Absolutely, the best dental experience EVER. I had my first broken tooth that was too small for a crown. I worried for several months and was so anxious about how I was going to get this taken care of. Then I found Innovative Dental. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in the right place. Every single person I came in contact with at Innovative Dental was so extraordinarily nice, kind, friendly and professional. It put me at ease right away. After my initial visit, I found out my tooth needed extraction and an implant put in place. Dr. O is extremely skilled and technically advanced. He is fantastic! I watched his videos on youtube and I felt an instant connection. The day came for the procedure and I was still a bit anxious and nervous. In less than an hour I had the extraction AND implant. I couldn’t believe it! I had absolutely, no pain and didn’t need anything to calm me. I am so thankful for everyone at Innovative Dental and now I have the best place in the country taking care of my teeth.

I had two dental appointments this week after not having been to the dentist in quite some time. I can honestly say that these two visits have easily been the best visits to a dental office that I have ever had. The atmosphere and the people here are amazing! Everybody was super nice and very accommodating! Dr. Jordan was awesome, and Allie (sorry if I am spelling it wrong) was great as well! Highly recommend going here!

The new office is amazing! State of the art everything, beautiful views from the patient rooms, everyone is so kind and accommodating, and the best part is I can bring the kiddos and they can entertain themselves playing Nintendo while they wait for me. My kids are also patients and are always very well taken care of. Couldnt be happier!

I have really enjoyed visiting Innovative Dental in Ozark - as much as one can enjoy going to the dentist I guess. It’s a beautiful facility with fun perks like delicious coffee, upbeat music and the latest tools/technology. They also got me in very quick to handle my broken crown - a crown I got from another provider. Everyone I’ve encountered has been kind and knowledgeable and I’d highly recommend them!!

Every time my family comes to Innovative Dental is a great experience. All the staff are friendly and make you feel at home. Sandra has been taking care of our cleaning and tooth care. She is always smiling and genuinely happy to see us. She always makes sure we are comfortable. Our treatments and cleanings are completed without any pain or discomfort which we appreciate. We have visited may dentists over the years and Innovative and especially Sandra are the best by far. Would and do recommend to everyone I know.

Today was my first appointment at Innovative. The office was amazing inside and out! Everyone was so friendly. Cindy and Dr Megan took their time explaining every aspect of my treatment and what the next step was! I was thoroughly impressed from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I had my first visit with Innovative Dental today. They really make you feel welcome. From the receptionist to the staff and Drs they really go out of their way to address any concerns you have and answer your questions.Their imaging was vastly improved over my experience at other Dentists. I could go on and on, but Ill just say I was concerned looking for a new Dentist after having the same one for nearly 45 years and moving to this group was a great decision.

I have been going to Innovative Dental for several years and I have to say hands down the BEST dental office ever! I moved away to Arkansas and had an awful experience there and decided I would just drive back to Missouri every 6 months for my cleaning. You know your Dentist is the best when you drive 2 hours just to see them! They are ALWAYS so kind and so nice there it’s not just about your teeth they seems to care about you too! You need to go! You won’t regret it! :)

Dr. Megan and Danika did an amazing job on my fillings today! I was anxious about the process but they made sure I knew what was going to happen and made me feel at ease. I was referred here by a friend because I was looking for a new dentist. The waiting area (actually the whole complex) was amazing…very comfortable and beautiful. I was immediately offered a beverage…the iced coffee was amazing! Everyone was extremely kind. I have dental anxiety but they reassured me throughout the process. They treated me like a friend…not just a patient. Don’t hesitate to go here!

After years of unsuccessful search for a dentist in the USA that would be willing to remove a failed implant that I got in my original country, I had given up all hope to smile again. However, when I saw Dr O. videos in YouTube, I decided to try one last time.In my virtual consultation, after looking at my X-rays, the doctor said right away that he could fix my smile. He also explained what he would do to achieve this. When I finally came to office to start the treatment (I live in another state), I was impressed not only by the beauty of this facility, but for the warmth of every staff member. Jennifer at the lobby made sure that I was well attended while waiting for my turn, offering drinks, and engaging in conversation with me to ease my anxiety. That day my cleaning was done by Chelsea, who during the procedure explained what she was doing and the why I needed that according to the information in my X Rays. She also made sure that I was feeling no pain at all during the procedure and was very gentle. After that, Dr O., in just 5 minutes removed that horrible implant that didn’t allowed me to smile since I was a teenager. Needless to say, I felt no pain at all during the procedure.I came the next morning to finally fix my smile. I met this time with Jen at the lobby who was also very nice, welcoming and comforting. I also met with Alexa who explained what the doctor would do that day. After getting my teeth prepared by the doctor, she made sure I was feeling well after all the anesthesia. She also came multiple times to bring me drinks while I was waiting for my teeth to be ready. In a couple of hours Dr O. made a beautiful design that fit my face anatomy and matched the color of my natural teeth.Yesterday I came to pick up my mouthguard and Allison checked that I didn’t have problems with my bite. Since my flight was late in the afternoon, she and Andy offered me to stay there enjoying massages, drinks, and food.Every single person I met in this office was kind to me, but specially Danika, who, since before I came to Springfield, always answered immediately every email I sent asking question about my treatment, financial options, etc. I finally met her in person at the office in my first visit, and as soon as we start talking, she felt like a friend to me. She talked to me to made me feel relaxed . She hugged me and was sincerely touched when she saw how happy I was after right after the removal of the implant. I got to see her again yesterday and she checked that I was leaving the office happy with the results. Thank you, Danika, for being so sweet with me.My biggest thanks to Dr O. for accepting to do a job that others refused to do. Thanks to you Dr, now I will be able to smile with confidence for the first time in decades. I wish I lived in Springfield so I could continue visiting Innovative Dental.

