By far the nicest Planet fitness I have been to, very clean and very well organized. The staff is friendly, the people working out always seem nice. Ive been at various times of the day and while it does get busy, it is never too hectic and there usually isnt much of a wait.

It’s been years since I had a membership at a gym and one of the reasons I chose planet fitness is because of their black card spa experience.Not only do they have great workout equipment, but it’s not overly crowded when I go. Also, at the end of my workout I look forward to the Hydro massage. I also like the total body enhance experience but will have to continue using that to see if it’s making a difference. I highly recommend the Planet Fitness Blackcard!!!

I absolutely love going here to workout. The employees are so nice and friendly. If your looking for a gym this is it. I dont feel uncomfortable going by myself. I highly recommend Planet Fitness in Stockbridge.

The operational hours, helpful & friendly staff, expansive and well maintained equipment are impressive and facilitate getting my exercise rutines done. The toughtfully planned sanitation stations and social fitnessing policy lend for greater confidence that I can get fit and stay healthy. I was feeling tired after work, but persevered and made it to the gym. Felt inspired when I left to witness the scenery of the cool evening arrival.

Love Planet Fitness you cant beat the deal if you want to use locations anywhere in the world its only $22 that includes bringing guests using the massage water beds and chairs . If you want to pay the $10 membership you only can use one location and it doesnt include the extra perks but both memberships are no contract.They are continuing to follow the CDC guidelines the staff is always helpful they noticed you when you come in and when you go out they greet you. The facility is kept immaculate. I only missed getting the free purple candy chews and Tootsie Rolls. Its been discontinued because of Covid.

I loved it. I usually go to the Morroe location which is good as well however the layout at this location is better suited to me.

Love it! They are very COVID-19 conscious. Its huge and great for social distancing. I never have to wait for equipment and I love the water bed massage, the time is just too short LOL. I highly recommend.

This location is always well staffed with associates actually working. Not only are they present but also aware. I have always been greeted and given well wishes. This location is much better than others I have tried before.

This is brand a new workout facility. They have tons of equipment and the membership fees are very affordable.

Very nice, brand new facility. In my experience, this gym never gets crowded, even around peak times. I really enjoy working out here. Everything is very clean and constantly disinfected. The machines are new and clean and I get a really good workout in a very convenient location.

Everyone was polite and helpful from the first day I joined! I went only a few times during Covid-19, they were cleaning constantly keeping customers safe, I very much appreciated their efforts! But because of todays times my wallet got tight and couldnt afford the gym. The associate gladly suspended my account to save those much needed dollars and informed me of the next steps to take! Ill go back when I can for certain. And this is a real review, not the company just tryna sound good!😆👍🏼🎯

I am getting back to working out again. I really like the circuit I am in and out in a half hour.

I started my membership on 03/08/2020 right before the pandemic. I was able to attend once on 03/10/2020 before the gym was shut down due to the pandemic. When the gym reopened I was pregnant and still could not attend the gym. I had committed to a year membership so I CONTINUED to pay my dues for a full year while only visiting the gym once. After one year, my account was auto renewed and charged a annual fee without my consent. I was told I needed to come in to cancel. My son is a newborn and I did not want to bring him out in the middle of the pandemic. I did not have to come in to start the membership but I had to bring in my son to cancel and still was not refunded. Horrible policies and customer service!

6 days a week for a 62 year old man.

I like that its ALWAYS clean and the team members are seen sanitizing the equipment often. They are also courteous and always greet me when I enter and say have a nice day when I leave. The sanitizer stations for members to use before and after using the equipment is always stocked with full bottles of disinfectant and paper towels. I like that its not overly packed at the times I go. The equipment I use is always available when Im there. The ladies locker room and rest room is also always clean and never smells like a musty gym, which I absolutely love. During this pandemic, Im glad that they are requiring us to wear masks at all times while working out. It feels good to be a member of a gym that is doing their part by enforcing social responsibility from all members and visitors who enter the facility.

