I can’t say enough good about Bryan and Mike at Westside.Our passenger rear tire had developed a leak.The night before I took it to Westside it losses almost 30 of the 75 lbs.What I haven’t said was the tire was on my 2019 GMC 2500 HD with our Wolfcreek 850 truck camper in the bed of the truck.Being from Tennessee, I didn’t know anyone there that could help us.I prayed that we would find someone who knew what they we doing and would care about us and our safety.I called ahead that morning knowing they may be busy,and they were.Bryan said to come on and they would work us in.After removing the tire and not finding any leaks using a soap solution and nothing penetrating the tire,he laid it on its side and the soap solution exposed the problem,a cracked aluminum wheel.This was Wednesday.He got on the phone with a supplier out of Denver and the rim was delivered Friday morning.I pulled back in at 9:00 and in 45 minute Bryan and the owner Mike had me back on the road.I felt the charge for the rim and all the labor was more than reasonable.Most important was I drove away confident in the repairs they had made.Bryan and Mike,what amazing work ethic and professionalism.Debbie and I will be forever grateful for your outstanding serve.FYI,I never do reviews like this,but this level of services deserved it.

They were the only mechanic shop out of 1/2 the others around here I called about replacing my front brake pads that didnt either automatically include charging me for the rotors or insist they had to be done (they didnt). Family owned & operated and they are life-long mechanics that know what theyre doing & dont rip you off on price.

Mike works fast, hard, honest and humble. Out of Towners with flat tire w/ another shop wanted us to buy 4 new tires per Colorado D.O.T. We drove our flat tire 800ft to Mike’s shop he repaired our tire in 15 minutes. He’s from the Olde School serve and get it done.

During our trip to Steamboat Springs our Nissan Xterra lost tail lights, turn signals and brake lights. Driving the vehicle without these resources was unsafe and illegal. Mike and the guys at Westside Automotive took our car in on short notice and got us going again. Many thanks to Mike and his crew. We are very grateful for their kind service and I can easily recommend them when you need service. When Mike called and told me our car was repaired and ready I was so happy I told him I love him. We had a screw in our tire on Labor Day Weekend and were able to get it fixed in a jiffy - paid half what the Subaru dealership charged for the same service last weekend! Thanks so much for the peace of mind to make the drive back to Denver with a properly patched tire!

This is a great local garage. They always get me in and take good care of me and my vehicle. Price is always fair and Mikey is very knowledgeable. Turn around time is great, especially if you can leave your car for the day. ALSO, great place to get tires!

We were on vacation from California and were staying in the mountains. My radiator was overheating, luckily I was able to put some antifreeze in it and somehow make it over the mountains to Steamboat. The truck began to overheat and I knew I wouldnt make it back to our cabin, so we got a hotel. The guy working the front desk made a recommendation for a mechanic. He told me to call Mikey at Westside Automotive. First thing Monday morning I called them and got an answer at about 7:15 a.m. so I got there as quickly as I could. There was a mechanic by the name of Chad in the garage as I pulled up, he was able to get right to it and before noon I had my truck back and running perfectly. They replaced the thermostat and radiator cap, cleaned my engine and its good as new. I would highly recommend these guys. They were fast, friendly, honest and efficient. You couldnt ask for anything more.

Mikey and his team are conspicuously competent, hard-working and work together as a solid team. They balanced and rotated my tires as quickly as Ive ever seen--a pit crew-like coordination and speed. Ill be back for sure.

Really appreciated how fast and effectively these guys took care of me. I picked up a piece of a tire chain from a big rig and managed a flat on my way to hunt elk in the mountains near Craig. I called these guys from the road, they said theyd work me in, so I drove right in. They pulled the tire off right in the parking lot, took it in, repaired it, talked a little elk hunting, wished us luck, and we were back on the road in about 15 minutes. WOW!Thanks for the fast, great, service guys. Would definitely come back (but hopefully not for another flat mid-hunting trip!)

Lots of knowledge and cool people

My family and I drove out to Steamboat from Ohio to do some New Years skiing. Two hours from Steamboat our mini-van sprung a coolant leak. I dropped my car off at Westside and they had it fixed the same day. There was a leaky plastic fitting and they replaced it. Total charge, $60 dollars! I am totally impressed by their honesty and decency. Being from out of town, and knowing we absolutely needed to get our car back ASAP, they couldve really stuck it to us but they didnt. Top rating. I would recommend them to anyone.

I took in a snowblower tire for repair. While the fellow (owner, I think) was speaking to another customer he fixed the tire as I stood by without a word being spoken. He finished his conversation and handed me back my tire. My first words were to ask what I owed and all he said was no charge. Wow. He was some kind of multi-tasker. Very unique experience. Im very glad I went there.

Drove up from the front range for a weekend of skiing and had my car die. Mike explained what was wrong and the specifics of what needed to be done to fix it. Dropped the car off at 8am, went skiing till 3pm and came back to a newly installed alternator and a working car. Price was fair and as expected with no surprises or BS

Felt like I was way over charged and they were not honest at the time quoted. I wanted a simple oil change and it ended up being $100. Not ok; there was nothing special about my car or extra oil used. It was the most ridiculous and worst mechanic experience I have had. As a local I will never return for a service at this shop. Do not trust them.

I like that they take the time to find the problem and correct it...fair price great service!
