I called to get my fuel pump replaced and they gave a honest straight quote. I had called a few shops before them and they all had inflated the cost. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. Great work and just good honest people. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Everyone was very friendly and got my car done in a day! They also stayed past closing to replace my broken headlight and only charged me for the part. Highly recommend Progress if you want fast reliable service.

I had hit a raccoon and it detached my front bumper from my grill. There was a small 1 inch crack on the bottom skirt where it attaches to the grill. A place quoted me $799 Just to refasten everything without replacing any body part. I was appalled. In desperation I stopped at Julio’s shop where he and his lovely daughter got it all fixed up for me in 20 minutes. I have a 2014 Veloster that I just love and I’m furloughed from my job at the U of O. It has a little crack but I can live with it. Im so happy they were there cause there was no way I could afford $799 at this time. They were not going to charge me a penny but I insisted on at least giving them $100. God Bless Him!

Amazing service and got it done in a flash. They’re my go to mechanic. They have honor and don’t try to overcharge you or cheat you like other mechanics I’ve encountered. They also are fair and try to work with your situation as best as they can. I totally recommend this place. The only flaw is their tiny parking lot. Maybe they should try to expand it a bit. It’s always full so that’s a tell tale sign that customers love this place! I’m glad their are still nice mechanics out there!!

Other mechanics told me I needed a new 900$ throttle body just to fix a sensor attached to it. This place put the sensor on for $20 and I had my car back in a day. I highly recommend them.

- I had an issue with my 2004 Chevy Cavalier and it would not start. A friend recommended Progress Auto to me and told me that they have great integrity and are generally lower cost than other shops and certainly than any dealer shop. They picked it up from my house and towed it to the shop. They called me with a diagnosis, bad fuel pump, and gave me a very reasonable quote for the repair. The work was completed quickly and correctly, the vehicle is running great now. The parts are covered for 1 year and the labor is covered for 90 days. These guys are good and they stand behind their work. I would recommend them and I will go there again if I need anything done. 5 stars!

I live in the neighborhood and have been going to Julio for years. Also, my whole family and many of my friends go there upon my recommedation. I go because I consider it a very honest shop, the owners are friendly and helpful, and the prices are good.

The service is outstanding. They stayed open super late just to get my car done for me because they said they would do it that day and they kept to their word.

Great custumer service

They held my car for over a week, just to install a few parts to the radiator. Tried to overcharge for a part I had installed, went down their to find out they thought wrong. left. Called my back, charged me over 300$ after I was going to pay just $70. Drove it around engine overheated to the red zone twice. upon inspection, they forgot to connect back a few hoses..
