I try not to leave negative reviews but feel this is warranted; I tried to have my car towed by FJR today. Called around 1pm - the man who picked up gathered some info, and told me they would tow my car to a shop at 3pm. At 4pm, my girlfriend informs me that my broken-down car is still in the same parking lot. I call FJR; we realize he never asked where the car was located. Pretty silly mistake, I should have just found another tow at that pointI gave him the location of my car, and he said he would have a driver tow it in about 45 min. At the end of things, my car was never towed at all! I was never called or messaged to be informed of this. I had to have my girlfriend check the parking lot again at 8pm.Pretty awful communication, and literally, I never had my vehicle towed. Now I need to scramble to get it towed overnight, or the parking lot owner is going to have it towed who knows where. Unfortunatley FJR said they would help me through this, but failed to do so.

FJR Towing is bar far the BEST towing service in the area! We were traveling late in a commercial moving truck and had a flat tire. Thirty minutes after our call to them. We were picked up and towed to a local tire shop they recommended. It was a very easy transaction. We have never had a tow service that fast. Tow companies usually have you waiting up to 3 hours or more so this was definitely unusual timely service! If you are ever in need of any time of road service don’t use anyone else except FJR Towing!!! Yes this is a real review!!!

Thank you so much to Francisco J. Roman for being the best tow truck driver around, I was stranded in Massachusetts with a flat tire and was running out of options until I called this business and Francisco came out to help me. Even though it was cold and rainy, he went above and not only did he tow my car to a repair shop, he changed my tire for me so that I could get home safe. I definitely recommend this service to anyone in need and will be contacting them again if I am in need.

Francisco was my saving grace of the night. Had a flat tire at 12am and he came to help with towing and traveling to my nearest mechanic. He even helped with replacing my tire on the spot. I could not have asked for a better service. I recommend him to everyone.

Just got towed by FJR Towing during rush hour traffic off 91 in Springfield. Francisco was awesome- I shared my location with him and he was there within minutes. He recommended a tire store on my route home, helped me figure out what kind of tire I needed once we got there, and charged me a quarter of what anyone else would have. My cars belt snapped after leaving six flags and I was not from the area (Lowell MA). So after google searching tow services, FJR Towing came up and I decided to call him and Im glad I did! Very friendly, patient, professional & fair! Willingly drove the 91 mile tow for me all the way to Lowell, MA for a fair service charge. Highly recommended 👌

My car broke down 2 hrs away from my house at 11p, and Francisco towed all the way back to my hometown at a reasonable price.Very friendly, I even was able to be passenger dj.

OnStar sent FJR as a rescuer when my car stopped running due to possible alternator fail. The dealer said they wouldnt look at iy until Monday so Frank quoted me a tow all the way home on the spot. After he towed us he spent about a half hour himself tryingbyo troubleshoot with what he had. Ultimately he advised I have the mechanic look at it who is much closer to my home. He went the extra mile for us and was a pleasant professional the whole 2 hour tow.
