The technician was professional and clear with instructions to get my SUV on the bed of the truck and to dismount my car at the auto repair shop. Received a courteous and pleasant ride-along too. The gentleman was a friendly and professional assist to me and my car.

The driver called me almost as soon as I requested a tow to tell me he would be there 15-20 minutes. He arrived on time and quickly hooked up my car and towed it where it was going. Had an 8 a.m. appointment. Driver called at 7:40 and 7:41 a.m. I didnt even hear it as I was getting dressed in another room. (I wouldnt have picked up anyway as I wasnt expecting a call from the driver that far in advance. Plus, I dont answer calls from numbers I dont recognize or am expecting. Ten minutes ahead, sure. Twenty? Not.) Was at my car waiting at 7:50 a.m. Received a text at 8:03 a.m. saying the truck was about 5 minutes away. No show. At 8:30 a.m., called dispatch where I learned about the two phone calls and the appointment cancellation.The lady working dispatch was apologetic and did put out a call for another driver, who would be there in about 45 minutes, about 9:30 by that point.Please, change your procedures a bit. Dont call 20 minutes ahead of time and if theres no answer decide to cancel the appointment. Ten minutes ahead, sure, thats fine, but not 20 when the customer probably is not expecting any communication yet.Also, if the appointment is cancelled by the driver, please do not then proceed to send a text, shortly after the appointment time, saying the truck is on its way. The text is probably auto-generated, but there should be a way to turn it off in this situation so that the customer is not left waiting, wondering where the truck is.Remember, the appointment time is for the convenience and scheduling of activity for *both* parties, not just the driver.

I contacted Unity Towing to relocate two Toyota FJ60 Land Cruisers and a FJ62 rolling chassis. Oscar relocated all vehicles to my new property with no damage. Tow got there from A to B with no problems but,I opened the hood with the hood prop like it should be and we attempted to jump start the vehicle; no luck.Afterwards he tried to forcefully close the hood WITH the hood prop still holding the hood up, thus misaligning the hood and bending the hood prop to where it can no longer support it open. Now I have to go to a bodyshop and it get fixed

I have a Corvette Stingray and it required a toe hook adaptor, which did not come with the car in order to be pulled up by the flatbed. We had to improvise and find other methods to pull my car without damaging the bottom of my bumper.Oscar spent over an hour helping me and eventually we got it up the flatbed. NO THANKS to the dealership, they didn’t even have the toe adaptor so I can buy one. They didn’t even know that the Corvette had one! Oscar knew that if he can’t help, then no one could help either. Thanks for not giving!

I cannot believe how professional unity towing is as company. I am visiting Florida with my family and we had flat tire and we were waiting for AAA roadside assistant and I notice there were pick up truck stopped on the side of the road and the drive from the truck came and offer to help us and he start to change tire for us and he had so much knowledge about car and the tools and we had conversation and the gentleman mention that he has company in northern Virginia and he change the tire and we offer him money but he did not accept any money from us and he mention everything is not about money. he totally made our day and I 100% recommend the company for anyone that need any sort of help with their cars.

The Worst company ever . Do not deal with them . bad customer service . They suppose to pick up my car in Friday morning and deliver it to me Saturday evening but they dropped my car in Wednesday evening . i tried all days to call them but there is no answer. long story short . after they pick up the car they ignore you and your call .the Worst experience ever.

I have to say, this has been the worst service I’ve seen from a towing company in a while. My car died maybe less than 5 minutes from my house and the receptionist told me that they can get someone over to help me within an hour or so.......ended up waiting for 2+ hours and they couldn’t even find the location of the driver after I called back. The also said that they will contact the driver to get back to me.....never happened. I know that it can get busy but having me wait for the time I did just to tell me you can’t find your driver......what are you doing?

Car wouldn’t work midnight on a sat/Sat. Found this company on an internet search. Called this number. Shortly after I received a phone call back, saying a dispatcher saw a missed call. They told me they could tow my vehicle to their mechanic in Manassas and I would get a phone call when the car was picked up and after the mechanic made a diagnosis. Never heard anything. My vehicle was never picked up. I called the main number again and they had no clue what I was talking about. They gave me another number and that number never answered their phone. It was a huge headache. Will never call this company or secondary numbers/companies they use. Awful business

Excellent company whenever you need to tow or transport any car

Do not use this company. Worst customer service and driver Habib just decided to not pick up a car I had scheduled to be transported to Colorado. No reason given, no calls, had to find out from the dealership where I bought the car that he did not show up. Upon call he was extremely rude and nasty. Needless to say car is not picked up, no apology from Unity, and I am scrambling to find a new transport. Worst experience ever.

Unity Towing got to the scene in no time. They took great care while handling my vehicle. All this was documented and video coverage was sent to me upon delivery. Im very impressed with this company! I would like to give a big thanks to Oscar! There are good people in this world. Oscar saw I was being taken advantage of by a dealership (will write a review for them as well) The dealership was basically holding my car hostage if I didnt pay $250. Oscar advised me to call the General Manager to let him know what this guy was trying to do. Oscar could have just left and not been bothered with anything but he didnt and because of him my car was released and I wasnt made to pay $250, only the $35 for the rental car for the day. My experience with UnityTowing was excellent. My insurance used their services when I broke down and I was very impressed with their prompt and professional service. My car broke down late at night on 95 while I was traveling home to Virginia Beach. Not knowing what to do, my children and I went to a nearby hotel for the night. I called this company after consulting Google first thing in the morning (6am). Habib came and picked me up from the hotel and took me to where I had left my car. Apparently the state police had it towed. Habib was so nice when he saw how frustrated I was. He took me to the other tow companies lot to pick up my car (which btw is exploitative when the state police can get away with this other tow company charging over $200 to get your car back!!!!). Habib towed my car to the repair shop and offered to take me back to the hotel. All the while, he was very empathetic to my situation. He charged a reasonable price for everything he did for me. I would definitely recommend.

No other towing company was able to move my car without wheels and tires but Unity Towing had the right equipment and the right people and was able to do it professionally and without damaging my car. Waited 3 hrs for a tow. I was first told it would be 1 hr. After 1.5 hrs, was told 20 minutes every 20 minutes for the next 1.5 hrs. I was 1 mile from my house. I would have taken a taxi home and returned in a couple hours if I would have known it would take that long. Still waiting as I type this review.

You ripped my whole front bumper one inch off of the headlights -- even on the opposite side of the car. A loud snap. Glad I caught all this on camera.
