Very friendly and fast staff. I got my oil changed and they did an excellent job for a good price. Will be returning for all my oil changes. Exterior car wash is also a good deal.

Okay sounds like some reviews are not quite accurate... I dont lie so if you want an interior detail go get one where its a specialty if you dont like this but you should 🤔.. and if a vacuum needs to suction a baby goat noooo the vacuum isnt strong enough🤣! If you want a great friendly and clean car wash you come here folks! The air freshener is a freebie and It lasts! My car is clean after one wash for 15$ unlike the other washes in town for 10-12 and they are not worth driving by. I didnt cry like the other lady who reviewed the place but maybe next time?Free vacuum with excellent suctioning! Free free and free ... I love the ladies friendly way of helping and I think this place will be a great success especially since they do detail your vehicle too if you opt for it. I just havent yet but Im going to so I can let everyone know about the great job I know They will do!I live on dirt roads and after it rains I hit mud puddles on purpose and I am slinging mud all over the place because Im glad it rained! I handwashed my car until I came here so treat yourself!Chics like mudding but most like to start off wearing clean clothes before jumping in the truck! So Im recommending this to everyone young and old and lazy too! We all need a clean ride!

Actually I did not get a car wash I got my oil changed and it did it extremely fast they even allowed me to bring a quart of Lucas oil stabilizer from Walmart to substitute one of my courts thank you car wash/oil, Obi

They are understaffed so they do not offer any interior detailing. I sat there for 5 minutes before the guy even looked up from his phone and got out of his truck to greet me. Some girl was hiding in the office trying not to be seen. It seems like there is no manager or anyone that oversees anything there. I have yet to have a good customer service experience with any Bruner business. Very disappointing

My car got nice and cleaned but the free vacuums need to be serviced more often. Their is absolutely no suction. Gots to do better with all the guys hanging round talking with the other guys working could have been doing something more productive

The car wash is good enough but the vacuums are dirty, falling apart, and do not work well.

Paid for the highest wash and my car/tires were still dirty. The front of the car still had bugs even though I paid for bug prep. My trunk still had dust/dirt on it. Mind you my car wasn’t that dirty to begin with. Vacuums had barely any suction. There was also gum smeared on the passenger side of my car and it was not like that when I went there. I’ve managed a car wash before and this car wash was just unbelievably disappointing.

I’ve run my car through many times. I can’t clean the inside of windows and they do a great job. I inspect and always find a few spots they missed but they’re very patient and tolerant with my need for perfection! I moved away but still come back to visit family. Looking forward to getting the full service car wash next week!

The drive through wash is great & the guys work hard & efficiently. The hand wash side is horrible. IF, and thats a very big IF, you can get them to work youre guaranteed to leave with your vehicle half done.. every time...

Really bad quality. I paid $123 dollars for my car wash detail in side and out side and my car got scratched on the passenger door, I asked and she said let she ask the People inside, she came back and said it was there so it not their problem. all my chairs inside didn’t get clean I asked and she said she cleaned those herself but it didn’t come off then what is really call “ detail wash?” With that price? The car is so dirty just like I got an express wash. This is first time I got it washed here. Don’t ever come here and of course I won’t ever come back. Bad business to go for.

This place shines up your ride unlike all the rest in town. Even ArmorAll’d the tires. And the people were actually nice!!! Love this place!

Too busy the beautiful day I went, but didnt have time to wait. It looked great, though. Next time Im in town will definitely use if I need clean car.

We chose most expensive option and they didnt even wash the back of the car or at the very least rinse it off. I was just left with a muddy back window and hatch.

Had hand prints on the freshly washed car because they did the oil change after the wash. Also foot prints on driver door jam, inside of windshield is dirty.

It is one of the better car washes in town. This gives you 3 different price options starting at $5. They scrub the front and bumper by hand and than you go on a track and go through a motorized car wash. It did a decent job, but i still had some bugs on my front bumper.

Car was is in bad shape. They guys there dont even scrub your vehicle like they should. And the machines are not operating/functioning properly. Waste of time! Better off going through a touchless carwash.

Got the deluxe wash. Didnt even get the back clean, and didnt even come close to drying it. Very upset and want a refund

Very affordable at 6 for minimum; but limited hours. Free vacuum is great; it has a giant compressor to get stuff clean.

