Clinton is an honest and personable agent. He explained the coverages available to me and the pricing in clear terms. He is down to earth and really cares about his customers.

The one time I needed to file an insurance claim, I found out that I dont even have insurance because of a miscommunication with Clinton. In full disclosure, the fault is partially mine but I feel that Clinton & American Family have failed me horribly in two ways1. Last year I tried to get my auto insurance policy switched to my online account after I got a divorce so I would be listed as the policy holder and receive all the account notifications. Clinton said that he couldnt change any of the online stuff. This prevented me from seeing that the auto insurance auto payment didnt go through as it should have.2. When I was forwarded an email which stated that one of our insurance policies had been canceled, I called my ex-wife who stated that she talked to Clinton that very day and the issue was one of the auto payments didnt go through, so she gave Clinton her payment info and he would take care of it. It turns out that there were 2 policies which were unpaid and one had been canceled, so the auto insurance was never renewed.A few days later a truck driving in front of me hit a barrier and flipped debris towards my vehicle and has left me with $1500-2000 repair bill that American Family refuses to pay. The one time Ive actually needed my insurance in 10 years and I dont even have it. Thanks for nothing.

If I could give this review a zero I would, no doubt about it. Im not one to waste my time on writing reviews, but I feel like I have to let people know how terrible Clinton Caswells customer service is (and everyone in that branch, but especially his.) I have lost count on how many times Clinton has promised to get things done on our auto & mortgage accounts and failed to do so (after initially messing up the accounts himself in the first place.) Many many times Ive felt like right after I spoke with him he would immediately laugh at me and purposely not fix things on my account. I have lost my patience with this habitual lying person. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this insurance.

Clint is a good, honest human being that Id recommend any day of the week.
