Its a nice Clean laundromat and why we were there the owner stopped in to do his daily cleaning check on the supplies. Hes very nice he talk to us he did tell us that the reason the laundromats are having a problem with the receives being out of order theyre only like three people in the state that do this is not necessarily right here in Springfield and Eugene. They charge like a hundred bucks an hour plus mileage I think these people are a little ridiculous and what they charge and of course they fix your machine so if you want them fixed I guess you have to pay it.

We had a lot of laundry to wash so we always use the big machines. We put $4.50 in the machine and it ate our money. There was out of order signs on one of the doors so we filled it out and wrote what happened. There was a spot for our phone number and address so we filled that out as well. We got a card in the mail within a week with a $5 bill in it and a thank you from Paul. (Im assuming hes the manager or owner) we will definitely return to this laundromat and recommend it! Thank you Paul!

The only place I go! The owner is amazing very nice guy! The place is always clean! Cheaper prices then the rest of the laundry matts.

Its a very nice clean place the reason that I did not get it five stars was because there was a bunch of washers that were out of order but other than that its really clean place and I would recommend it

And at first you might think the washers are a little more expensive and I want to go here but its way cheaper to dry so it bounces out makes it about even but you get a better quality washer and dryer

I went there Sunday, January 3, 2020 to wash some bedding. I so appreciated the notice from the owner. It was posted right on the door. What an honest, upstanding and considerate person this is! I have always gone to this laundromat because it’s close to my home but now I have a more important reason to go :-). I always love supporting these kind of business people.

Nice place, clean working dryers. Wonderful owner was there cleaning and making small talk. Such a great experience. Will go back again.🌈🌄

We thought it was very clean and tidy, and very affordable. All of the machines were clean and seemed to be in good working order. Not crowded or over run by people just hanging out. No bathroom that sucks or sink....but good experience compared to most places around.

Its a small albeit clean, adequate, & functional laundromat. Excellent WiFi.

It is not only ignorant, but disheartening to see the employee not wearing a mask nor the contractors that had been hired to work on the machine were required to wear a mask when I was present. Do better.

This laundry mat seemed clean, it was not crowded at a 5pm on Friday. They have sufficient washing and drying machines that all seemed to function and not be “out of order”. Their prices are more expensive than the laundromats close by. My chief concern is that I paid $5 each for front load washers, picked the exact same wash cycle and when I hit start one showed 24 minutes and the other showed 19. When I called to report this the man that answered wasn’t interested in figuring out the problem, explaining why the timing was different or what it would be skipping due to the loss in wash time. It’s dishonest to charge the same price for different wash times when the settings are exactly the same. It’s callous to not take an interest in fixing that or putting the machine out of order. They didn’t even ask which machines and they aren’t numbered. There is no interest here but stealing your money for services that may or may not be rendered. We’ll see if the soap actually comes out of my clothing. I put half the normal amount required just as the sign on the washing machine said. I follow the rules and I expect the companies I do business with to as well. Don’t charge $5 for a wash that isn’t a full wash.Update: My clothes did not come out clean. The person I spoke with on the phone did not offer to immediately come down and put the machine out of order, tell me how to do it over the phone or offer to come down and refund. You think I am going to call you back and wait on you to come refund my money IF your machine is broken, which you conceded in the first minute to two of talking to me that its not supposed to show different timing on the same settings so clearly its not working right?!!? Putting up barriers to receiving service or resolving issues serves as a deterrent to good service and issue resolution. You are still waiting on my call? Please. I have better things to do. If you want to be jerked around and swindled, use this laundromat! Otherwise go elsewhere than this overpriced poorly managed place.

Older machines. Spin cycle is made so clothes still wet and the dryers heat is not good. Spend many quarters to get clothes dry. Is clean and I returned after a year with hope it was better. Disappointed..

I would have given zero stars if possible, but people need to know how terrible this place is. BEEF JERKY IN THE WASHING MACHINES. Employees who dont wear masks, unclean and un maintained machines. Descusting on the inside, and is still somehow the most expensive. Im truly convinced any possible posative reviews is fake. Please boycot this disgusting excuse for a laundromat. There are so many close by laundromats that are way better and significantly cheaper. Holiday coin has great friendly staff and is reasonably priced. Also sparkles laundromat is very well kept. A bit smaller but clean and affordable.

Terrible and Disgusting. People inside not wearing masks. There was meat in the washing machine. So expensive as well. $5 for a 3 load machine. Total rip-off.

Come here often. The owner is great, he cleans the place himself and monitors all the cameras. Anyone complaining about a bathroom, THERE IS ONE AT SUBWAY YOU CAN USE. So stop getting mad at the owner for not wanting to clean up your needle mess, they don’t owe you a bathroom lol they give you a clean laundromat!

The owner, a grown man, went into the laundry while i was sorting coins in my car, and yelled at my 10 year old daughter while she was without me. He said she was stealing his Wi-Fi because we had not started laundry yet? When i said that was inappropriate, he should have looked for her mom, he kicked us out! On Mothers Day! What an experience! His mama did not raise him to respect women or children. Its kind of a gross space anyway.

I use Rose every week. The cost is about the same and not more. The machines are kept clean and the floor is swept. Occasionally some machines break but the owners are quick to have them repaired.

Air conditioning, owner was overly chatty and kind of weird bit overall it was nice.

Met the owner Paul. He does regular upkeep on the facility and there washers are much cheaper than some others Ive been too around town. Plus no one is hanging out around the front or checking for quarters

I do my laundry here sometimes because I live somewhat close by.Its always clean & well taken careof. The only thing I think is wronghere is that they have no restroomfacilities, which could be a problem to some people, but not to me because Im not here that long!!

To many machines not working!!!! Were on vacation and needed to to a load of wash! The attendant just sat in his truck talking on his call phone. Wont come back to this place! The one back home is better run!!