I like it here, nobody bothers you, its clean.. the only thing though its a bit small. Thats the only thing

This is by far the best Planet Fitness Ive been to, and Ive been to a *ton* of them. I travel all over 3 states every day for work, hitting the gym 3-4 times a week so you can trust Ive got a good idea about this. The Smith machines here are VERY nice, the rails sit at a slightly steeper angle than at most other PF locations which makes squats and overhead presses feel so much nicer.. plus they slide all buttery smooth! At my home PF in Daytona it constantly feels like the rails need to be lubricated and it makes using them a pain in the butt. Very clean, not super busy, and just a pleasure to work out at. If this is the closest planet fitness location to where you live, consider yourself very lucky.

Very very clean. Following Covid-19 guidelines. Staff always seen cleaning and making sure gym is safe.Staff member ask a member if he had a locker to place his bag in, since the gym bag was sitting on the treadmill. Very nice and professional.Great job. Will continue to go to gym.

It is very clean and the people who work there are very friendly and charismatic. There is a healthy, fun and highly motivated environment to achieve the goals you want to achieve.

This particular planet fitness takes your health & safety serious. I joined during the COVID-19 pandemic. I can say this location is constantly maintaining and cleaning the equipment to lessen the spread of COVID-19. I feel safe here.

I can only speak for the facilities in stockbridge, staff is very attentive every member gets greeted at the door immediately. Equipment is always accessible no waiting and always clean. Highly recommend this place for any fitness needs you may have!

This is my second visit to this location. I first visited the location on February 23, 2020. I was so impressed with the set-up, the equipment and the facility was immaculate.The staff was friendly, helpful and the atmosphere inviting. I live in Decatur near a Planet Fitness less than 10 minutes from my house but I took the drive this morning . I walked in and said Good Morning to the young lady, at the front desk, she looked at me with this blank expression and scanned my membership card never opening her mouth to greet me. A simple good morning would have sufficed. I will continue to visit this facility because it Rocks ! but I had to mention the customer no service I received today.

This is my fave planet fitness the employees are always super nice and accommodating. I just wish that they were 24hrs 7days a week. All of them close at 7 on Saturday’s and Sunday’s (which is a bummer 😒😑) But overall great place to work out and not over crowded.

Excellent location! This is my first PF experience and I love it. The staff is always nice, the equipment is always cleaned properly. I also noticed that the people who attend this location are very clean and respectful.

This place is clean and a lot of equipment available for use. I love the online app which allows you to choose workouts and or areas you decide to work on. The staff here has been very pleasant so far so I’m hoping that continues as I continue to utilize this location.

It is a great planet fitness to go to but there was a rude employee I didn’t get her name but when me and my grandmother came she gave her the white card and the employee said does he (talking about me) have a membership my grandmother said no but he is my guest and the lady said he can’t exercise because you are a white card member and in order to have a guest you have to be a black card member so my grandmother said can he just come in today she said no he can not exercise. So my grandmother said can you just look in your system and see if he is registered I gave her my phone number and my photo came up and she said they were not supposed to do that.... we have never had this problem before and i Think it should be addressed all of the other employees would scan the card and I would give them my number and they would say enjoy your exercise now all of a sudden what the problem. My grandmother has cancelled her planet fitness membership because I doesn’t seem fair we have never had this problem we have been with you all for a year this isn’t making any since

Generally I like this location, kind of left a bad taste in my mouth this last Saturday may 30th though!!! Got up early and was at the door at 7 am, nobody was there to open, it was me and about 7 other members in the parking lot, it’s was a really huge inconvenience because I had to be at work at 9 30 mins away, I worked for la fitness for Years so I know how important gyms opening on time is!! But anyway other wise than that it’s a pretty good gym

Good and cheap but so many unnecessary rules

I came in this morning 9/16 I was told I owe a $38 balance on my account when my account is directly debited monthly I spoke with the facility manager Dez who told me it was nothing she could do about it and it was no way for me to speak to ownership . Im extremely dissatisfied and disappointed that my local gym cant resolve such a basic issue.

So two people gave this place a 1. One racist, and one that blames everyone else for their problems. In my experience these are great gyms to get your workout started and get back in shape. This place is prefect for my lifestyle and my budget! They offer classes 5 days a week even an orientation class the customer service desk and trainers are always there If you have any questions thats the part i love best I dont feel lost while Im there. Its a pretty big gym which is another plus so you dont have to wait on machines!
