Quality Restoration was on site and providing flood cleanup within 30 minutes of initial call. All technicians were extremely polite, hard working and careful with our personal items. Repairs were completed by extremely talented craftsmen and finished carpenters. A real go-to company.

Weve used Quality Restoration for many different projects over several years. Theyre great for remodel projects because, as a restoration company, they have contacts/subs that can do basically anything. Quality Restoration is GREAT at estimates and itemized invoices, allowing us to pick and choose exactly which things we can afford at the time.I think this year (2021) must be busier than normal, because we did have some problems with communication, but that isnt usually the case.

We used Quality restoration for a flood in our basement from our window well. Several people to mention that gave such great service. Max and Chuck started with the water clean up. Chuck spoke to me several times on the phone and was very helpful in making arrangements for everything. Max came in and was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly in the beginning of the water clean up, fans, and taking out the needed drywall Fernando came in at first and then came back and painted and did an excellent job especially matching the color and going the extra mile even painting over a wall that he didn’t think quite matched. The person doing the drywall did an excellent job also I did not get his name. Today Jordan from Tru Rinse carpet came and put down the pad, relaid the carpet, and cleaned it. I would definitely give this company a five star rating and you could be comfortable and confident using them.

We called them on a weekend and they answered questions and offered to contact us on Monday. We got in touch on Monday, they came right over and did a mold inspection. Nate Brinkerhoff was professional, quick, very courteous and set our fears at ease. He answered questions on next steps and how he would do things. Very helpful and absolutely no push to use their services. I would use them for any service they provide.

In August of 2020, the city of Lake Charles experienced the most devastating storm to ravage southwest Louisiana. The city was unrecognizable from the damage it sustained. We had no idea of the destruction we would encounter. We understand that hurricanes are a natural part of our weather forecasts from June until November, but nothing would prepare us for this storm. Thankfully, the people of southwest Louisiana did heed the voice of local officials to evacuate. There was no clear plan of what to do or who to call. Insurance companies were very difficult to reach immediately and mold and mildew waits on no one. The conditions continued to deteriorate by the day.We were able to meet with Mr. Eric Bischof of Quality Restoration (Dryout Cat B Team) as he drove up and down the streets letting residents know of their services. He gave me his information and he immediately formulated a plan on how to tackle the task at hand. He told us exactly what he needed to do as far as inspecting and documenting the property (pictures, videos, and water saturation readings). He was very thorough. He and his team began early in the morning and worked until sundown. He was never hesitant in calling and l keeping us in the loop of what is was he was doing daily. The house was gutted completely. The only thing that stood were the bare walls. It was treated and dried out for about a week and a few days. The work that was done was very professional. He is very personalable as well. After the job was completed he called several times to see if we had hired a contractor to remodel the home. He dealt with the insurance directly. He spoke with them and his software is identical to theirs to the transferring on info and pictures was very simple. I can tell you that he is definitely someone you want taking care of a piece of your life that you cherish. Really disappointed in Quality Restoration. We had some flooding and were looking for bids. We called them and they came out, measured everything, and really did a good job. We were impressed with their professionalism and they seemed to know how to work with insurance companies, which is a major plus for us. They said they would send us a bid shortly. After not getting a bid for a week, we reached out asking for a bid and we were told that unless we guaranteed them the work, they wouldnt provide us one. Thats so completely unprofessional. Why we would guarantee them the work when we havent even seen what they plan to charge us? Out of all the companies providing the bids, they were the ones we were most excited about. Not anymore. I know they were worried about wasting time putting together a bid that they might not win, but what about our time that they wasted by coming out and measuring only to hold us hostage to have to use them. Very unprofessional!

Brooks did such an amazing job with our bathroom remodel! He took a gross, damaged ceiling and made it positively gorgeous and new. As a suggestion, do not use their online payment service if youre paying by card(EVEN DEBIT) if dont have to. The company that they use charges almost 5% in service fees, and on a large remodeling/repair project, that can be a LOT of money. I would suggest just a check, or using the ACH option to directly withdraw from a checking account.Quality Restoration did a good job with my home repair. Their drywall work was great and fast. They matched the texture that was already there very well. The company they recommend for floor/carpet, Empire Flooring, had good quality products and selection but I had some issues with the installation. I wont leave that information in this review, as it pertains to the other company. Quality Restorations employees were very kind, respectful, and helpful. They also all wore masks the entire time that they were in my home or doing work. There was another small water damage area found while moving furniture, unrelated to the repair that they were servicing in my home, and they went out of their way to clean that up and take care of it as well.My only complaint would be that it seemed like it took a long time to get anything else done after the drywall was finished. They were simultaneously working on another condo in the building as part of the water damage that occurred, requiring the repair. I feel like if they had just done one condo at a time, it would have gone by a lot faster.Their prices are good. I shopped around with other flooring/remodeling/repair companies after I got their quoted offer for some upgrades that I wanted done and they had a great deal. I know that I can be a little high-strung and difficult to work with, but everyone that did work with me was patient and very understanding. My home is my sanctuary and safe space, and everything that they did made me love it even more. So thank you very much for that, QR.

