We had a consult and braces all in one day!!!Did I mention how patient they all were with a very nervous teary eyed little girl?! 😜Such a pleasurable experience!

Dr. Epperson and crew are fantastic! They are really tuned into their clients, always calling each of us by name and asking about things they know are going on like, “How’s baseball going?” or “Has dance started again yet?” They’re also very helpful in finding appointment times that fit into our busy schedule and utilize texts, which is a game changer for us! We are very happy with both of our children’s progress to date and are excited to see the final products. Highly recommend!

If anyone ever has orthodontic needs, Matt is your guy. Hes extremely knowledgeable and kind. I searched all over Eurgene and Springfield for the best office, and this one quickly stood out from the rest. Not only is Matt amazing, but his staff is an A+. I adore them so much, my son is getting braces as well as myself. Definitely check them out, you can thank me later.

The office is super clean and cute. Dr. Epperson and all the staff are welcoming and super kind. Epperson explains things well and did personal phone calls after I started Invisalign to see how things were going which was very nice since most Dr don’t call you themselves.

Our family has had all 4 of our children’s orthodontics care taken care of at Epperson’s and we would definitely recommend them. This doctor and his office is amazing and they went out of their way coming in to the office on their day off to get our son a replacement retainer. Wow! I just got my braces on today and it was an awesome experience! I have been waiting over 10 years to do this and it has finally come. I can’t say enough good things about Matthew Epperson and his staff! They are knowledgeable, professional and most importantly personable!! When I walked in for my consult two weeks ago I knew this was where I wanted to get my braces put on. I was immediately greeted as if I was already one of the family and that feeling hasn’t changed to this day. If you are looking for a low key living room feel to your ortho experience this is most definitely the place!! I know my experience from here on out will be one I can look back and smile on!!

I just started treatment so I cant say for sure that Ive had amazing final results yet, but honestly I still cant say enough good things about Dr. Epperson and his staff! As an adult I totally have put off getting braces that I needed so when I finally mustered up the courage to schedule a consultation with some orthodontists I was really disappointed that Covid-19 made it impossible to go to any of my appointments! However, while everyone else canceled Dr. Epperson reached out and asked to do a video consultation. I was a bit nervous about showing my mouth through a video chat but Dr. Epperson made me feel totally comfortable in the potentially super awkward situation. He was even extremely understanding about my 9 month old daughter pulling for my attention throughout the appointment. After that he got back to me with the estimated work needed, cost, and time SUPER quick. He even discussed the no interest in house financing that they offer with me and took time to answer all my questions! Plus, he offered to do white ceramic bracets on my front teeth at no additional charge since I was so nervous about having braces as an adult and they would be less noticable. After everything opened back up I have been able to make appointments and start treatment, which after only 7 weeks I have seen MAJOR change for the better in my teeth! The office is new and clean but still extremely comfortable and very quiet. I have had to call in after starting treatment with questions about treatment or insurance, etc... and I have never been made to feel like I was a bother or they were too busy for my questions. Like I said, I have so many good things to say, and I could go on! I wont though, I will just finish by saying that I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Epperson to anyone looking to have orthodontic work done!

My wife, 52 years old, was in a car accident in high school. This contributed to her getting TMJ. Shes had 30 years of earaches, headaches, jaw pain and the inability to eat chewy or hard foods.After working with Dr. Anderson for several months to determine an ideal bite (which made 30 years of her symptoms disappear) She went to Epperson Othodontics so her teeth could be moved into that position. During this near 3 year treatment there were times she wondered if it all would really work given all the major shifting they had to do. Still she kept at it. Any questions or concerns were always answered.Yesterday the braces came off. She loves her teeth, they are amazing. Symptoms are still gone, so her 30 years of TMJ is over!!I highly recommend Dr. Epperson and his team to anyone with orthodontic needs. You wont regret it.

He takes the time to explain whats to be expected at each appointment, he takes time to find out about her as a person, and listens attentively to her stories she wants to share with him. My daughter was terrified to get orthodontia work done, but after the first appointment with Dr. Epperson, she actually enjoys her appointments. Dr. Epperson deals with patients one-on-one so his full attention is on one patient... not worrying about getting around to a second or third person at the same time.
