Let me begin by mentioning that I was referred to this company from my employer management group who strongly suggested to use this company especially for the long run due to their company commitment to their customers. I realized when I first contacted this company over the phone how understanding they are and how compelling they were to work with me and around my schedule. I researched this company and their fully certified by all government affiliated agencies. Their workers are very professional and eager to work on any level of difficulty situations. Once I spoke with the office representative, an on-call AC Technician Specialist reached out to me to confirm their appointment. The Technician arrived to my home a little earlier than expected but he did let me know where and how long it would of taken him to arrive. Once he arrived he treated me with an unparalleled level of respect and confidence towards situation. While the Technician was beginning to gather his equipment in order to proceeded with his diagnostic testing towards my AC unit, I keenly took notice to how he kept his work van and equipment all in order and in-tack to present a organizational skillset within himself, yet alone the company he represented. He was very kind, knowledgable about his calculations and respectful while in and out of my home particularly for cleaning his shoes before entering my home. That is a big deal for me whenever I seek service representatives to enter my home. I was very satisfied with his level of respect towards my home. Finally, once the Technician was finished he presented me with the bill which was fully detailed to each service that was performed at my home that day. Along with any prominent recommendations I could consider. I did not have one single issue or any plausible concerns with the service the Technician provided to me for my AC unit, yet alone I did not experience any negative concerns or issues from within the AC company he represented too. THIS company has supplied me with the highest level of confidence when seeking AC care. I WILL continue doing business with this company and I WILL recommend this company to as much people/businesses as much as possible. Be vigilant when choosing a company for emergency weekend service. I was told the service call on a Sunday would be $75. The tech arrived, found that my floater switch was on, cleared the drain line, all together it took 5 mins. He then checked my compressor, it kicked on just fine. When I walked away for a minute I came back out to find him messing with the compressor, and only the fan was working. He told me the charge for clearing the floater switch and line would be $295, but it looked as though I needed a new capacitator for around $350. If I got the new capacitator he would waive the charge of $295. He then continued to tell me that my capacitator was shot because the system was turning on an off all day. This is where I called BS. My system was acting up in the morning and cycled on and off twice. I immediately knew there was an issue and turned the entire system off to prevent damage. When the tech had cleared the clog, the compressor kicked on perfectly and was cooling - only when I walked away from the tech did the capacitor issue start. I called him on the bs. Sure enough my compressor started working perfectly normal within minutes of being called out on it.When it came time to pay - the final bill for 5-10 mins of work was $295. I disputed this with the office. They agreed on a final payment amount of $130. The tech provided me with an invoice for the $130. Two days later I get a call from the company saying I still owe them $65.I would look elsewhere for emergency service. This company may charge the lowest rate for the call - but will try to get more from you by making a repair that isnt needed.
