Smilow Family Dentistry is my new dentist! Let me tell you best experience! Had a really bad tooth ache and my current dentist was closed. I called in they were able to see me the same day. I went in took a quick X-ray in less than 2 minutes. Doctor saw me and I was in and out. Staff is super nice and office is very comfortable as well.

My experience at this office was great. The wait time was very short and everyone was super friendly. Dr. Smilow is kind, patient and understanding. Overall a good experience (especially as someone who dreads going to the dentist) highly recommend!

I came here for the first time a week or so ago, but let me tell you I am usually not one to go to the dentist due to prior experiences elsewhere. When I walked in I noticed that this place is very clean, and nicely kept. I was greeted politely and welcomed with a smile. Even though I was a few minutes early, the staff took me in right away. My teeth have never been cleaner! My hygienist Rita was amazing. Dr. Smilow came over and gave me an evaluation and you can tell he is very experienced. I will now be a patient for life! I came to Dr. Smillow to fix a horrible crown I had gotten. I sent an appointment request from his website and he personally sent me a text and I made my initial appointment. I get really anxious when I go to the dentist but he was so cool and reassured me I was going to be fine and that he was going to replace my crown with a better one. Within 2 weeks I got my permanent crown that looks WONDERFUL! Hes amazing! I highly recommend him! A dentist that actually cares? 5 stars!!

Dr. Smilow is awesome!!! Being new to this area, I have yet to settle in so no appointed dentist. Unfortunately, I had a broken tooth suddenly while having breakfast. Went on google search and found Dr. Smilow and read all 5 stars reviews so decided to reach out for appointment online. Surprisingly, Dr. Smilow reach out to me himself before his clinic hour and arrange for a visit within a day! During the visit, Dr. Smilow is so friendly which make my visit less stressful. Within half an hour, I’ve got my tooth fixed!!! I truly grateful and feeling lucky to have found Dr. Smilow. He and his crews are very professional, patience, and warm-welcoming. Going to the dentist has never been enjoyable--- until I went to Dr. Smilows office! Quick, easy and painless with a lovely office staff. I had some damage to a tooth and he got my smile back to the way it was, if not better, in record time. He also offers a multitude of dental services that my previous dentist did not. If your looking for a new dentist, I wouldnt recommend anyone else except for Dr. Smilow- he is great.

I needed emergency dentistry work done it was 6 yrs that I have called Dr Smilow’s office.When I called spoke to his friendly staff they understood my issue scheduled a visit within 3days which was unbelievable.Went to his office was greeted by his wonderful staff sat in the chair saw and explained to Dr Smilow the issue.He did remembered me from 6yrs ago and it seemed like it was yesterday! He fixed the issue at a minimum cost and I was totally satisfied with the work he performed very wonderful experience. Dr Smilow and his whole staff are incredibly skilled. Not only was my cleaning very thorough, the team was very kind and made the experience a breeze. I recently switched dentists because I wasn’t quite happy with the turnaround time I had with cleanings. My hygienist made sure to diligently clean at a more efficient pace than I experienced at my previous office. I’m glad I made the switch!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr.Smilow has been great! I switched over to his practice about a year ago. Most recently he did cosmetic work on me with 2 crowns and 2 bondings. It could not look any better than it does. Dr.Smilow and his team are personable and professional! 10/10 recommend.

We recently started going to Dr. Smilow after our dentist of 20 years had retired. I absolutely loved my old dentist so I knew it wasn’t going to be easy changing. Dr. Smilow made our transition very easy. We couldn’t be happier with our new dentist.

I had the worst pain in my mouth on a Sunday. I called all the dentist in the area. Dr Smilow was the only one that took the time to call me back. He told me what to take and called a prescription in. He saw me the next day. After examining my mouth Dr Smilow let me know I needed a root canal. I just wanted the pain gone. He said it would not take much time to do the root canal. I felt no pain through the whole root canal. In 20 minutes my root canal was done and I did not feel pain, not even at home afterwards. Dr Smilow called that night to check up on me and make sure I was not in pain. He even called the next day to make sure everything was good. This is the first time I’ve been to a dentist that cared so much. I was scared of going to the dentist. Now I’m not scared. I never knew there could be a dentist that does not cause pain. Dr Smilow is my new dentist.

