I would love to know what it takes for this agency to take an interest in a homeless disabled consumer with a clerical background, and not go months without any communication after assuring the consumer he would be receiving a call back.Some initiative, follow-up and persistence on their part would be greatly appreciated, especially if the consumer has been doing everything in his power to demonstrate his eagerness and willingness to receive services and get all relevant information to the appropriate parties.Ill change my review/rating if my experience changes.
