I joined a few months back and I love this place! Their classes are always different. They play music the whole class. A brother and sister run this place and their energy is ALWAYS awesome! I’ve definitely toned up since joining. Def worth every penny spent!!
Great workout with the combination of exercises used. Guaranteed to lose weight. You don’t receive any meal guidance or plans but that is easy to find. Affordable pricing compared to other gyms of the same type
The atmosphere and quality of personal service is outstanding. The workouts are unique and effective. I can do exercises now that I could only dream of doing when I began 3 months ago. I love this gym!