I heard Dr. Smilow was a miracle worker from my wife after he corrected a crown that her former dentist butchered. She was in pain for weeks and found Dr. Smilow to be highly recommended. After a few visits everything was back to normal and her mouth felt great. I was content with my former Dentist, but never wowed by him. My first visit to Dr. Smilow blew me away! His staff was super friendly, and all the technology he uses is state or the art. I was in excruciating (tooth) pain and Dr. Smilow was able to get back to me AND fit me in his schedule - ASAP. Such a relief. Dr. Smilow is a life saver ! I was having tooth pain at the last second right before a family vacation. I had talked to my dentist and he couldn’t see me right away. I called Dr. Smilow (he is my daughters dentist) to get a second opinion. He literally saw me 20 minutes after I called him! He did a root canal the next day and I was able to go on vacation pain free. He also follows up via text and phone calls to make sure you are doing OK. He is a very caring family man and it shows in all aspects of his work!

I called Dr. Smilow early Monday morning when my permanent retainer broke Sunday night. He told me to come in right away. As soon as I got to the office, I was greeted by friendly staff, filled out paperwork, and got right into a chair. I was in and out of the office in 15 minutes. After taking my 6 year old anxious and uncooperative daughter to several other pediatric dentists, we finally found THE ONE!Dr. Smillow was able to make her feel so very comfortable and we finally were able to get X-rays taken. He uses a non invasive and kid friendly x ray machine which provides comprehensive images in the greatest detail I’ve ever seen.After learning my daughter had several cavities which required filling, Dr. Smillow walked my husband and I through all possible outcomes and options available in the greatest detail. He eased our concerns and soothed our anxiety from beginning to end.My daughter felt zero pain or discomfort!We are so happy to have found Dr. Smillow!!!

My son had been complaining of dental pain for about a week or so. I was looking for an emergency dentist but found none. Took a chance and called Smilow Dental Office and actually got a live voice, Dr. Smilow himself. He gave us a 12:45 pm appt on a Sunday!!! When we arrived, he was watering the front lawn and waved to us as we drove in. He took a look at my son’s issue, fixed it and we were on our way to Dorney Park!! He sent us on with a week supply of antibiotics and he will start to see both my son and I as patients. After I chipped my tooth, I knew I had to get to a dentist and fix it ASAP. I found Dr. Smilow because of his amazing reviews, and after my experience, I found them to be completely accurate. Dr. Smilow is very attentive to his patients. My grandmother had to fix her denture, and he made several follow up calls to see how she was doing with it. His office is super clean and the dental assistants are all so sweet. I was able to schedule an emergency visit first thing Monday morning even without being a patient. My family recently moved to West Orange and needed a new dentist. I brought my 96 year old Mother here due to a filling issue. This was her first visit. I must praise the whole staff for their kindness, patience and professionalism. Visiting Dr. Smilow was the first dental experience is more than 15 years that was positive. He was concerned and responsive to the pain in my tooth. During the procedure, he made sure to check for my comfort level, as well as explain what was going on. I initially went for an emergency visit, and have now switched my family to Smilow Family Dentistry as our primary dentist. I am bringing my son next week for a cleaning/check-up, and I have no question that the level of care he will receive will be only the best. While I cant say that I will enjoy going to the dentist, I can say that I am no longer fearful of a visit.

I’ve been going to Dr. Smilow for years now and honestly there is no other dentist I’d rather go to. Dr. Smilow and his team are great. Definitely the best dental practice in our area. My wife and I recently changed our insurance and we told the doctor that the new insurance would not start until October 1, but the doctor still gave us appointments and had me come in to check a tooth that I recently chipped and was bothering me. They always take their time explaining everything to us, from insurance coverage to our dental health. The office is always very clean and they have the latest tech equipment. Asking me if I was if I was okay the whole time of the procedures.He always Follows up with me to see if I’m in pain. And there is always a plan.I can go on!I Highly recommend!!