My husband had his truck hand washed and detailed. They did a fine job on cleaning the truck but they emptied all the contents of the console and glove boxes and put it in a trash sack in the back seat along with a few other random items that were in the truck. I wish they wouldn’t have treated important items in my glove box such as my insurance card, vehicle records and car manuals as trash. I went back in after I realized this had happened and spoke with the manager and I was told that was just how they did it. I wish they would have at least asked it I wanted them to clean out the areas where I keep important things. There was not problem asking I if wanted my seat conditioned or carpets shampooed. I guess for $250 I wish they would have taken more care of important things in my vehicle.

Could have been better if the interior had been an option or included in the super deluxe package. Some areas that needed more attention were missed but it was a decent $10 wash that we paid $15 for

If you are looking to get in and out with hitting the high spots this is a great place. Service is great but definitely not a place you should go for a full car detail.

They broke my antenna after assurances that there would be no problems. No offers to repair it. $5 repair, $20 for gas. I spent over a $100 for service work.

The oil changes are a little pricey but overall this place is great. They offer free vacuums and the car wash does a really good job. I used to work for a good quality car wash when I was in college and this is definitely one of them. They even pre-wash your car before sending you into the wash tunnel. Great service.

My car is only a few weeks old and even though I got the $10 car wash, two of my tire rims were clean and two had streaks of clean in the dirty. There were water spots on my windows and he the rear ones were not clean as well as my side mirrors. On the rear of my car by my temporary plates there was this grimy texture, as well. I have been here in the past and been impressed with how my car came out, but not this time. I feel like I paid ten dollars to make my paint shiny. The staff is friendly and helpful, though.

Had my car interior detail which they did a great job on. The problem I had was all my belongings in my trunk was taking out and in just thrown back in.. I called to inquire about what happened and the receptionist ( Kayla), told me Supervisor Fred will be giving me a call.. Im still waiting. I have pictures to show how insensitive they were to my belongings.

They are amazing. I had a big van for work that had major staining in the headliner that we thought was never going to come out. They got it out and made that old van look like it just rolled off the lot. They are the only people I trust to wash the vehicles I take care of.

Was traveling through and needed an oil change. The guys went out of their way to get the type of oil I requested, as they typically don’t stock that brand. Oil change with included car wash for about half of what I pay back home. Great service and value!

I pay $21.95 to wash my truck as much as I want in a month. Its a great deal! The employees are friendly. The vacuums are free to use. Sometimes they dont have very good suction.

I take my car in once a week to be washed. The monthly option of unlimited car washes for $21.95 is a pretty good deal. The guys that pre-wash the cars always do a super job. (I always tip them!) All the staff there are great.

Went to use the vacuums here and I know they are free but they could define fix I went to vacuum my car and 2 of the vacuums are not working and everyone else is using the other ones. Other than that its fine!

The worst car wash Ive ever been in. Gas stations have a better wash than this. Im sorry the Stephenville people have to subject themselves to this wash. Over priced, half of the equipment did not work. Exited the tunnel expecting a clean car after spending $15 the best wash and especially with all the water they use. And nope soap still running off the back. Parts of the car looked as they were never touched, still dirty. Went to the guys working and all they could say was they just work there. Very unhappy and tired of people charging top dollar and delivering bottom dollar quality.

If you need fast and friendly service for an oil change and state inspection this is the place to go

Bad service,kind a racists,I went several times for wash my truck and details it and always just open the door and said maybe next time, because the guys do not have time or they have lunch,at nine thirty or ten, really?And excuses like that,I will do not back to wash my trucks and I make sure to spread the word to all my family and friends

I got the basic package, left a few bugs but for a cheap wash, pretty good

Removed antenna and hitch but didnt put back on for car wash, had to put back on myself. Paid for special tire brush cleaner bit didnt work too good, tires still dirty. Equipment seems to be outdated. This place could be a good place if had better customer service. Hate to leave bad review but may be they will change for the better.

I had an oil change done 3 or 4 days ago and my truck is like 2 or 3 quarts low on oil (my truck does not use or leak oil) Im not happy with the service please dont go to them the prices are to high for the poor service you get

Always had great service and a nice clean car out of this place.

This place is great! They have 1/2 price washes between 6pm and 8pm. I got the deluxe with free air freshener for 7.50 and they have free vaccums with wash. Im handicapped so when an attendant seen me he helped and basicaly vaccumed my truck for me. Very friendly service. I will be back whenever my truck needs washing.

Quick and easy.... Could use a bit of adjusting wasnt as clean as I had hoped.
