Dont do business with Deana Hill, she has lied about claims then tried to put us on probation for claims we never made. We like State farm but not this agent. She also didnt follow through with other requests which created a lot of issues.

Deana and crew are the best! Ive had insurance with Deana for a long time and Ive always had great service from the office staff. But you dont know how good a business is until they go to work for you. I have recently hit a little bad luck and have been involved in a couple of accidents. Deana has been amazing through both. Accessible after hours, very knowledgeable with the insurance process and able to take a load of stress off during a stressful time. Highly recommendable in my book!

I was frustrated with another insurance carrier. So I reached out to her office and spoke with both Deana and Jalynn and they were very helpful! Not only did they explain everything to me they also got me a significantly lower rate than what I was currently paying. Getting a quote from them is definitely worth your time!

We use State Farm Insurance and recently had to make an adjustment in vehicle coverage. She was really quick and helpful. She knows her job and is very friendly.

Do NOT use this insurance agency! Customer service is very unhelpful and unprofessional. Cancelled my insurance policy due to selling my car and they proceeded to charge me for the next four months! No note was left on the account of the cancellation and I was therefore out of luck on getting any kind of reimbursement. A confirmation number or email was not offered and when I asked for one they would not provide one. This agency does not take care of their customers and is very irresponsible. They were also unable to explain why my insurance rate kept going up. It went from $60 a month to $120 within a few months. No explanation provided. This agency has been nothing but a pain to deal with!

I was involved in a serious auto accident out of state...Deana and crew took care of the worrisome details...My car was replaced in a week...The doctor and hospital bills were paid with out any hassle...Im a believer in having as much insurance as possible...Being in an accident with injuries is very expensive and can ruin a person financially very quickly...A phone call to Deana will be the best call you can make if you are interested in honest, fast coverage and being treated like a family friend
