Exceptional vehicle and customer service. We were in town for a week of baseball when brakes on my truck started grinding. Jeff and the mechanic were thorough in explaining what probably happened. The truck was fixed in a timely fashion with the best down home atmosphere. I dont mind waiting and hanging out in a cool shop and this one definitely meets that criteria. Jeff and his wife know how to treat customers and made me feel like a lifelong customer. Top notch!!

Listen, if I could give these guys another star, I would! I wouldnt recommend anyone else in town like I would with black diamond! Jeff and his team are awesome, and theyve helped me tremendously with taking care of my truck! Jeff is very trustworthy, and him & the team do great work! Theyre affordable and would recommend them over and over again. This shop not only had a quick turn around time, but fair prices and exceptional customer service! We were on a family vacation and needed help with a fast turn around, and we got that from this shop. This place is great my son broke down we are not local they could have stuck it to us but they did right and fixed his car for a fair price. They didnt complain that we could not get back up right away. I would use again if I were local no hesitation good people.

Dropped off my custom Subaru for 120k maintenance. When I got it back it ran like it was brand new. They are the only garage I will take my STI to. Highly recommend this garage for any of your car maintenance needs.

Honest shop!!I was in Steamboat on vacation and noticed my front differential was leaking on my Jeep Wrangler. It was July 2nd late in the day and Black Diamond was the only shop (I called 5 others) that would agree to look at it on July 3rd. I dropped it off with Nick and told him to just fix it and let me know when it was ready. 2 hours later Nick calls and said the only issue was too much fluid (I had it changed before I left home). He drained some out and charged me 30 mins labor. That is honesty and service and I appreciate both big time! Thanks Nick
