Totally professional. They kept in touch with a planned tow of a school bus. Did a great job all the way around. Wayne did me right. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Our semi was stuck in gravel around 1am on a cold Saturday morning. My driver was on his hands trying to shovel gravel from around the truck. We called several wrecker companies in the area and the ONLY one who would come out that time of night was McDowell. What a great experience from booking to the actual job, professional and pleasant. As a trucking company owner you always worry about being taken advantage of when your driver breaks down or needs a tow OTR. McDowell was fair and fast...arrived in under 30 minutes. The dispatch even gave the number of the tow truck driver so he could explain what happened. The tow driver was honest and careful not to place the blame on my driver. LOL. He made sure I as the owner knew it was not my drivers fault. I appreciated it. I do not know, if I need them again, I hope not, but if so, I will be at ease knowing my driver/truck are in good hands. Thank you McDowell!!!

I am a night dispatcher for a local trucking company. I had a driver call at 4:30 in the morning stating that their trailer was stuck in a ditch. I got in contact with McDowell wrecker they had somebody out within an hour and my driver back on the road within 2 hours of calling I would recommend them to anybody.

I drive for TMC & I broke down on I-44. Road repair contacted McDowell Wrecker to tow my truck into Peterbilt. They was a little busy but I received 3 phone calls from them while waiting letting me know what they were doing, and when they were headed my way. Bobby was the driver that was towing me into Peterbilt. He’s a great people person and was very professional in his line of work. After he towed me to Peterbilt I was going to have to call a Uber to take me to a hotel, but he insisted that he take me in his personal vehicle because he put me before himself and thought I would be safer. McDowell, you have a great employee with Bobby. Great service to use! Thanks a lot

Did exactly what they said. Showed up on time handled my truck perfectly and operated his truck very well. Bill was 25 dollars less than I was quoted.

Not sure how good they are. Called them at 10:00 pm to tow a broken down truck off the side of the road to the Freightliner Dealer. Was basically told they were too busy and to call someone else.
