Decent sized parking lot next to building, clean restrooms, spacious inside area they use for many different community events. Theyre kind of the only building in the area but Im glad theyre there! Easy to get to

I absolutely love working here ♡ I have not only gained happiness at work but also a wonderful second family with co-workers and clients. Working for the ARC is the best thing that could have happened to me in the work field. Very understanding and amazing management. I can see myself working here for as long as possible. Love how much this organization cares about their employees and clients ♡

They have wonderful structured fun activities for the children in the Jumpstart program at the arc. Annie and all the staff are the best of what it means to be Human. Compassion, love along with never ending patience is what they all share in common with the children. Each one of the staff would protect the children with their life. Yes, they are that committed and no doubt the best program the arc has.

The Arc of Lane county lets Staff know and reiterates often the importance of Staff client lasting and long term, trusting, meaningful, friendship relationships in the lives of the clients and we are encouraged to make and be friends.Once a loving, meaningful, chosen, lasting, healthy, amazing friendship is established with the clients work no longer feels or seems like work anymore. You spend each day helping and supporting your dearest friends and its truly the most amazing feeling in the world!The worst thing in the world is when youre encouraged to be friends with clients but then someone decides they dont like you being friends with a client so they raise a fuss to the director and instead of standing up for you and the clients they claim to be there to protect and help they instead decide to paint a line that never existed, claim you crossed it and then fire you as though youve committed an act of wrong for having done everything you were told and encouraged to do all along! They commit a gross act of abuse by sending clients the message that if you dare establish a meaningful, loving, wanted, chosen, platonic, healthy friendship in your life we will drive a wedge between you and your friend and drive them from your life! Its TERRIBLE!

I work for them, Ive worked for them for years. I now do in home, Ive been trying for MONTHS to get a family to work for, Ive been asking for MONTHS! I stopped asking during maybe a month or so where I was dealing with family matters and mental health issues and I still have no work, At this point Im going into debt because the arc refuses to communicate with me and Im unable to get a paycheck, Ive tried calling HR and Ive tried switching into an in building position and Ive been completely ignored.

Compassion, kindness, understanding. The Staff is phenomenal. With out a showdow of a doubt, I am blessed to be apart of an organization of dedicated professionals. Together we can!

I am not going to be able to elaborate on the whole picture.There are some very nice clients and people watching them.But they need to take a look at some of the help, I dont think I want to comment publicly but I think that they have some help that needs replacing, and it is not just the bottom workers.

I love going there for their Christmas dinner

This company does AWESOME things for the community! With a focus on assisting those with disabilities to develop common skills that make them more employable, those who work there are full of love for what they do and for those who me they do things for. The community would not be the same without this facility.

Good program just very rude/racist staff . First time going and omg I have NEVER been so disgusted by someone like I have tonight how can someone be so disgusting to families like this Lady was to my mother only because she is Hispanic smh.
