Use to be a great place with great services when Jason still worked at the collision department and when the previous owner ran it. Now it seems like since there has been a new owner, they’ve been working really slow for some odd reason. My buddy works there and says there’s almost barely any work to do there so I figured I’d bring my car in for a repair. (Radiator support, whee liners, headlamp bulbs replacement, a/c condenser replacement). Told me I had to deposit at least for parts, which I did; before they would start working on it and It’s now been almost 3 weeks and still haven’t heard back about anything. Called them twice for an update and all I get back was “I’ll talk to Doug and he’ll get back to you when he can” and still nothing. Poor communication, lack of customer service. They almost refused to service me just because I wasn’t going through insurance. Very bad customer service and they gave me a time frame of 1 week to get it done. Would be nice for some kind of communication of why it’s taking so long. Would not recommend at all! You guys are better off going to a local mechanic shop instead.
Ive had a vehicle here twice over the past 7 years. Each time including my recent trip just last week, I walked away more than satisfied. It sucks going without one of your vehicles for any stretch of time, but to hop back in mine....which was cleaned inside out....it was almost as if I bought a brand new vehicle! Even the wheels were shining! Couldnt be more happier with the service here!!!
This is by far the best experience I’ve had at a body shop. Although I did have to wait almost two months to get my car serviced, it is winter so I do understand. Although I must say, the price they charged for the service was very high (luckily I wasn’t paying for the damage, the lady who hit me paid for it) I’d say they did a great job! My car wasn’t even this clean when I first bought it! They detailed the exterior and interior! I’ve had places “detail” my car and even then it wasn’t nearly as clean as it was when I picked it up! Very happy with my cars condition, the service, and all the people I’ve talked to on the phone within the past few months. Would highly recommend 😊
Jason was/is amazing...he stood by the car (my daughters) almost like a doctor checking out his patient. He was completely thorough in his questions,assessments and brought over the gentleman (mechanic) who did the actual previous work on the car. He was amazing at the details he remembered about repairing the car. From the moment of calling Jason about the repair issues he was right on it and a week later he follows up to see how the car was working after our appointment. Genuine care and expertise like this does not happen very often these days.

Jason and the Scaffidi team provided exceptional service to me when I hit a deer while on a road trip. As an out of state driver I was given the name of a few shops by my insurance company. I picked the closest one to where I was on the interstate. I should thank the deer for jumping out into the highway where it did because I could not be happier with the service I received.Extensive front end damage was assessed quickly and the estimate was prepared. Jason worked with my insurance to make some adjustments to the repairs at my request. The attention to detail of the team shows in an absolutely perfect repair. Communication was exceptional, even with me being 2 states away. It couldnt have been easier even if the shop was just around the corner. They even picked me up from the airport when the vehicle was complete.Thanks Scaffidi, Jason, and the whole team!
Above and beyond customer service and professional repairs! My car looks like new, drives like new and was even cleaned inside and out when I picked it up! All this after I (unknowingly) brought my very difficult insurance company to their doorstep for them to deal with. (Thanks Liberty Mutual) I fired the insurance company, and Scaffidi is now firmly in my posse. Josh in the body shop advocated for me and I am so grateful to have my VW looking and driving like it never even happened. Thank you. An unconditional 5stars, A+++ Go there.
Apparently they do not like to work on older cars, they would not even quote the repair on my 2004 Toyota Sienna. I THEN WENT TO CAR STAR and they did a great job fixing the damage. Car Star replaced the door and quarter panel (something that Scaffidi said would need to be done but State Farm would not allow). CAR STAR had no issues with working with State Farm to complete the repair. IF what is written below is true, how did Car Star (with a warranty) get the job done and Scaffidi did not?Were they hoping to sell me a new car, then fix my van to sell for a bigger profit?
Terrible service. Waited over two months to get service completed. I had to call for updates, poor communication. Work needed was not completed during first visit and had to leave vehicle for another week, again had to call for updates. After work was completed and could see in regular sunlight dents to be repaired were still visible. Would not recommend at all.
Excellent service! We brought our 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat in to have a paint flaw in the trunk repaired and when we picked it up it had been fully detailed. It looked better than when we picked it up from the Chrysler dealership brand new!!! Thanks to Jason and the entire crew for the outstanding service. Well definitely be back.
We were referred to work with Scaffidi since they would be able to guarantee their work and our insurance provider said the work would get done faster since they could immediately authorize repairs without needing to review an estimate. This was not our experience.Its been 2 weeks and we still dont have the repairs done. Weve been told it would be done 4 separate times and each time the deadline comes around they dont call to notify me and its another day they hope. I only learn where things are at if I call them once the deadline they set has already passed. They say it will be done later that day, for sure by the next morning, by the end of the day, our goal is to have it done by..., etc. Its been one excuse after another always blaming delays on things out of their control. But this isnt completely honest since it side-steps taking responsibility for what IS in their control - namely good communication, good customer service, and good planning to avoid the unexpected surprises that come when work is left to the last minute.Immediately after my second conversation with someone at Scaffidi, I called and complained to our insurance company rep and she made a call to Scaffidi to find out the problem and urge them to get the work done as promised. An hour later, I got a call from Scaffidi. The same man I spoke with earlier was polite and told me the part had just appeared on his desk. He didnt know how it got there but said they would start the work immediately. He said he would do all he could to have the work finished that night and have the car ready for pick up the next day.Again, the next day came and no update from Scaffidi. I called and was told (again) their hope was to have it finished by the end of the day - something Ive come to learn means well get the work done...eventually. The work still isnt done and Ive been told to count on tomorrow...again.Well see how this plays out since its the 4th time Ive been pushed to another day/time. They continually hide behind the excuse that it is out of their control. Im very dissappointed in the service weve received for work theyve estimated will cost over $1,000 to complete.
I took my Nissan Versa in for some minor collision repair, and was just astounded on how well they repaired my car! It looks like it had never been in an accident; and they even matched the custom pinstriping perfectly! An added bonus of a spotless interior was very much appreciated!! Josh and Jason made the claim details a breeze to navigate. I highly recommend them!

I was hesitant to come here at. First because I live 30-40 min away. To my surprise and amazement, they offered a brand new car as a loaner at no charge and allowed me to drop off my banged up vehicle when getting an estimate. This was a week before they could even start on the vehicle! Over that next week when they were working on it, they kept in touch to see if I had any questions. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was amazed. I only expected Scaffidi to fix my car door which a deer hit. They did that and thoroughly cleaned the vehicle. The tires shined, the floor mats looked brand new. I was seriously planning on cleaning it as the weather was warming up, but Scaffidi did it for me! In a prior accident the year before, the collision center I went to never went this far in customer service! Scaffidi is all about customer service and if you give them a try, youll never look elsewhere. Guaranteed! As a cheapskate, I hate spending money, but I dont think I was ever so pleased to pay $500 towards my deductible.
