Wow. I cannot say enough good about this agency! I love the prompt response time and service! All of the employees are so friendly and I feel like a part the State Farm family. They have been taking care of all of me and my husband’s insurance/banking/financing needs that are necessary for newly-weds. Dean, Brody, and Joe are my favorites!! Thanks guys. :)

Ive been a State Farm customer since I was 16. Upon moving to Utah I transferred my policy to Dean as I was living in Springville at the time. My husband also converted to State Farm. All of the guys in the office are polite, and recognize who I am when calling, and are always so helpful when I have questions. Ive dealt mainly with Joe and Brody, and I feel confident they will always help me out.

I cannot say enough good about this office. I recently was pulled over for no insurance on a recently purchased car, subsequently had my license suspended and was facing 3 years of SR-22 insurance. I went to Brody to explain the situation and asked what could be done, he said he would call me back. He got back to me in less then two hours and let me know that I did indeed have insurance given our policy allowed up to 14 days after purchase of new vehicle to get the vehicle insured and was willing to write a letter to whomever necessary. The entire office has been extremely helpful since we moved all our auto insurance to State Farm.

Love this office, I’m able to directly speak with one of the agents, Joe. He is super kind, caring, honest, and goes the extra mile to help out wherever he can. He is really good at explaining the possible options and lists the pros and cons of each. If you want to be a client instead of a number, definitely go here for your insurance!

I’ve mostly worked with Brody and his team and have never had to file a claim of any sorts, but when it comes to changing policies or needing clarification on anything they always take care of me. They work fast and are always willing to take care of changes that same day.

They treated us well until they got super pushy about life insurance. They called me at 9:00 pm on a weeknight and continued to follow up on the policy over text message - after I declined the policy - in ways that were disrespectful and dismissive of my choices.

Dean was great and always did great for us, however he is all but out of the picture now and his son Brody is going to run this business into the ground in a hurry! Very poor service, there are so many agencies that are happy to treat you fairly and earn your business.....this is not one of them!!!!! They screwed us and it seems like they enjoyed it thoroughly!! We were with this agency for 24 years and we have family that has been with them longer. As soon as Dean removed himself from the picture everything fell off a cliff!!!

Im EXTREMELY disappointing with how poorly my husband and I have been treated with this service. They tell us one thing and back track and tell us another. Not only that, they give out false information to the DLD making it so we have to go in countless circles to resolve the PROBLEM that THEY started. They have screwed us over and over and over again. They are so kind and (somewhat) helpful on the phone but do nothing to resolve the issue! DO not pay them money if you do not have anything in writing. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.Edit:They have done a lot to help resolve some of these mistakes. If at all possible talk with Joe. He is doesnt make you feel like you are taking to a robot and he definitely doesnt make you feel dumb. I havent left State farm yet because of his service. I am grateful for them being patient and working through a lot of the situations involved.

Thank you very much for the help you gave me in clarifying why my policy was unfortunately suspended and for all the time they took since my agent Lanse Willson was not taken. And for helping me looking for the causes and explaining myself in detail and suggesting a solution, thank you for being an excellent insurance agency.

Cant say enough good things about this office. they really took the time to thoroughly explain EVERYTHING to me regarding my home, and auto insurance. Shopped around quite a bit too and they have a very fair prices.
