This is a horrible agency to work with. There is NO support, lots of lies, and hateful attitudes. They did so many families wrong and treat the children as items to be tossed around. THE BEST NEWS IVE HAD about this place is that they are CLOSING DOWN! Thank goodness!!! I wish theyd get rid of the caseworkerS that lie to get away with not doing their job correctly. To many people were hurt by this angency.

Just wanted to comment on the staff. I spoke with Julie in administration about a problem that I had and honestly I had no idea where to even begin. She took the time to be compassionate and understanding, even though her office just happened to be the first one that I knocked on. Thank you Julie for being a wonderful person and help steer me in the right direction.

This place is a bad joke and the case manager Ive had the unfortunate luck to be dealing with in the last year is not trust worthy and will mislead you with false information. Karla is not even a real social worker. She just might have some kind of education relating to social services and now is a case manager deciding a child and a families faith. Karla Philips is employed with this 3rd party agancy sub-contacted by Missouri Social Services. Karlas job dose not appear to be about reuniting the bio-families but its to keep your child in foster care so they get paid at any cost and delaying the legal process and her paperwork to give the foster familys and edge in legal proceedings. Check and see that this sub-contracted group is now under investigation by other outside child advocacy groups and Missouri Social Services.Please continue to repost this as the problems behind these doors will not change unless the public and families demand that they beheld accountability for there poor services and dishonest staff. If your a parent or a family member know your legal rights when dealing with this group because they will take advantage of you if you dont. Contact Missouri Social Services file a grievance, or the ACLU or anyother outside agencies if the case management and or supervisor wont listen to your family needs.See Karla Short Phillip picture or Aka Karla Philip picture and repost it.
