Great place need more ground keepers to manicured the course grass wasnt cut too high not country club manicured sorry

Not a member but went to an event for the Girl Scouts out on the lawn. Very nice place for events. The restaurant inside smelled great. Thanks to the club for hosting that event.

Southern best course crazy clubhouse

The place is beautiful. The homes are gorgeous the problem I have is when I try to find this place google maps had took me to the back entrance( no enter to the public) never directs me to the front main gate. So I guess I am rating google map. I am not happy when it comes to finding the main entrance. There is a security guard at the front entrance no ID you will not get in.. There is a home I am in love with it is breathe taken. Nice clean and quiet environment.

Eagles Landing, excellent golf course and extremely welcoming staff who help facilitate each and every guest. Each of the nine courses are in very good shape. Congrats to the Pro who keeps this course in tip-top shape despite the understandable continuous drain on resources heading to Club Corp TX (Corp Office) The Parking lot is in desperate need of resurfacing as are many of the structural edifices that make this beautiful club, exceptional in the Southeast of Atlanta, GARespectfully, Don

Very lovely gated community on the Southside of Atlanta. Wonderful golf course used for PGA tours and residents of the community. I was able to visit on a couple of occasions and this one did not disappoint. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

The management is horrible and the course is not kept up like it use to be.

Beautiful inside and out. Wonderful place to host your event.

My work place my job

I am a vendor two people who live in this country club and I find it extremely hard to get in and out this is the hardest place to get into in the state and I think thats unnecessary refinement would be something that I would look for at the front gate to expedite people through quicker especially vendors

On our last visit (12-09-20) the food and service were just ok. We have been coming here for almost 20 years. Even had our wedding reception here. Quality has plummeted in recent years. So sad.

Even in light showers this place is worth the visit. greens are in great shape and the landscape o range h hole is beautiful. hill is tight and sloping but played to the card is a 9 you can score on.

Loved this place, this is a place we plan to have our wedding. So many options and not as pricey as alot of places only downside for me is the cost to feed guests. Which we all know comes at a cost with the time and people involved. But despite that. We loved it and will definitely consider this venue

Beautiful location

Terrible staff at front gate. Require ID check to enter with no cause. They store your ID and this allows for identity theft. How well do they secure it, who can see it?Your drivers license number can be stolen from an employee and used to open credit cards and close bank accounts. This is a serious violation of privacy. Even if the resident you are visiting calls to let you in they still require ID. Bogus, won’t be living here or visiting.

I attended a wedding last night there. The wedding was beautiful! The property was gorgeous. But Mara and Jimmy made my experience as a guest horrible. Mara was rude when I first arrived. She came off as very frustrated. There were no signs directing guests where to go at start of wedding. During cocktail hour and the remainder of the event jimmy had an extremely nasty and rude attitude. He was VERY disrespectful to the guests and workers. I saw him snatching things from workers and talking to them in an unprofessional manner. He definitely needs some training on hospitality and how to be a leader. The wait staff and bartenders were amazing. And had pleasant attitudes. The food was AWFUL and COLD as ice. They didn’t give us options as to what we wanted to eat. They basically just served ice cold plates of whatever they wanted us to have. Two beautiful families. An awful country club to host event. It really deserves 0 stars.

$20k for a Saturday wedding (Just in case you were wondering). I could write some negative comments on service, but they have enough. Did not, will not have my wedding here. I don’t need the problems on my wedding day the prior guests were complaining about. However, this place is absolutely beautiful.

Gorgeous. The food was good. The staff are nice. I was there for a conference and it was truly an experience. It was a little cold because the had the air conditioning really high but overall a beautiful place.

Horrible service, and horrific food. The staff is very rude and disrespectful (especially Jimmy). I attended a wedding there and they ran out of food and liquor. And it was fully paid for. Also during the cocktail hour it started to rain and they refused to let anyone inside. The food was ice cold, and the drinks were disgusting. Jimmy also tried to kick everybody out before the allotted time paid for, and when he was confronted about it Jimmy called the police. Jimmy was very disrespectful and rude to all the guest from beginning to end, and should not be working in the hospitality business. The behavior of this “Country Club” and it’s staff is unacceptable. They need new management and training. I would never recommend this place for an event. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

It’s very unfortunate that such an amazing venue had such poor customer service. The promise that is made to a bride and groom should be honored. The food was cold, and there was not enough food for the guests. The manager on duty, Jimmy, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked for his assistance personally, and was met with a rude response. This event should have been an event of a lifetime, and it was no where close. Everything else was fine. Customer service is the most important component of this kind of business. I hate the treatment the bride and groom experience along with their parents. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. There are too many other venues out there for families to be subjected to the service at Eagles Landing Country Club. Totally unacceptable.

I attended an event here with my daughter. I was impressed with the beauty of the facility. The food was served buffet style so I had very little interaction with the employees. The food wasnt good. Hot items were hot. The chicken was bland and pink in the middle.

It is an extraordinary beautiful place for a wedding! I had a wonderful time at my sisters wedding and I enjoyed myself seeing as how I am wheelchair-bound.

I played golf as a guest at Eagles Landing yesterday. The course was beautiful, challenging, and very playable for someone not familiar with the layout. It was extremely well maintained. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I live about 75 miles away on the other side of Atlanta and it would be well worth a return visit.