My kitchen flooded because my dishwasher leaked. This was my first experience with a flood so I didnt really know where to start or who to call. I ended up calling 4 or 5 companies before I called Quality Restoration. They had a team of people at my house the same day. They started with getting my kitchen floors dry and then gave me several options of how they could help put my kitchen back together. They worked with my insurance company to make sure I was getting a fair payout as well. The entire team was great from start to finish. Chuck and Shelton were very professional and went out of their way to make sure everything was right.

We woke up to water flooding upstairs and in the basement.; water line to the toilet had failed... We found Quality Restoration on our insurance website. At 6:45 a.m. Nate Brinkerhoff answered, and immediately showed concern for our disaster, assuring us that he would have help to us within an hour. At 7:40, they were here, vacuuming up the water and tearing out the wet walls and ceilings. There were a total of 4 people helping throughout the day. Gustavo, Juan (hes the One), and Franz were the ones we dealt with most. Franz was right there every time I went down the stairs, vacuuming and searching for every place that had water on it. He knew just what to do, and did it with professional concern. Juan seemed to be everywhere at once, doing all the tasks involved in helping reduce the impact of the damage and making the recovery work move as quickly as possible. Meanwhile, Gustavo was also hard at work finding the extent of the water damage upstairs, and removing vynil and pergo. Every time my wife walked through, he would say very comforting and sympathetic things to her, easing her concern. He was so gentle and helpful, and went beyond what was business-as-usual to help us in our time of stress. Here he was, tearing up our months-old new floor and apologizing and reassuring all the while. Thanks to Nate, Gustavo, Franz and Juan for a prompts, professional, and caring job in our time of need. Quality Restoration is the best construction company I have ever dealt with. They are professional, honest, and dependable. They strive in every way to exceed your expectations. We were dealing with another restoration company to fix some mold damage in our home. The other company came out quickly and started the project but we couldn’t get them back to finish the job. They said it would take 3-4 days and it had been over three weeks. It was a nightmare.That is when someone referred me to Nate at Quality Restoration. I called and spoke to Nate on that day, which was a Monday and explained I needed someone who could finish the job that week. He didn’t make any promises, but said he would meet me to see what they could do. He met me that afternoon. After looking at the work, he said it was doubtful he could rally the resources he would need to finish on Friday, but he said he would make some calls and let me know in the morning. He called me first thing in the morning and told me they could do it by Friday. Then I asked if they could also replace all the carpet in the upper floor. They got that done by Friday as well. They came in on budget and even included some upgrades for me at no charge, because it was important to them that it turned out as good as possible, even when I didn’t have the money for the upgrades.I would recommend Quality Restoration to anyone, including my own mother. Quality Restoration did an excellent job helping us fix the water damage in our basement that occured from a broken hose bib. All within the same day that we called for an estimate, they came out, discovered what the problem was, and worked quickly to set up a repair plan. Although its always a pain to have any sort of flood inside your own home, they really made the whole process so much easier! They scheduled appointments for us with the plumber and carpet crews, kept in frequent contact through texts to let us know the repair timeline, and worked with our insurance company to make sure we were covered. It honestly felt like we didnt have to worry about anything. The end result turned out amazing, and we were really impressed with the professionalism of everyone we worked with. The initial crew of Juan and Gustavo came in the same day to get plastic put up from floor to ceiling around the flood so that when they dried the carpet none of the mold would spread. They even took extra care to cover up vents and a doll house in the corner of the room. Shelton was amazing to work with our insurance company, even when we thought it might not be fully covered, and Natalie ran the whole project very efficiently, always keeping us up to date with what was going to happen next. We had a great experience with Quality Restoration. Our basement flooded and they came out the same day to clean it all up. They had to replace drywall, paint, and had all new carpet installed in our basement. There were some hiccups along the way but they handled them very professionally and got the job done right. We were even given some credit off our bill for the work we put into the cleanup and moving things out instead of having their guys do it. We were very pleased with the service we received and Nate was awesome to work with.

We had the pleasure of having two team members in our home for the past five days as they worked to mud, tape, and paint our home.
