breathe Healthier Air to replace the unit. They were out the same day I called and replaced the unit within a few days. I wasnt in a rush seeing as I had a.c but they always asked if my a.c was cooling. The estimate was quick with several options. Unit works great and my house is cool and smells great! Didnt realize how bad the old A.C unit was. Would recommend to anyone!
