By far the best place I’ve ever had my nails done! She explained the price of everything before we started to make sure I was okay with it and the atmosphere was very calming and welcoming!

I’ve been going to Deric and Tina for 5 years and I don’t want to ever go anywhere else for nails. They always do such GREAT shaping and quality care with my long acrylic nails. I’ve gotten so many fun designs and colors over the years. They are so nice too :)

To be honest they do pretty good job (not the best for far) but the way to treat the clients it’s just unacceptable! Ones I had to arrive late for my appointment due to the some personal issues and 2 days after that they made my daughter wait 30 min just because, without any explanations, while the person who should do her nails was just taking a rest, making my daughter pay for my delayed arriving. Shame on you people 👎

My mother went(doesnt know reviews)She went to get her acrylic nails removed and new ones put on. The lady was on her phone most of the time leaving my mom to sit alone by herself.At one point when she went to clip her nails she almost clipped my moms nail to the quick and it hurt my mom all because the lady was busy on her phone and going to fast.And then when my mom said never mind on getting new nails cause they werent doing it right they got rude.Never going back

Walk in service. Got in quickly and the service was great! I got a mani pedi and felt very pampered. Very clean and the attendants were polite and kind.

Im just so impressed with this guy that did my nails! He took his time, he was friendly, polite(not rude and flat toned like others), I was never uncomfortable around the employees. 2 girls and a guy working the afternoon of January 31st, 2021. I cant get over how pretty and practically perfect they are! An all around friendly atmosphere with an amazing Male nail tech! Sorry, I didnt get his name but I will find him when I come back, lol. I’m definitely not impressed this time around. Visited here before and had a wonderful experience. Came in and decided to upgrade to a deluxe pedicure. Didn’t realize a leg wrap and massage would take away from my actual problem areas. My heels and calluses on my toes look worse than when I started. The girl was white, blonde hair, and had a wrist tattoo.She just seemed like she didn’t care, nor even wanted to be there. Probably won’t be back.

I have been here twice now. It’s my go to place for getting my nails done from now on. Very nice and helpful. Very very clean! Can do many different styles and very willing to accommodate to your liking. Best to make an appointment with them as they are usually busy which is a great thing to me because it shows exactly the high demand of their services! Highly recommend!

I had the rudest nail tech who did my full set. Not only was her attitude terrible but she did a very poor job with my set. I asked for almond shape and they’re all lopsided and not the same length. While she was drilling my nails, she cut one of my cuticle, luckily it didn’t bleed. There’s an inch layer thick of acrylic on top of my nail. I am very upset with my experience because I heard good things about Golden Nails. Due to this, I won’t be coming back and will not recommend this place to anyone. Don’t come here unless you want a nail tech with a bad attitude and don’t care about their customers. Only brightside is that I found out I like the color “Chiffron” by DC.

My nails turned out BEAUTIFUL! I believe her name was Mandy, she did a fabulous job. She was quick, and will be my nail tech from now on. Cannot say enough good things!!

Best place in town. I and my friends been coming here for over 2 years. They dont have many nailtechs so definitely make appointment or call ahead before coming in. They are very on time with the appointments. Majority of the techs speak English very well. Deric is my nail tech. Tina is very good with nails designs. They always tell customers pricing before they do anything. I’ve seen unhappy customers there before, trust me they will be like that everywhere they go.

They did a great job on mine and my two daughters nails. We will definitely be using them again.

Loved how they are trimmed to my height and love my French tip, just debating of going outside the box and getting them decorated (which I have never done)

I had my nails done at another salon which I thought done a good job, then I found Golden Nails. Now my nails look amazing, an I will be going no place else. They are very pleasant, prices are fair. As they say you get what you pay for.. I truly cant say enough about Golden Nails an the staff..

I was at Walgreens the other day and the employees nails there looked great so I asked where she went and she told me Golden Nails so I had to go! I came in and realized they were booked that day and the next but the employee there switched around his plans the next day to fit me in at 9:30! I was very impressed by the service, he took his time to make my acrylics look very sleek and natural. He also did a great job of shaping my nails into a coffin style. I don’t remember his name but the Walgreens employee says all the employees are very skilled so it doesn’t matter who you get. The atmosphere was also very laid back and friendly. I will definitely be going back!

Came from out-of-state, and really wanted to get my nails done. My cousin suggested Golden nails, and they did not disappoint. There staff is very funny and sweet! Will for sure be coming back next year!

Ive been going here for about 6 months now. Everybody that works there is friendly and they do a great job. They are not the fastest nail place but the quality more than makes up for the extra time. You should call ahead for an appointment because they are usually busy.

They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment with them and a few of my family members did as well. We were all so excited to do this,as we dont see each other often. The man up front said we werent allowed to be there and refused to give us our deposit. We will never come back.

The nice lady who did my nails was very gentle in removing my gel polish and placed tips on my broken nails. I got gel polish and they look fantastic and they were very reasonably priced. Went here for the first time 2 weeks ago. They worked me in very quickly shortly before their closing time. The guy that did my nails did an excellent job! He had another staff member paint them and she did great and was nice as well. I was extremely pleased with my experience. Their prices are great! I gave them 4 stars because 5 days after my fill & paint, I had the gel nail polish peel off of half of my thumb nail. Ive used gel multiple times before and its never happened. Im sure they would have repaired it for free but I live over an hour away from this salon so I cant drive that far for just a reapir. Other than that, I highly recommend this salon. Friendly staff and great prices!

Just passing through Springfield and hopped in today. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! By far the highest quality manicure Ive had in a very long time. They were not in a hurry, very pleasant conversation. Overall excellent experience!!

I really never thought I could love a nail salon so much. The nails they do are always beautiful beyond compare, but the real part I love about this salon is how welcoming they are. I once didn’t come in for three months and when I came in next they greeted me like I was family and knew exactly who I was, even down to the color I always get. I will never go anywhere else !!!

Not impressed. I got a full set 5 days ago and was told to come back in if they got chipped or if anything was wrong with them and I would get them fixed for free within a week. One of the nails has already fallen completely off. When I went in to get it fixed, they said they would have to charge me again. When I reminded them of what they told me, they said it doesn’t count because it had been 6 days (even though I went there 5 days ago). Definitely not going back to this business for future manicures.

I had my nails done and couldnt make it back for a whole month and my nails didnt even peel or fall off and still looked as good as when they were first done just needed filled very badly. I had an appointment at 1:30pm and wasn’t seen until 2:00pm. Then Derrick tried to upcharge me $5 for 5 different colors, yet I got that done before free of charge. Then he proceeded to rush doing my nails, handling my nails very roughly. I said he was being rude, then got went off on for “disrespecting” him. I took my half done nails and left. I will never be returning.

Staff was nice but I do not recommend this place. Went in for just a French mani, thought the lady was going to rip my nails off taking my old polish off (my real nails, dont have fake ones on) the shaping was poorly done, some of my old paint is mixed in with what she put on, their lazor light machine burned like hell and she got paint on my fingers and didnt bother to get it off. I will not be going back ever again. Went to Lucky Nails they fixed me right up.