Dr. Smilow is not only a skilled dentist but is also incredibly kind, patient and accommodating. I recently had a dental emergency and Dr. Smilow answered his cell and agreed to meet me in 20 minutes even though the office was closed it was a holiday. He met me with a smile, fixed my issue and sent me on my way. Never for a second did he make me feel like I had inconvenienced him in the slightest. I feel lucky to have found Dr. Smilow and know that I am in good hands with him. Highly recommend!

This review is long overdue, so I apologize for that. Dr. Smilow was amazing as was all of his staff, the offices were immaculate. During these stressful times of visiting doctors and the like, I felt at ease and felt very safe upon entering the offices. As a Springfield resident since 1978, I love the fact that Dr. Smilow and his family has integrated themselves in every aspect of the community, and are always out there giving and helping. I highly recommend Dr. Smilow and his practice.

I am so appreciative of Dr. Smilow. Had a dental issue that needed to be addressed, and he went out of his way to make room in his schedule for not one, but TWO appointments in the same week. His bedside manner is pleasant and comforting, and his office runs efficiently with minimal wait time. I truly enjoyed my experience (not something you hear often of a dentists office!) and would recommend Dr. Smilow to anyone without hesitation.

Smilow Family Dentistry did an amazing job putting customers safety as a priority. They have very strict policies in place in regards to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and I felt safer there than in my own house after completing their protocols. In regards to the visit itself, the staff is incredibly welcoming and did an excellent job with me, and I would highly recommend giving Dr. Smilow a visit if you haven’t already. He’s the man!

The thing is...you.KNOW.when someone cares about YOU! Dr. Smilow does. The man texted to see how I was doing after my Root Canal -- who does that these days? This is old time -- doctor care -- I was floored! - first time a doctor has ever done that. His staff is amazing, caring, and friendly. There is ALWAYS a smile when I walk in his doors. The office is clean, COVID-19 friendly and there is a sense that one is safe - not only with the doctor himself, but also with the staff and the physical environment. So, if you are paying money for someone to take care of your mouth health and you have doubts about your current situation -- try Dr. Smilov. He was recommended to me by a colleague at work. When going to your doctor/dentist it should not feel like you are going into a combat zone -- I am so glad I went to him. So, if your dentist is not treating you right...

Dr. Smilow and his office were amazing! They were quick, efficient, and makes things super easy. I havent been to a dentist in a number of years but this experience was the best Ive had. Would recommend Dr. Smilow to anyone who asks!

I am not usually someone that likes the dentist. I found Dr Smilow’s staff incredibly inviting, warm and gave me an ease of mind.I now love going to the dentist...as long as it’s Dr Smilow of course. If you typically dislike going to the dentist prepare for Dr Smilow to flip that script!

I cannot thank Doctor Smilow and his staff Enough for scheduling me a last-minute appointment when my tooth cracked. Everyone was exceptionally nice and professional, the office was super clean and Cheery. And Dr. Smilow personally came out to greet me before the procedure to introduce himself and allay any fears that I had. After he assessed the damage, the tooth was quickly repaired. If I could give Dr. Smilow and his staff more stars, I would!

Dr. Smilow has been my dentist for several years now and needless to say, I am very happy with every service that I receive. He will answer questions patiently, thoroughly and will guide you in the right direction. And, if you had a procedure done like an extraction, he will check up on you at the end of the day. Dr Smilow and his staff were warm, welcoming, personable, and very professional. I am so happy I found such a great dentist so close to home. Being in the medical field, my schedule is very hectic, but Dr Smilow was very accommodating and fit me in right away. I can’t say enough wonderful and great things about him and his practice. I will say, I am looking forward to my follow up visit. I highly recommend Dr Smilow.
