I use to go to this nail salon all the time when I was younger and they were great. But now they just rush through your nails which causes them to start chipping really early. I got my toes done two days ago and the paint on my nails are already chipping and they are gel. My acrylic nails started coming off the next day and I went back to get them fixed and they were upset. My acrylic nails came off by just fixing my pillow trying to get comfortable in bed.

I was not satisficed at all with my nails. Three of my acrylic nails broke off in two days after getting them done and I went back and they fixed them. I wanted my money back because I knew if two nails broke off that more would break off and they said no. Just to have me go home and two more broke off.

Very upset I paid 55 for my acrylic nails to fall off in a week. And my pedicure to start chipping in 4 days.

Service was great and friendly! Clean location... the owner is very hands on and tends to each and every person that walks in.. I will definitely be going back!

Got my acrylic nails done for my trip on a Tuesday and by Saturday one nail broke I was very disappointed

Absolutely loved, very nice and clean!!

I took my special needs friend here and they were so good with her. It was opened on Sunday and was a very clean environment. The manicurist who took care of her, did just that. She was warm, kind and she was patient. The work she did was also great. We will be back.

I moved to Springfield earlier this year and have been looking for a new nail salon instead of going to my old salon, which is 30 minutes away. The ladies at the salon were nice, but the gel manicure and pedicure I got were subpar. I have long, natural nails (no acrylic), and I had to go back the morning after my appointment to get a fingernail fixed since the side of one nail cracked. They had no problem accommodating me, but fast forward three hours, and that same nail cracked again + two others, leaving me no choice but to cut every single nail off. On top of that, my pedi chipped a few days later. Needless to say, I’m going to continue taking the 30 minute trip to my old salon because I’ve never had one issue with them. Poor service, I spent 35 dollars on powder dip and it looked like something a 5 year old could do when I asked the lady to clean it up she didn’t even try and. Sloppy place my nails look horrible and staff is rude don’t go

So my wife decided we would go last second on our anniversary for Mani/Pedi.As a married man this is as close to an Asian threesome as I am ever going to get, but given the late hour of our arrival we were both double teamed to make sure the ladies were able to get home on time.They are polite and friendly, and talkative, which as a guy in a salon you dont get a lot of. I was pleasantly surprised and may now have a new nail spot (words growing up in a mining village that I never thought Id utter).Im looking forward to going back again in the near future when perhaps time is not quite a constraint.

Every time I have been there all the women work as a team, and are funny when you get to know them. My nails always come out looking great and clean.

Get Michelle if you go there, she is the best.

Disappointed is all i can say. The lady rushed through the acrylic process, didnt acknowledge that the side of my nail was bleeding and put polish remover all over it. Rushed putting the stuff on my nails so that it was lopsided and now not even 1 week later 2 nails fell off.If they rush like this when they have 4 staff and one person waiting i wonder how the nails come out when they have 4 people waiting.sincerely,an unhappy customer.

Service is fine. If you getting mani+padi, technician change. Never understood why cant be one person serve you. Over priced.

The nail techs are not knowledgeable on sanitary procedures as well as proper nail care. My natural nails were ruined in just 1 week including two broken nails and dirt getting inside of every nail from improper sealing of the gel. Very displeased that I paid 55$ for poor quality work. Wouldnt recommend.
