They respond right away! They fixed my old A/C system quickly when it was not working properly and installed a new one when it came time. They gave us a much better system (and much quieter too) at a great price! Donnie is awesome to work with! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that my husband and I can understand! I completely recommend their services to everyone!

Parking is scarce in Stuart. Its the number one reason that deters costumers from patronizing the downtown businesses. I visited Roasted Records today and found your van occupying two of the most premium parking spaces the store has. I had to park a block away in the rain. When I returned an hour later the van was still there. I cant help but to think that the lost business to Roasted Records from your careless and obtuse behavior was probably more than the cost of your service call. Shame on you.

AC Care is THE best of the best! Their 24/7 service saved us on a Saturday night, in the middle of summer, when our AC went out. We called AC Care and one of their technicians, Jimmy, was at our house within an hour to fix the issue. Jimmy was so helpful and polite, even though it was late on a Saturday night when we couldve been doing many other things! Thank goodness for them, because without them we wouldve been without AC for the rest of the weekend. I HIGHLY recommend AC Care!

My ac unit recently died. The pandemic made it hard to find a replacement. While searching for a new unit, AC Care made every effort to make sure I was comfortable while I was waiting. It is Florida and the heat index was over 100 degrees. Everyone involved - the office staff, Jimmy who did the diagnosis and quote, the man who brought a mobile ac unit, and the installers treated me with respect and concern. They were professional and efficient and they know their stuff! When I called with a question about how the unit was operating, Jimmy was here the next day to make a few necessary adjustments. Right now Im loving my new unit! I know I can call on them if I have more questions or need help with this unit and theyll help me right away. This is my first Lennox unit and Im pleased with it. Im even more pleased with the service I received from AC Care.

Dave E, came out to my home to repair an over flowing condensation pan on the air handler in my guest quarters. While here, I asked him to check out the 28 year old system that I had installed in 1993 during the rehab of my home. Obviously he said that while the system was still working it was quite old and that the air handler had been installed in a very precarious location in my cramped attic preventing adequate access to service the unit plus he noted that despite the many repair bills from a different installer I was on thin ice as far a getting much more use of the system. He went on to explain the advantages of a newer first class system and the upgrades made in the a/c industry with Halo air cleaning add on accessories. My wife and I had been contemplating an upgrade to our system anyways so we asked for a quote and after a day to get back to us he gave us a bunch of options. All the way from a get by low end system to a Ferrari valued product. With summer coming and at 80 years old we decided to go first class so that we and my family would have the best and longest lasting a/c system available.Dave, Don, and Laura checked back in with me and gave me an option of dates to install the system. It was a two day job completed in time with the minimum of fuss and mess. The 6 or 7 guys that paraded through my front door treated my home with respect, kept the noise and dust level down and installed the system like the professionals I had hoped for. Suffice to say that we were very satisfied with the install and the performance of the product. I would highly recommend this company to satisfy anyones HVAC needs.

A/C Care was very responsive and professional. They were able to get my old AC limping along for a couple of days until they could get the new unit installed. We had them replace ductwork as well and they brought out an appropriate crew to complete the entire project in a single day. The quality of the work was great and they left the areas they worked in cleaner than they found them. Great contractor, would recommend!

My biggest concern with getting my AC fixed is getting ripped off. Not with these guys. Dave Epps has been out twice to fix my AC in the past 3 years. He has been on time courteous and on his game every time. They first quickly assess the problem this time it only took him 10 minutes. He checked to see if there was a warranty which there was almost expired. Any other dishonest AC Tech would have charged me but the call turned out to be free! Whoever reads this I highly and I repeat highly recommend this company and Dave Epps in particular. You will not be disappointed with your service.

Called on a Friday night at 7:00 when I returned from out of town and AC was not blowing cold. They were there in 30 mins. It was a quick simple fix and they didn’t even charge me. I went ahead and contracted them for my yearly maintenance. Super friendly, fast, and honest. He would not even take a tip when offered.

First class service, I am very pleased with the whole transaction.In order to get a better deal we decided to replace my air conditioner and my sons at the same time. I got three different quotes. Once I compared what each company was suggesting I went with A/C CARE HEAT & AIR.They werent the cheapest but they didnt cut corners. They did a detailed installation, replaced what needed to be replaced and did a superior quality installment. I plan on living in my house for a long time so the 10 year warranty is very important.They showed up on time cleaned the work area when done.My son called me today because he passed inspection. He lives in a four unit townhouse while up on the roof the inspector noticed his neighbors A/C, the person they hired did not get the proper permits, he did such a poor job they would have not passed. If he ever plans on selling the house they will have problems.I truly recommend this company, BTW I did all the negotiation with Donnie, as a woman they try to pull a fast one or they ask for the husband. I was treated with respect.

Every experience Ive had with A/C Care has been amazing! Their technicians are always on time, extremely knowledgeable, and will give you the TRUTH about your system. Previous companies Ive used in the past were nowhere near as knowledgeable, and when the previous company put my new system in, they did it incorrectly which was causing all kinds of malfunctions. Once I found A/C Care, they came to my house, immediately discovered the issues, fixed what the previous company created, and I never looked back. A/C Care is my #1 A/C company that I trust, and will always use in the future. The A/C unit at my parents house died last year, and once I found out they were talking with different A/C companies that were going to price gouge them, I stopped their communications with those companies and called A/C Care immediately, and within 24 hours my parents house was up and running for the best price available and amazing warranty. Do yourself a favor and only call A/C Care for your air conditioner needs!

A/C went out and the problem had already been diagnosed by another company. These guys were half the price to fix it (didn’t make me get another diagnosis), saved me more money by looking up the warranty and getting me the part for free and came earlier than scheduled to get my A/C running. Wonderful and professional.

Turned a $4K job into a $170 job. Called another company first who said my compressor was burnt out and I had to replace the whole outside unit which would be around 3-4k to replace. A/C Care Heat & Air came out and said there was just a safety mechanism on the unit that had switched off due to overheating. He fixed my wiring, serviced my unit and it works perfectly again.