Been to two golf events at Eagles Landing. The staff is amazing. The facilities are beautiful and the course(s) are awesome. Can not wait to go again next year!

Great clubhouse, great course, great staff! The course is somewhat narrow in my opinion; just enough to make it a challenge. Top notch all the way around!

If you’re looking for mediocre service, tasteless cold food, lack of food and a staff manager with ZERO customer service skills then feel free to waste your money. I would never recommend having your event here. Don’t do it...reconsider and do your research. There are many places in the Atlanta area that would treat you and your guests way better! Oh wait a minute....this just in. Turns out the chef quit a couple weeks ago so I guess Jimmy cooked the food because it tasted as bland as his attitude. Unacceptable!

Attended a wedding here last night and my heart hurts for the family’s that paid their hard earned money to use this place for their children’s wedding. There were so many things that were not acceptable by any standards.1. The food was flat out COLD. The venue “ran out of fish” and just started serving all the guest who order fish, chicken. I’ve never seen this in my life for a venue of that size charging the rates that they charge to have this issue. (Also, someone who actually got their fish before they “ran out” started to eat this COLD fish only to discover it was severely undercooked).2. There was no contingency plan in place in the case of rain. The staff ushered everyone out of the country club on to the patio where the cocktail hour was going to take place, which quite honestly there was no cocktail hour due to the POOR management team at this place. Once the sky looked like rain and guest were trying to make their way inside to not get caught outside in the rain, they were met with LOCKED DOORS. After asking a staffer at this venue what’s the plan if it rains I was told “Once the rain starts to fall and we know for sure it’s raining we will open the doors and find somewhere for y’all to go”. Once again unacceptable.3.JIMMY!!! This person by far was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in the hospitality field. He was visibly rude and disrespectful to his serves and multiple guest including myself. He was seen screaming and degrading his staff in front of guest. He treated us as though he was doing us a favor when we were upset about the running out of food issue and confronted him about it. His response “there’s just no more fish but the chicken will have to do”. Lastly, at the end of the event JIMMY decided to shut the event down exactly 41 minutes early and when confronted about the issue by the people who signed the contract and paid for this place, JIMMY CALLED THE COPS. This was an unnecessary escalation on his behalf but JIMMY could care less. JIMMY’s only concern was that his “country club” members got what they needed. We were definitely and afterthought. I commend all of the staff that work under this man because through it all you still smiled and were pleasant when serving COLD food and being belittled for mistakes you make have made or things completely out of your control.This place needs to seriously reconsider who they have in charge of certain things. They need not to be in business for events in my option because this experience was beyond unacceptable and seemed to be the NORM for them.This is a perfect example of how the Afro-American and Afro-Caribbean dollar is treated versus the other persuasion. I’m pretty sure certain things would not have happened or been a thought if the dollar was different. 0 starts if I could I seriously don’t recommend this place.

Ive been trying to reach someone for 9ver a month for my wedding over the phone so I tried going up there and still no luck. There should be a receptionist their at all times. I think the Lord maybe leading me elsewhere . Beautiful place need more organization. No one ever picks up the phone.

So Im learning golf. It aint easy. It wasnt fun for me but.... hey its not my cup of tea, but it might be yours. P. S. Security is Tight.

My brother was married here a few months ago and from the part that I seen everything was beautiful.

This was my wedding venue (2016)!! Loved the property and food! I would recommend for events, however my only problem (which was a big problem) was high turnover with staff, where we had to switch coordinators 3 times over the course of a few months while planning our wedding...that was not cool...but again, the property was nice, loved the stairs, chandeliers, being able to use ballroom and smaller room for cocktail hour, and being able to use the piano as our cake table...great place for picture backdrops as well....

I was planning on having my wedding here but after reading the reviews about this Jimmy person I have changed my mind. I dont care how beautiful the venue is if hes rude and food is disgusting I will not be spending my hard-earned money here. Good luck!

My employer took his managers there for lunch. Our lunch break is an hour. Our food never arrived and had to leave and go back to work. A co worker went to fast food restaurant to get everyone lunch

Havent played golf here, but have attended several meetings and ate at the club house. Food was good. Service was good. No complaints. Worth a return visit.

Very secure & beautiful gated community just about 20mins from the Atlanta airport. With 2 gates and a 24/7 gate guard at the 1st, residents and guests alike should feel more than secure. If looking for a home to buy there are homes to fit most buyers budgets inside the gates...ranging from around 300k to several million.

Play there on sundays. Always a good time.

I went here for a Stem Cell Seminar. The Country Club was older in decor than I had imagined, but it was very clean and the kitchen staff were very friendly while serving our group.

This is a great community of outstanding customers we had the pleasure of giving services to. Moving or delivery service.

I’ve attended many weddings and have been to many wedding venues, and this place is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. They need to retrain the staff ASAP. JIMMY should change his profession because he is awful in the hospitality business. He is very rude and disrespectful to the guest and even worse to the staff. They ran out of food and liquor and The food was extremely cold and nasty. They also locked the wedding guest outside in the on coming rain. I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone, there are other venues in the Atlanta area! JIMMY you should be ashamed of the way you treated guest and how you ruined a young brides wedding reception......SHAME ON YOU!

We The South Bay Project loved performing here for private events they always make us feel like family. The food is delicious were looking forward to coming back.
