Terrible attitude of the technician. I’m from out of town and was recommended to go there. I’d rather have my unfilled nails back than what I left with. Noticed when I got to my hotel, you can see my nail through the color because it was painted so thin. This is day 2, and the color on my thumb has already chipped, I just put a top coat over the chipped part because I’m not spending more money for this one nail. Would not recommend.

Wonderful place bad for nails went on wed was back Thursday broken nail. I deal with paperwork all day so don’t know why it broke went and had it fixed brok again the next day nails lift bad and then broke three in less than a week two just loosed and fellOff

Very nice and friendly staff... I got acrylic nails there and I love them... but why i am rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because he didn’t even ask the length I wanted and just cut my nail... otherwise it’s a very nice place.

My nails on both hands aren’t evened out to similar lengths, underneath wasn’t cleaned up so I have hard chunks of whatever they put on top of my nail underneath them, and the nail polish doesn’t cover the tips. From far away they are beautiful, but up close, they have a lot of flaws.

ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE. my nails are not strait, the paint job is wack and my friends and I didn’t get what we asked for. One of my friends asked for a white thumb and 2 different shades of blue on every other finger. she got pink to blue ombré. another one of my friends asked for pastel colors and got neon pink, green,yellow etc. didn’t bother cutting my nails or filing. absolutely terrible.

First off let me start by saying Tracy is the best! John is great as well. They always greet me as i walk in the door. I’ve been going consistently for the past 5-6 years now and have been to both John for 2yrs and Tracy for going on 5yrs. Tracy always does as i request, even though i am very picky and particular. Never have had any problems with my nails or making my appointments. I would say that Tracy is the best with designs and i recommend her for anyone. The energy in the shop is always fun & we r always laughing. Highly recommend this shop over any in Springfield.

Workers were nice and the shape of the acrylics were perfect but when i showed the worker what i wanted to do with my nails (all black with one gold accent nail), the worker did something completely different (one rose gold sparkle nail and one holographic accent nail) and my nails don’t match and the design is not consistent. They also forgot to add on a clear coat on my plain black nails so they are already scuffed up. I would suggest not going here.

I got my feet done and I was really dissatisfied. As I walked out of the nail shop I noticed My nail paint looked like a 5 year old painted them. My toes was dry and peeling. I went back in to address how my feet looked. The lady filed my toe nail down a little bit and put some drops of oil on it. And basically sent me on my way. It was definitely not worth the 52 dollars plus tip I gave. If I could give a negative rating I would. I would never go there again!

I love L.A. Nails! They are friendly, and Jessi does a beautiful job on my nails. I would highly recommend them! They all do a wonderful job.

Went in to pay for 5 people to get mani/pedis and my 4 year old dropped a nail polish bottle and it broke and the owner berated her with the guise of it just being a joke. When we said we would just go somewhere else he then said good I dont need you anyways that was my first time there and will never be back

They put my acrylics way too low from the cuticles, my nail shape and length are all off from eachother, the paint wasn’t put on well or evenly. He forgot to put on my clear coat. Most likely will not come back again.

Clean salon, best work around, great staff. Reasonable prices. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Went in at 7:21 for a child’s manicure and to get two of my nails cut down. Was told they were done for the evening while he was doing another lady’s nails and plenty of people were in there. What?!!! They don’t even close until 9:00. I just stared at him and said: “ are you serious.? He said “yes” and went back to doing her nails. I will NEVER go back there or recommend them to anyone. So rude and unprofessional.

Went in to L.A nails on a Sunday to treat myself to a full set of nails. The salon was empty maybe one person was getting there nails done. The man told me $40 for a BASIC FULL SET with one color and no gel nails, he charged the person I was with way less. Needless to say he was rude when questioned him on why he was so expensive for a basic acrylic set. Most places in springfield charge anywhere from $25 to $35. He said I was childish for not wanting to pay $40 for a acrylic set the proceded to tell me BYE in a nasty tone as I left the store. I dont recommend anyone support these rude people! They are Very Unprofessional!

I havent been here for about 5 years because I had terrible service. Decided to try today and very happy. They did a great job and took their time, and were busy, so I didnt feel like I got rushed. Will definitely be back!

I am not one to pamper myself and spend money! I will say, out of all the nail salons, etc! I will spend money @ L.A. nails anytime! The owner is sooo nice, the nail techs r so awesome. So many options with manicures and pedicures. I did the dip manicure, which is the bom, it is not nail Polish in a jar- lol, it is powder color! Excellent job with staying focused! Spend the money and pamper yourself!

Love the shape and the service. I got a full set and the nails on the left hand are significantly longer than the nails on the right hand. Very disappointed.

Every time I come here they always rush everything. They don’t know how to even answer the phone without having an attitude. Over priced and not worth it especially when they can’t even pull your cuticles without making you bleed. Then get mad when you say ow. Go on the other side of town if you want your nails done this is a horrible place & horrible customer service.

Went for mani & pedi..during pedi only one foot was massaged for 2 to 3 sec the other one didnt receive any massage. My mani was the same way, I left a tip but shouldnt have because the service was no where near great or good.

Went for a repair and was told we aren’t taking any more tonight. It was an an hour and fourty-five minutes until close with no one waiting.

Did not do my Acrylics the right way I got them done 2 days ago and I already need a filling he did not go all the way up my nail bed! Not pleased

I was left sitting for nearly 15 minutes while the guy who was doing my nails screwed around in the back. Throughout the entire time I was there other employees were interrupting and distracting him so I was there longer than I have ever been fory nails to be done. The nails themselves are not painted to the very end (which I did not notice until after I had left). Overall, it was not the best experience Ive ever had in a nail salon, and I was throughly unpleased.
