I didn’t have a great opinion of the services they provided from past experiences. In my opinion they do mediocre work that is a tad too expensive. But today I just came to have old acrylics removed because I was in a pinch and I wanted to preserve the health and length of my natural nail rather than rip it off myself. But she ended up breaking my nail in half and cutting my nails almost all the way down and charging me $16 for it so I definitely will not be returning. I do not recommend this place to get your nails done. Go to signature nail in Huber Heights if you can.

I went in today to get my first ever pedicure! i made my appt online and when i got there i prob waited 5 mins and then i was taken back by my girl anna! i do prefer anna! she was super sweet and wasn’t in a rush at all!!! i will definitely be going to her to get a acrylic fill in soon!!!

It was a great experience. Very relaxing. Had a massage in the massage chair while she did my pedicure and it was great! Id go again. Fast too

My tech was friendly. However, they charged me $30 for gel polish ONLY for my 9 year old and $22 for MY THREE YEAR OLD to have meg nails painted 😱 $130 for acrylic for myself and toe nails painted. These prices are way off in comparison to their online pricing and much higher than the most expensive nail salons I have been to. Definitely not going back.

I had a great nail technician who did a wonderful job on my manicure and pedicure. Added bonus, I was out in an hour. I had regular polish for my toes and gel on my fingernails.

I went to Best Nails today and met Roland. I got a new set of acrylics/gel. This was the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon. My nails are beyond perfect. Roland took the time to make sure I was satisfied with every nail and that they were to my expectations. He went above and beyond. He didn’t try to sell me stuff and drive me insane like the last salon I went to did. He genuinely cared about my nails and wanted them to be perfect. He didn’t act rushed in the least even tho the salon was packed full of clients.Roland is a DEFINITE asset to Best Nails. He is highly intelligent and we had great conversation about science (my profession), the environment and life in general. I honestly don’t think my nails have EVER looked this perfect. I’m obsessed. Thank you Roland.

I normally love getting my nails done here, I usually get acrylics. With my new job, I can’t have fake nails, so I decided to just get gel polish on my real nails - I’ve heard gel lasts much longer, doesn’t chip as fast, etc. I must say, I’m pretty disappointed that after 2 days of having the gel polish on, two nails are already chipping. Not only that, but my tech didn’t cover my full nail on multiple fingers, so it looks like I’ve had them longer than I have. I will not be getting gel nails done here again I don’t think. Will stick to acrylics whenever I can get them again.

Tried to call to make an appointment twice, no answer. When I finally walk in to see about getting my nails done they say I need an appointment. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Not very welcoming. My gel manicured was rushed and it was very obvious when you look at my nails. There’s polish on my skin and my skin was being filed..... Honestly the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Definitely would not recommend.

I drive from London Ohio for my pedicures. I have health issues that cause a lot of severe swelling, thickened dry skin and severe pain and they always show warmth and compassion. Every person that has done my pedicure has done a great job easing the discomfort and removing the dead skin making me less self conscious! Thank you all so very much

My family and I went for a girls day. We all 3 got cat eye gel nails. We normally are only charged about 120 for 3 of us. We were charged $20 extra PER PERSON for the cat eyes PLUS $5 for 5 seconds worth of magnetic strips on our nails. Wont be going back there again for awhile

I have been going here for over 17 yrs. NEVER had a bad experience. If you arent happy, they will fix any problem without being rude. The wait is sometimes long but is because they are good and worth the wait. Ive went elsewhere a few times because I was in a hurry and never got the same quality as I do at Best Nails. Love them!

Ive been to the salon 4 times and this will be my last. The customer service the last two visits were bad. Joe said I needed a new set of nails, which was surprising since Ive only had the set on for a month. He didnt let me soak my nails so they could be removed, he took an acrylic nail out of the drawer to pry them off. He acted like he was in a hurry and didnt want to be bothered.

I came to Best Nails to get my nails done fro my wedding. Everyone was very nice and the prices were great. However, the girl doing my nails made me bleed while trimming my cuticles. She also got nail polish on the skin on almost all of my fingers. So, I had to scrub and pick at my nails to get the gel polish off my skin and wear a bandaid for a few days (thankfully not on my ring finger).

I got my nails done at Best Nails in June or July. I meant to write a review and totally forgot.Anyways.The nails looked beautiful and they were done very quickly and neatly. But they have zero patience and will tell you what theyre doing with your nails even if you requested different. So you need to know what you want before you walk in that door or youre not going to enjoy your experience.They also include tips in the cost, which is fine and all, but they didnt deserve the tip they gave themselves. And when they speak in their primary language, it would almost seem they are talking about you.I would go there again but I wouldnt recommend to new comers.

Not happy with my acrylics they are uneven and different lengths and they dont fit my natural nail like Id hoped. plus the polish is a little messy. It was fast and friendly service but me nor my mother was happy with the outcome. she used to get her nails done allot there a few years ago and was always happy with the end result. They used to be the best in Springfield but things have changed and we will not be going back.

I have been here multiple times and all has been okay till now. I was the last person so they had me pay mid service which is fine. They put my card in through debit instead of credit so I had to give my pin verbally to him (not happy about it) he put it in wrong twice and froze my card, so I had to pay him in cash which he was very rude about. I came in to relax not to get yelled at for what was he’s own fault!

My nails are already needing a fill in and it’s only been 4 days. The polish is messed up and goes back too far and a couple are crooked. Got them done for a wedding and I don’t like them, but they did a good job on the rest of the bridal party’s nails. Sad about it :(

Quality nails every time! Sometimes theres a wait after 5 on weekdays, but totally worth it. The brand of gel polish they offer lasts so long.

They have great quality nail technicians, but I highly recommend that you schedule an appointment! They are constantly busy, so being a walk-in is SUPER inconvenient. Also, they take everyone with an appointment before you AND of course the people in front of you, so it’s at least a 45 minute wait.

Good luck getting your nails done here. I called two days to make an appt and each day they said they were booked the whole day and would only take walk-ins. I finally walked in to a full lobby (at least 8 people waiting) and they said it would be an hour wait for a pedicure. I asked about making an appt for the next week and they said they were all booked both days I asked about. The owner mentioned being short staffed. I gave up and went elsewhere.

This place is one of the best places in Springfield and probably Dayton. They are not only professional and clean but really precise and takes their time. They care about the quality and not the quantity. They are super friendly and very understanding. They have amazing people who work there and has a drama free environment. Everyone meshs well together and they work hard to make their clients happy. I LOVE BEST NAILS BECAUSE THE GIVE YOU THE BESTEST OF NAILS.

I went for my first ever time to get my nails done, and decided to come here. It wasnt an awful experience...but I wasnt necessarily happy with my results. The acrylics I got are uneven length, and color(s) I got are uneven as well. My friends nails turned out perfectly, though. That is just my experience, I guess.

Sonny did my nails for prom and they did not turn out like the picture at all. They are crooked and all different shapes .It was a waste of 53 dollars and I’m not going back. I don’t recommend this place to anyone .

Got my nails done for prom and my acrylics started to fall off after 5 days. The guy who did them didnt even have me clean my hands or under my nails before starting. I asked for a certain design and he said he could do it but after he was done putting my first coat of polish on he said he didnt think he could do it.