They make you feel super comfortable. They give good coffee and fraps before or after your visit. They explained exactly the work they were going to do. There prices were decent, were flexible with payments, and accepted my insurance. They have a great culture and atmosphere here. All the workers were happy to serve me. I would highly recommend going here. Both of my dad and mom come here and they suggested me to come as well because on how friendly they are. They were right! I had Dr Megan and my Hygienist was Haley which I hope I get here again as my regular hygienist. If they would have a superb start button I would click on that. I was very highly satisfied with everyone there.

I can not recommend this dental office enough. I have severe dental anxiety from dental trauma as a younger kid and they make the process so easy. First time at almost 30 years old do I go in for regular cleanings and take care of what needs to be done because they explain! explain! explain! every procedure and process, talk you through it, and genuinely care about your smile and comfort. I drive 4 hours round trip every time and I’d drive further!!! I have been with Dr. Olsen for years now and will continue to be.

I honestly dislike the dentist and put it off as long as I can. However Im so happy I found Innovative Dental! From the time you walk in the door you feel like youre VIP. They ensure you are comfortable during procedures, give you a cute cup on your first visit and will make you just about any frozen drink you want. I had a full mouth dental implant procedure and couldn’t be happier. I can’t believe I waited so long to have it done. It’s not cheap, mine cost approx $52k, and it wasn’t an easy process, the first day is a long one, expect 7-8 hours in the chair (eat breakfast and maybe bring a protein shake for when everyone breaks for lunch), but it didn’t hurt. The worst part, for me, was the sound. I wish I would have brought my headphones to listen to my own music (no offense Dr O). They do send you home with temporaries that day (dentures) and you have to wait approx. 6 weeks to go back and get your permanents attached. Once they are in though, it is all worth it. I can’t say enough great things about the facility (top notch) and Dr. O and his team are great people. If you’re on the fence I say go for it and find a way to make it happen. It’s literally life changing.

Another amazing experience at Innovative Dental! It was my first time at the new office, it was impressive and gorgeous. The service was impeccable as always, and I couldn’t have asked for a better technician than Chelsea! She was engaging, sweet, hilarious, and mostly importantly—gentle and very good at her job. She went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what was going on during my cleaning. I’ll be back in a few weeks for follow up and I’m actually looking forward to it. I have suffered with receding gum lines for quite sometime due to bite/anxiety issues and have found it to be very difficult to find a dentist equipped to assist in preventative care. Sandra at Innovative was so patient and gave me such great advice. The quality of care is top notch and I will always recommend Innovative.

Dr. Megan is amazing! She is very passionate about dentistry and the quality of work is very good. As a pre-dental student, I was very impressed with the quality of work, and dedication Dr. Megan showed. She gave me a pretty smile :). I can for sure tell she is one of the best dentists because I have had dental experiences before including dental shadowing in San Diego, and Dr. Megan impressed me in different ways. I’m sure all of the dentists here are very good.Moreover, I can say that the dental assistants and all of the stuff are very professional and nice to talk to. I usually do not recommend dental places, but I can tell you from my experience that this is probably one of the best places to be when you need to fix your teeth. I hope one day I will be such a skilled dentist, just like I’ve seen here. :)

Everyone here is AMAZING! From the receptionist to the doctor, they all go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. I have a real fear of the dentist & have had bad experiences in the past. Even thinking about going to the dentist causes me to have a panic attack. Dr. Grey & his staff made sure I felt comfortable & understood everything that was happening. My son was allowed to come back & stay by my side for every appointment. They all made a very scary procedure, not so scary after all. When I started to panic, Dr. Grey stopped, made sure I was ok & gave me a moment to collect myself. At no time did anyone make me feel bad for panicking. Instead of being embarrassed about it all, I felt reassured. I highly recommend coming to see them for any of your dental needs!!!

Finished Invisalign today and it was a great experience. I was done in under 3 months. Every appointment I was greeted warmly and treated like a valued customer. Would definitely recommend for any dentistry needs!!

Always friendly. Clean and up to date. Fresh cookies and yummy coffees provided too. Love the extras they provide. If you gotta go to the dentist, might as well get pampered. All these extras and prices are still very reasonable. Allie is excellent!

It is a great place it helped me have a straighter smile. Everybody there is nice and sweet. This is a good place to go to if you want straight teeth. I had a good experience and my smile is straight and I used braces this place is really great at what they do.

I went to a well-known cosmetic dentist in Texas THIRTEEN times to fix an issue I was having with my bite( he couldn’t fix it ). ONE visit with Dr. Olson and I could chew again. I wish I would have come to Innovative Dental the first go around because it would have saved me money and a whole lot of heart ache. I recommend Innovative Dental of Springfield to anyone, anywhere - it’s worth the trip! The facility is incredible and the STAFF - oh my god - the staff is incredible. Nicole listened to every word I said and I felt heard for the first time.. she actually called me a couple days later just to check on me. Nicole really cared, Dr. Olson really cared, I promise that you are in the best care. They are going to get it done right the first time, worth the trip. I actually love this facility so much I’m going to make the trip next time I need a cleaning & it’s and 11 hour drive & I’ll do it again and again.The staff are educated and they WANT you to have an experience. My boyfriend sat in a massage chair while I was in the deep of my procedure and I actually saw a golden retriever walking through the halls. I left with a smile on my face, a coffee, a cookie & bottle of water for the road.
