I was referred to them by State Farm for business insurance. I called and the lady I spoke to was super nice! She asked me for some information and said the agents would get back with me shortly. I think it was about 2 weeks later that I heard back from someone. I had already found someone else by the time I heard back.

Brandon and the rest of the staff have been great to work with. It is nice to have a professional review your policies and have options that fit those needs. Security Insurance goes above and beyond in trying to help out.

I was with these guys for 6 years, NEVER was late on a payment up until the last 3 months. Joanne was always so nice and did everything she could to help me. But when I have spent $200, (or close to that) for the six years I was with them I would expect or hope for a call, AN ACTUAL EMAIL or something in the mail BEFORE HAND to let me know my insurance is going to lapse. I MADE a payment with Brandon on the 20th of July and specifically asked how much my insurance would be for the next month because I drove with Progressives snapshot device in my car for four months, he said he would call me back and let me know. NEVER got a phone call and he ALSO NEVER SAID I was going to be without insurance or that if I didnt make another payment that my insurance would lapse. If I was so far behind and without insurance, THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER EVEN TOOK A PAYMENT FROM ME. I was informed of all this when I called in to make my payment for August and when asking questions, i was given nothing but excuses and clearly wasnt being listened to. I should receive a refund for the payment I made in July considering I WAS NEVER EVEN COVERED AFTER MAKING that payment. Idk what has happened over there but Security Insurance def dropped the ball. Now I have to start all over and for out more money for down payments because of their lack of communication.
