I called first thing in the morning & they came out the same day & fixed it within an hour. Everyone is super friendly & professional. My scheduled time was between 2 & 4. They were here before my scheduled time!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

We needed to replace our air conditioning located in the attic. The time quoted to complete the job was estimated to take 12 hours.They were able to finish sooner. I cant say enough about the installers . They were polite and very professional. We were very satisfied with the quality of work and the speed it was completed.I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

I called them for an estimate after my original company told me I needed a new condenser. They came out and gave me a quote and when I went with another company sharkey tried to bill me saying they did a service call. They did not! They did an estimate.and now he is sending threats to ruin my credit. I would not recommend him to anyone

Sharkey Air is an amazing company! They show up when they say that they are. Their number 1 goal is to get your A/C working quickly and with the least amount of expense. They won’t oversell you on their services. They do what they say they are going to do! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!

Very helpful. Ive had the opportunity to work with three of their techs, the first one who handled the diagnosis and the other two who handled the install. Each of them was very helpful and patient and answered all my questions -- and I had a LOT of questions. I really appreciated that they were each willing to take the time to explain the repairs and why they had to do things a certain way. Never once were they condescending. The whole experience was very refreshing.

Sharkey Air is great! They show up when they say they will. Ive used them 3 times so far. They serviced my AC and cleaned all the duct work in my house. The technician was friendly and good at educating me on the physics of my system. He was thorough and professional. Everyone at this company has been great. Great experience, This is a little late in coming, but when Kevins company was doing a remodel for the office space next door he found that the previous air conditioning contractor had set up the system so that we were actually providing cooling for that unit. With the landlord informed, Kevin took care of the issue.So when we were having a cooling issue in our front office area and another firm we had used for over a decade was proposing a multi thousand dollar solution, I called Kevin and the solution was hundreds not thousands.Top notch.. they know their stuff.... a member of MCBE a local group of business owners dedicated to providing great service and Kevin and his company certainly live up to that.

When my A/C went out, Sharkey Air was able to get my unit replaced in no time and saved me a ton of money. I didnt get the most energy saving unit available due to my budget, but I have already seen about a $50 savings on my electric bill each month. Excellent service and professional team.

Beware! Charged us $376.50, $107/lb. to add 3.5 lbs of freon. Called 3 other air conditioning companies to verify standard price and all charge between $40-45/lb. Did not tell us until he had already added to system. Rip-off!

My pool was down for over 5 weeks and the tech from the company who installed the equipment seemed not to have a clue and I was not given assurances they would get it running. I gave up and phoned Pentairs technical support and they referred me to Sharkeys Air. I spoke to Denise and she said a tech would be there before noon the next day. The following day Jonathan Wharton showed up and in a very short time had determined what the problem was and had me running again. While there he gave all of my equipment a thorough inspection and assured me everything should work fine. He left me his card and told me to phone him if I needed anything further. I am a former field service manager with over 30+ yrs of experience so obviously, knowing how the service repair companies do business, i was on the lookout and wasnt about to get ripped off. To my surprise, this company was honest. In addition, this company went out of their way and purchased a window air conditioner for me to use because mine was broken. Furthermore, they went out of their way to get the part broken covered by warranty even though i was not the original owner and the warranty that was almost ready to expire the next month was not transferrable. My not-so-old (new in 2010) Lennox Elite compressor went...so instead of replacing outside unit only I opted to go all new with RHEEM - my system of preference. One call to Sharkey and Mike was out to assess the job and quoted asap. Signed deal on a Friday morning and they started job first-thing that following Monday morning...talk about prompt service!!!ps. Sharkey came highly recommended and actually won my business over current A/C provider even though my current provider would have been ~$600cheaper due to service/repair credit and so far all is as-advertised/as-expected :)

Sharkey air is a godsend. when my compressor broke (under warranty), they went the extra mile for me in locating one and in dealing with Trane---not an easy thing to do. kevin kept in contact with me and drove to get the new compressor. installation price was reasonable. as far as regular maintenance, they are just as dependable and reasonable. very pleasant people to deal with from top to bottom. the fact that they support local charities also speaks volumes!!. these are exactly the kind of folks you want on your side. update (12/2017): anthony c provided the same level of excellent service i have become used to with sharkey. conscientious, complete and this time with added dryer vent service.

When the 13 year old air conditioner in my house stopped functioning I called Sharkeys based on internet reviews. They called me back promptly and came out on time to evaluate the situation. The technician explained that the root cause of the problem was a refrigerant leak and laid out my options. Based on the age of the old system I decided to go with a replacement. After a bit of negotiating we settled on a price and set up a time for the work to be done. Before leaving the technician got the old system up and running to keep the house cool until the replacement could be installed. Installation technicians were prompt, on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves.When I got home from work I wasnt satisfied with a part of the installation so I Sharkeys with my complaint. The owner returned my call promptly, personally came over to evaluate the installation, discussed the issue with me and made arrangements for a crew to come over and resolve the matter. Again they showed up on time, were polite, professional and resolved the matter to my satisfaction.I feel that Sharkeys treated me fairly. Im very satisfied with the end result and would recommend Sharkey Air to a friend.
